I needed a new AC condenser, and garages were quoting me almost $700. They all said the cost of the condenser was $400. The thing is, I have google, so i know thats not true. CJ came out and fixed it for almost $200 less. Most likely b/c he charged a fair price for the condenser. Honesty is hard to come by, and this guy seems honest and does great work!

I honestly don’t even have the words to explain how thankful I am for Carlos (CJ’s Mobile Mechanic Service). From the moment he arrived, he was professional, respectful, and FAST. We ended up conversating the whole time he was working, and he made a really stressful situation feel so much lighter. Carlos came out to my house (saving me & potentially anyone else from risking our lives with my failing brakes), and he completed the job quickly and perfectly for a very fair and affordable price. On top of that, he went above and beyond: I had an issue with my passenger-side high beam that a dealership (Peterson Toyota in Lumberton) told me would require a full new headlight assembly. Carlos took one look, diagnosed the real problem, and fixed it without even needing the extra part I had bought. He explained everything clearly and recommended switching to LED bulbs to help prevent overheating in the future. My car is now driving perfectly — no sliding, no squealing, no ABS light that I fought for months with, and no high beam problems. And most importantly: I now have a trusted mechanic I can call anytime. Carlos even offered to connect me with someone who could come detail my car at home, just like he did with the repairs. This kind of service is rare these days. If you’re looking for someone honest, hardworking, fair, fast, and genuinely good-hearted — Carlos is your guy. I’m beyond grateful and will be using him for anything I need in the future. 10/10 experience. Thank you, Carlos!! CJ was a phenomenal person! I was basically hyperventilating and Having a panic attack about me being stuck at children’s hospital with my disabled daughter 2 hrs away from the home! His wife answered the call and was able to get CJ to call me almost immediately and he was there within 30 min and fixed well bandaided the situation until I was able to get to my dealership to fix it! The brake shift light ( believe that is what it is called) was not allowing my car to shift! He was very compassionate and helped me with a sweet deal !!! Highly recommend him, he was truly heaven sent!!!!
