After shopping around for tires for my Tesla, and noticing that most of the shops around town, their prices have gone up for Tesla tires. I stopped in the shop on McHenry and talk to Rafael. It was a very nice person full of knowledge about my vehicle, which was surprising. Does most places seem to stay away from Teslas. I also was talking with them about Alignment and he informed me that they do alignment on Teslas! It was half the price of only a few shops that I know of that will do it. I got my tires for a good price a lot cheaper than most of the places In town. Overall, I had awesome customer service they had options for me to choose from. As well as every service that my card needed to get it up and running smoothly again. They got my rim repaired my alignment done, and some pretty awesome tires on it for a very good price. Happy with the service I will be definitely using them again for all of my other vehicles and auto needs. Thanks, Rafael you were awesome!

Honestly will never come here again paid for brand new tires and the tires they gave us are not even brand new. They said we had warranty for 50,000 miles on our tires brought my car in because my tire sign was on in my car and they said we had to pay more money for a new tire they couldn’t fix it!! would not recommend

City tire sales has been doing exemplary work for as long as I’ve been going there (2007) and beyond (1959, which I believe is their start date). They went above and beyond the call of duty today in seeing my car on rather late notice. While I didn’t buy what would fix the issue (a sensor thing), they didn’t hesitate in giving me peace of mind on what was happening with my car. Thank you so much for the great work you do and please keep it up!

Horrible they relocated my stock shock mount locations did horrible welds that cracked from driving my truck was charged alot for there work . just for me to have to take it to a fab shop and pay more to get it fixed . Not good business will not come back put my safety at risk and did bad quality work
