If I could give this shop zero stars, I would. Complete lack of communication, flat out lies about how service would proceed, extra time wasted for my repair for absolutely no reason, and worst of all, not willing to take any responsibility for their mistakes. Worst shop repair experience I've ever had. The manager of the shop seemingly has no idea what his employees are doing or saying, and is completely unwilling to take responsibility. Be warned, if you are forced to use a "State Farm Select Service" shop to start your claim RUN don't walk away from this shop. I was forced to sign a digital approval of service form to even drop the truck off at this shop, then was required to show up to sign the form again in person. I was told multiple times I would still be able to review the estimate before I agreed to repairs. In fact, the signing of this form was required to even get an inspection done, after which I should have still been able to choose where or if the repairs were even done, as is the law in Oregon, and the wording of my insurance policy. Then when I finally got the estimate, I called the exhaust shop doing the work and found out they had already finished with the repair. I was VERY clear in person, over the phone, and over email to multiple people at Classic Collision, including the manager, that I approved them to transfer the vehicle to the exhaust shop to get the estimate done, but wanted to review the estimate/inspection before repairs were done. Classic Collision's response? No chance to review any estimate, no input on how the repairs would proceed as promised, and the work was completed before I had any input on the type or quality of parts being used. The response from the manager? "Sorry about that." That's it. No offer of being able to to do anything for me, no real apology, and that's it. Just come pick up the truck. State Farm's response? Well, since you signed that authorization paper, there's nothing we can do for you. Super. Thanks a lot. Classic Collision doesn't stand behind the word of their employees, doesn't stand behind their work, and will do nothing for you if you aren't satisfied. Avoid them at all cost. This is the least communicative, least transparent, and least professional service shop I have ever used.

Oscar wrote up over 3k in purely cosmetic damage (literally scrapes and scratches). This caused my insurance to total my vehicle. Literally because some guy at an off brand shop can write up THOUSANDS in purely cosmetic damage. Edit: I was able to get my truck fully serviced at the Tonkin Chevy Service Center. I paid a little under 1k for all the necessary *mechanical* repairs. This is 1/4th the price quotes to me by Classic Collision for *cosmetic* repairs. DO NOT GO HERE.

Extremely poor experience. I had given them my car to replace the core support under the car. However it took the longest to get an appointment and then even longer after I gave them the car to get it fixed. I went with them because my insurance told me I would get a better price if I do it with in network provider. Turned out their ultimate charge was higher than dealership. Once I got my car back, it was in a terrible condition. It wouldn't start. The hand break was faulty. I went back to ask, and they said we did nothing with it. Almost about a week after I got it back, my engine light is on, battery is drained and on asking Jeff and Becky they directed me to their boss who completely refuted any responsibility of my car. He said you should talk to your insurance. If I was aware of this terrible work, I wouldn't be at your place in the beginning.

Problem: Automobile head-on collision required car repair (bumper, grill, hood, etc.). Classic Collision (Triston J.) did in-depth exam for car health (lots of photo documentation) and replaced all parts to get our car looking and operating good as new. The process was easy and we got our car back on the road a week after drop-off. 5/5 would bring car back again for repairs.

Very poor communication. The GM or case worker won't call me back. Kept my car over a week longer then estimated. No one will answer questions on why they needed my car another week. Wouldn't recommend they just give you the run around. Wish I could give zero stars. Worst experience very poor customer service.

They did a phenomenal job, clear communication, and customer service was amazing! I hope i don’t get in another car wreck, but if i do, i will definitely return here! (: - they went and found the specific wheel cover for my bronco that i loved. My license plate had a huge hole in it, they took the time to make it look as normal as it could. Kept me updated on when the bronco was going to be done, my copay, and the estimate. When i came to pick it up they started it and turned on the heated seat and steering wheel so that it was comfortable. They also cleaned the outside and inside!!! So thankful!

I was initially very skeptical, especially after reading so many, negative reviews… also this was my insurance’s - suggested shop, so I felt somewhat, more inclined to trust them. After already being involved in a very inconvenient collision and stressful situation to begin with; I was beginning to have major doubts. After the lack of communication, excuses I was being told about the estimated timeframe and unexpected delays. I learned that the person who was in charge of communicating with me, was also leaving the company during this process… Then my entire experience with classic collision really shifted, when all of my frustrations and concern was mediated. They really went above and beyond to assure me that, that persons behavior, did not reflect the professionalism of the shop. After finally getting my truck back, the work they had done, looked almost as if the accident had never happened. And after I had spotted a few very minor issues, I had stopped by the next day, later in the afternoon. Guillermo immediately got the last issues I had addressed, and sent my truck into the back to get fixed. The alignment was slightly off, and he had immediately set up the service with a third party, which would take a few hours to be done. They also offered to drive me to my house, so I didn’t have to wait, and they came to pick me up when my car was completed. As inconvenient as some of the initial issues were, I’m very grateful for the time they took to assure me that I had nothing to worry about and I am very pleased with the repair work they did. Antonio and Guillermo, thank you very much - for all of your hard work, accountability and honesty. They truly changed my entire experience. Thank you!
