Absolutely horrendous service. Employee refused service for reasons she could not explain when asked & RAN out of the store to chase and harass me further when I tried to leave. A truly despicable display of what should have been a simple transaction.

Bad experience, not sure how to describe it. You cannot legally find fault with them, it's a way they advertise their price in display. You have display showing UNL petrol credit 2.99 then they display UNL CAR WASH (please note it's not CASH) 2.84 and then they display UNL petrol CASH 2.99( so basically both cash and credit card the same price) basically. Also before fueling at the counter I asked what is the price of unleaded petrol when I pay by cash, they keep evading the answer saying, it depends on what you select, I said I select UNL, they again didn't answer, but said it depends on what you select. You are cheated phycologicaly , when you go back to them you will realize it's your mistake you can't question. Now I felt so bad in two ways one I was cheated other I felt stupid as it was a business trap. I know everyone will argue it's my mistake. I have to agree but I feel I should do my part in helping others who are like me not to fall into trap of such businesses who evade transparency. This is just the first step.

This place has gone down hill the past 4 months .Use to be a reg customer everyday the management is so rude ,store isn't stocked anymore out of so many things ,the store itself is disgusting like the haven't done the floors in months ,never swept ,trash all over the floor ,parking lot and trash is nasty .I seem the new manager cuss a customer out when she was only asking questions about the store being out of items and the lady was counting out change . You have a daytime employee who stays drunk while prepping food and seen her put a new date over expired food ,you can smell the alcohol on her ..Also witnessed the new lady Manager tell a lady looking for a job that if she knew the old manger Teddy she wouldn't hire her and also she isn't nice to the employees she has that she doesn't ask them to do anything she tells them to do it ,like for instance she came out of bathroom while this employee was busy had a long line that they needed to go clean the bathroom immediately that the customers in line could wait while she went back to the office to my understanding that ids all she does that she never helps her employee all she does is be rude and sut in office and bark orders insteading if being a manger she needs to be which is work together called teamwork . The store is running down hills I been going to this store for over 7 years and went everyday well not anymore till they find a manager who is nice and cares about the their employees and customers she has no respect.. I mean this store lost all good employees due to this manager had been there a long time and you think someone at the home office would notice this ,.the old manger and all them employees use to be awesome and friendly ..Well good luck to this store the lady you got now is mean rude and lazy...She doesn't care about the customers,or the employees she got .She definitely does not care for the store and always wants to leave early everyday because she has a excuse everyday to leave and then she doesn't want to work the register or relieve her employees when they working double or anything she does not care..So sad this store is losing there everyday customers ..Terrible manager,terrible customer service from her and the store is going down hill ,your losing your everyday people be cause she is rude nasty towards people and she doesn't have a care in the world ..Her management skills are hiding in office and talking bad to employees. Really sad

This store used to be great! I knew most of the employees, well they have moved elsewhere and now the service is bad. Girl working is always on her phone, sitting down, earbuds in, can't understand her and there's always a sign on the door that says bathroom break! I'll give them a break by going down the road! It's 2 years later and this store still sucks! The owner replies to these 1 star reviews as "we need to improve " well, you still suck!

This place is a disaster! Always smells like butt and the old white haired guy for night shift obviously don’t know what he’s doing. I come in almost every night to grab my beers and snacks for after work and when I walk in with complete strangers he wants to see both our ids for the beer that I’m buying by myself. It’s a 3% beer and a stranger near me I don’t need to verify if I know them or not. Not the first case of this!

Been here a few times, the clerks are always very nice, bathrooms are clean. The store is easily accessible from 17. Usually in and out pretty quick and plenty of gas pumps so there isn't usually a wait. And they do have a carwash which is nice.

tried to patronize this gas station tonight, and the customer in front of me was an elderly Latinx couple and the cashier named Fred kept demanding that they show proof of ID even though they were clearly both over 50 years old. Seemed very racist and targeted. when I called out how unreasonable he was being, he kicked me out of the store and wouldn’t let me purchase anything. It seems bad for business.

I really dont understand why circle K is still around, another disappointing location. All i wanted was a hot dog, none at all, not even cooking. But the rollers was nice and dirty, even in the other food display i think 2 things were there, one was just cheese. One guy taking care of long line while the other was on his phone. Holy Crap! We need some good gas stations here. The lady said the rollers were broke, but they were FILTHY!!!! Its amazing how no one cares about these stores anymore. You need a decent DM who does their job
