Yes it’s expensive but the drive thru car wash does a great job at cleaning vehicles and even managed to get the plethora of dead bugs off my grill which is almost impossible for a drive thru wash. The drying needs work however, but the wash was impressive. Less than $20 for the mid-price car wash.

Credit Card Theft! Be Aware of this Store!! I gave the guy (a young, white dude) my card to sign up for the membership, and the very next day, someone spent $400 on a limo, and the second next day $200 on bubble planet and another $500 on limo. The management needs to pay attention to their employees.

A bit pricey but worth it for the extra effort. They machine wash but do a thorough hand dry. They also have different levels of wash, including wax and detailing services. I don't mind dropping $45 +tip every 4-6 weeks for a quality wash. My only nitpick is the somewhat pushy sales for upgraded service when you just want a wash, but still good to know about all the extra detailing and things they have on offer. UPDATE: We tried the detailing service on a car we were selling and it came out looking like it was off the lot! I don't think we would've been able to sell it so easily without help from Classic. Definitely recommend it if your car is looking too worn out. They even removed a dark green mystery stain from one of our toddlers. More top notch service from my favorite car wash!

I’ve been going to this car wash for years. I feel they do a good job cleaning the car. They get a little pushy with add-ons but that doesn’t really bother me. What did bother me though was the taking of a sentimental item from my car’s dash. I try and make sure to clear out everything from my car that could get in their way. I left this particular item because it was securely attached on to my dash and it’s never gone missing until today. The only way it could have been removed is if it was done on purpose. I called right away and was texted pictures of my car at the entrance and the pictures showed the items attached to the dashboard. After responding that the item was visible in the pictures, I was then texted a picture of the missing item. When I went to retrieve it, it was told to me that it “fell” and when I asked why it wasn’t left on the seat or handed to me, I got a shoulder shrug. I then asked how I could cancel my membership and was told I had more car washes on my account. I told the cashier, why would I trust you back in my car? She then cancelled my account. I realize that my item has no value to them but it is extremely valuable to me. I’ve had my membership here for many years but my trust in them has been broken and there are other places where I can go.

My first time here. Very efficient with special lanes designated for certain services. Staff were very attentive and friendly and helped me navigate everything. I did a wash and wax and a special service where claybar was used to remove dirt and gravel that I picked up that same day while driving through a road in the process of getting paved. I also decided to fix a chipped windshield while I was here. So a bunch of services taken care of in one convenient location.

Only if their sales people weren’t this annoying. I would have come here way more often if I didn’t have to fight off the sales team. They even go as far as asking you to sign up for membership then go home and cancel it. How unethical is this? This isn’t right. It’s basically working their system to make a commission when they are not really selling or generating the revenue. They start offering you things that don’t even apply. I took my brand new car to there literally after owning it for 3 weeks and they are telling me how the dirt or tree droppings have damaged my car when I don’t even park my car outside. C’mon! People are not stupid. I feel bad for other employees who are working hard and actually washing the cars in the heat and do a good job, but by the time you get to that point and getting your car back, your experience has gotten ruined.

Good car cleaning but terrible car repairing work. I wouldn’t have paid $120 if I knew it would ended up like this. The detail manager said they can remove them. But now the scratch only changed form visible black into visible white. I’ll still need to spend more in another body shop store :( Angie, fine car wash but DONT do car repair here. Not worth it. Won’t come again.

I’ve been satisfied Customer for over 20 years. However, I think they recently changed the equipment. Today my car has a greasy black line from the front to the back. It’s like a thin greasy stripe down the middle. It looks really terrible. They also started packing the cars in too close. So they have to constantly stop the assembly line

Do not go to this car wash. They trick you into buying recurring membership and continue to charge you even after cancellation. This is a fraudulent place. Their car clean service is not good and scratched up my brand new car. This place needs to shut down.

