I use this place every few months. The touchless washes are ok for dust, but for rain grime, best to break out the old manual wand and brush. Maintenance of the facility is ok, and they recently installed new touches systems in the wash bays. The dryer on the leftmost bay leaves a lot to be desired. Again, they are ok, just not my kind of clean and dry.

The car wash cleans well but if you are at all sensitive to flashing lights you DO NOT want to use this car wash. They flash continually on the side of the inside of the car wash, and were enough to trigger a migraine.

I volunteer with Leavenworth Animal Welfare Society (L.A.W.S.) and I brought our transport van into wash it at the Metropolitan location today and I LOVED it!!! So easy to use and so many options. Your attendant was also friendly and helpful. We will definitely be bringing the van back and I will bring my personal car here as well and will be recommending the two local locations to friends and family as well. Thank you!

This car wash is great...unless you have an issue. My card was charged $10.00 X 2 for ONE car wash. I left 6 voice mails asking for a return call and never got one. I won't go back. I will now go out of my way to use a different car wash. Don't list a phone number if it's never answered or monitored.

I have visited this location twice. The wash has been good both times. The first time I selected a $15 wash and was charged $20. I thought this could be a fluke so i didn't report it. Today i selected a $10 wash and was again charged $20. So they've overcharged me twice for a total of $15. I won't return.

Its convenient. I feel like for the price of their premium wash it should leave the car cleaner then it ends up being. I've had many occasion where I had to use the self wash area to get what the automatic wash could not get. Also the car dryers are really weak. Bring a towel if you plan on using this place.

Ive always liked this car wash. The attendant must have forgot to check the stalls before they left cause every stall had so much mud the water couldn't drain. Every foam brush was caked with mud and gravel. I put $4.50 in I used the stall to the far left water is the only thing that came out of the wand until the time was down to the last 1min 35 sec then soap finally came out. After I washed and rinsed my car I used the spot free rinse it was fine until the last few seconds and soap or some kind of bubbly liquid then sprayed out. By that time I had enough and just wiped my door down that I sprayed with that. I went and vacuumed out my car and that went fine. I decided to use the carpet cleaning machine well I couldn't use that due to the layers of hair caked on it. Rick from classic car wash contacted me right away the next day he said that they replaced the lines to the spot free rinse last week so I'm not quite sure why they would be having issues a week later but he was very understanding I told him I just figured that they might be shorthanded and have some mechanical issues with the spot free he sent me a code for a ceramic touch less wash and I appreciate that. I go out of my way to use their car wash and I hope this was just a fluke I plan on trying them again.

After the winter we have had, it has been a while since our last visit to the car wash. I feel that this visit was one that earned every penny!! The van was filthy and I didnt feel like I had to spend a lot to get it cleaned up. I like knowing that my dollar is going to get its worth!! The parking lot and stalls are always clean, the people working are always nice and helpful and they always have supplies stocked!!

A very good car wash, but the automatic touch free comes up a little short. The do-it-yourself booths are awesome.; five stars for them. I paid for the top package on the touch free which did great on the front and under-body. It did leave a lot of grime behind on the lower 8 inches on both sides of the car and the bottom half of the back

Much better than a few years ago upgraded all the coin machines so they now take credit debit cards, drive through gives you 2 options, brushless and soft brush both with levels of choices. From 10 to 18 bucks.

Very great wash place, great pressure in the sprayer & seems like great products. I use them all. The bug goo remover, the foam brush, trifoam shine... Seems pretty good. Would be nice to have rags available to wipe down drips. Support local businesses 👍

Loved this car wash enough to get the membership. It's the only one that gets under that pesky upper lip on my SUV rear window. Love that they provide towels and free vacuum with your wash. The vacuums are strong too. Lansing/Leavenworth is a new location, so hopefully the quality of the wash and vacuum at this location will not decrease over time. For now, this is the best car wash in town IMO.

I did return to his car wash and used free code that they gave me for their super top of the line car wash. The wash clean the car body very well. But left the windows particularly the windshield still dirty especially in the areas that the windshield wipers do not travel. Maybe I'm expecting too much. I will say that they did not want a negative review and immediately responded to my initial review of this place. Give them a try for yourself and see whether you think it's worthwhile. I will up my review of them slightly. Temporary going to upgrade my review. Until I revisit this car wash again.

The water pressure isn't very good. The vacuums aren't good suction. It took 5 days to get deposit back on my card. I'd say there's better options in the area than this one.

Places a little dirty outside and vending machine needs filled. Vacuum works great and there is a convenient change machine outside. You can also wash your car here.

No touch…not so much. When the wash first started everything was fine, but that was short lived. After a couple of laps, the unit was getting closer and closer to my driver’s side mirror to the point I folded my mirrors in. Next lap, it touched my folded mirror and next lap it bounced off my front bumper. The next lap wasn’t a problem as I started my car and left the bay. I informed the attendant, but he was less than helpful (very lucky there wasn’t damage to my $85k car.) Lesson learned here, if you have a nice car and don’t want it hit avoid this car wash.
