Needed a window fixed for my Volvo. The AAA guy recommended City Auto while jump starting. Quote was great compared to another repair shop in Princeton Junction - Tony was upfront on the phone with his estimate and didn’t have an unnecessary charge for window motor replacement like the other shop. He only charged me for the window regulator which would be 2x at the dealership. Work was promptly done within a couple of days. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend city auto center. I live an hour away from them but that doesn't stop me from taking my cars to them whenever it's in need of service.The customer service is excellent , Uppy the owner is genuinely honest and doesn't try to rip you off.They always investigate the problem and call you to let you know what the options are and how much each option will cost. If you need to think about which option to take they never pressure or rush your decision. All of the staff are very responsive and reliable and when things go wrong they really do bend over backwards to get you on your way as quickly as possible. It's the only shop that I take my car to and having the relief not to worry about nothing seriously. Thanks guys!

Uppy does some great work. Had a Mazda 5 that had an issue with pulling to the right and wasn’t steering correctly. Fixed the tie rod and found some other issues like a thermostat leak and valve cover gasket leak. Fixed the car and hadn’t had any issues with those things again

DO NOT COME HERE ALONE IF YOU ARE WOMEN PRESENTING. Mechanic was not there 20 minutes after open. The “waiting room” is very uncomfortable. I had to walk out into the garage to confirm that I was fine to leave after being told to wait with no updates after 30 minutes . The vibes were very uncomfortable and sketchy, but giving two stars instead as one as they did not make me pay after taking my car back. However, was told I need both my front and back brakes and rotors replaced. Had a different mechanic check them and showed me that NONE of my brakes or rotors need repaired. Therefore I believe they fully tried to rip me off due to my gender and ignorance. If you’re a male presenting, I’m sure you’ll be just fine here but ladies beware!

I have been coming here for a while and will be coming back going forward. The owner is very nice and even helps with small things like a nail in the tire. We got a couple of them due to driving to work. Also, the are straight forward and get the work done as quickly as they can. Lastly pricing matches or is less then most places including dealerships.