Tired of all the dishonesty and changing charges. It is actually a decent service for the external washes, which is all I use it for. If they could just be honest and charge what they state I'd rate it much higher. Unfortunately the prices keep getting jacked without any notification, and I have to keep going down to 'update' the plan to reset it. Always some b.s. about was a promotional rate etc or some other excuse, but has been at least a dozen times now and each time they swear it is fixed. Fundamentally: No transparency on pricing, no visibility for service contracts, no notification of prices changing. It is obviously very deliberate and they are scamming people for all they can.

This is to review two parts of the carwash: the regular drive-thru and their detailing services Drive-thru: so I wanted a quick wash and was told about their monthly pass. They had a great deal going for 2 months, then regular price recurring monthly. Once signed up, you have to get a sticker on the inside windshield which will be your pass. Drive thru is super easy. I like that there is always someone at the drive-thru. I have met 4 folks and they have always been very nice. The wash itself is good. To maintain the exterior I get my car washed once/week. I'm just driving around town and freeway so no mudbogging or snow in my area. Detailing Services: I surprised my wife with a detail of her 2007 Honda Element. It was a mess in/out. I dropped off first thing in the AM and they were done ~3pm. They used all quality products. The Element looks/smells brand new. What surprised me was all the black exterior plastc trim on the Element is notorious for not getting back to dark black. They did a great job to get the trim looking new again. I shopped around and they charged mid of range here in the area. BONUS: they cleared my foggy headlights which were really opaque/yellow.

Don’t do anything EXCEPT THE BASIC WASH here. Yes they are good at washing your car, but that’s it, don’t spend any more money on whatever else they try to sell you other than the wash. They are not good at those, especially the detail department. Just save that money and find a responsible body shop, don’t waste it here, a car wash place. Had a terrible experience here and wasted hundreds of bucks due to their unprofessional service. Will not come back again and also cancel the monthly subscription, feels like a scam program.

Do not go to this car wash. I am giving them a 1 because Google does not allow a 0. This place tricks people into signing a contract with a fine print of recurring charge. Check your credit cards as this business has fraudulent practices of tricking people. Again DO NOT choose this car wash.

Hmmmm I read a bunch of negative reviews about this place but I must say…. I drove in to sign up for their “wash your car as many times as you like deal, I pulled up and was greeted by an employee immediately. He was very pleasant to talk to and deal with. When he was done he gave me 4 free car was cards to give to friends and he even stopped the long line for me to cut in. “When he did that I also noted that he gave the customer he cut off for me some free car wash cars as well. The car wash it self did a great job on my vehicle too, I took off 1 star only because the drive in area is so small, cars backed up on to the street

One star because it’s an actual decent wash. My partner has a membership and I use his benefits from time to time because he’s accumulated so many free washes. Similar to many other reviews, the man who works there tried to swindle me into getting my own membership. At first he said I would get my own sticker for a dollar and I kept asking him for clarification. Am I adding myself onto my partner’s account, are you trying to get me to start my own? He started acting dumb, “account? membership? What are you talking about?” We went back and forth for some time and then finally he handed me some papers and said, it’s only a dollar. 😒 I read the papers and it’s the different memberships they offer, nope, I told the cashier, do not sign me up for this! I’d rather have someone attempt to sell me on a service than be swindled and tricked into paying for one. Classic Car Wash—- do better.

hey i pay $65/month for my membership the unlimited one because i am your member for 1.5 years and i am not satisfied from your employer your receptionist is good but they people working outside they didn’t clean my car properly i noticed few times sometimes i told them car is not clean from here and then i ask towel from them and i clean myself and today they clean my clean my car i looked at them and they clean only from outside and just dashboards they didn’t clean cup holders, car doors, trunk and one more thing they didn’t polish my car tires they polished only one side and today was not busy day only 3,4 cars then they didn’t clean my car properly

I pay my membership every month so I can rely on this service with peace of mind. Today, I decided to go for a full deep cleaning of my car and requested additional services beyond the Full Service. I paid an extra $100 for these additional cleanings and still had to remind the team multiple times about what was requested. After the cleaning, the team mentioned that the back seats needed time to “breathe”, which I understood and accepted. However, I just arrived home and found the back seat in this condition, as shown in the photo. Disappointing…
