Rude employees. Car wash was broken. The employee wouldn't give a refund. They should put a bag or sign on the machine so it doesn't take your money.

This place is even worse than that awful 711 across the street. I mean people wanna know why Donald Trump became president it's because of service Americans get from non citizens. And that is all that work at that Valero. I will never go back to that place again that cashier was smug and thought he knew more than I did about an individual tobacco product that I've been using for over a decade.

Ms attitude no customer service skills took 2.24 from my account couldn't leave left dry had to call police she was watching if I noticed so after a few calls she put 5 in i was on e with gas light on thank God she had a change of heart. Props to the sweet lady that comes in later it's v-day I have great customer service skills from work back ground wanna replace her contact me

This is my favorite convenience store. They usually have some of my things ready when I walk in. They have excellent games and texts you can sign up to receive and get prizes like discounts on gas, car washes and items from the store. The staff os always nice and they are the cheapest convenience store to get beer from.

Pumps are slow, card reader works half the time. Going downhill fast. P. Pumps are still slow or just don't work. I think the Carrollton PD needs to start watching it more. The decline in management and lack of addressing problems makes this place look like the hood .

The women working at 11am on Saturday, August the 26th, 2023 was pre occupied on a call giving daring advice and using profanity. I asked her if she has an item in store and she said she had no clue and carried on with her conversation. I will not be going to this location again and I will be telling my friends and family not to go.

No paper in the pump for a receipt. And this is not the first time. Worse yet, every time I have entered this store there is never anyone at the counter/register. They are in the back in the office to the right of the register. Funny part is when I told him about the receipt paper he responded, "l won't change it." Previously the staff have been rude to me, a woman, and at the same time nice the guy standing next to me at the counter. And the man working the counter was rude and condescending to me again this time. I get the impression the employees do not even realize how they talk to the female customers. I have come here many times over the last 3 years because it is convenient. They do not deserve my business anymore.

I don't know what's going on with this location lately. I can't hear Because their machines were reliable, Not anymore. So many times I go here and the pumps are empty or slow. Today it took over 8 minutes to pump 14 gallons. And 3 of their pumps were out. This is ridiculous.

Everyone go to 7/11 across the street instead. Boycott this business. Today ( 01/27/2019 at 5:15pm CST ) I met the ruddiest cashier in my life! I tried to use the car wash service, the machine hit my bike’s carrying in the back of my trunk and stop the washing process. I tried to go inside to explain him the problem so he can help me out to fix but instead of being professional, he act like he did not understand what i was saying, i tried to say it 1 more time and he asked me:"where is the receipt?!" I told him the machine didn't print out the receipt" , he said: " ok, just wait!", and he keep checking out customers buying stuff from the store and let me standing there waiting, after a while, i pulled out the transaction online from my credit card and tried to show it to him, he said louder: "Ok wait , let me finish with the customer and i'll come out to check what happened" with the attitude likes women on their PMS (I believe if woman on their PMS behave better than him) and very rude talking to me, and i lost my patient, the line of customer he had to finished seem never end, i decided to leave and i'll dispute the transaction . This is the last time I use service on this location and I’ll tell my friends n family to avoid this place even pumping gas or buying stuff from their convenient store! Those pictures are that’s how my car looks like after the car wash !

Today I went to this Circle K to refill my drink, use the cup THEY SELL. The gentleman in store insisted this cup THEY SELL is 1 gallon size. I appreciate he didn't try to charge me more, but I just surprised thier employee doesn't know their product very well. I work in a retail store before so I understand it's impossible to know every product detail in a store, so I took picture and post here for EVIDENCE. Hey, Circle K, the cup YOU SELL is 64oz not 1 gallon, and it wrote down on the cup, please remember it and never argue this with your customer. Thank you. 😃

I have been going to this store for a year now. I've been buying my gas and my cigars there. Because the prices were good, I go in today and find that they keep raising the prices over everything. To an extreme. No more will I shop at that store again. They're greed, has lost a good good customer. If I could give them 0 stars, I would
