I wish I could rate this office a zero star. They worked on the back of my vehicle, and somehow, there was a crack in my windshield. Pictures they took when I dropped off the vehicle proved the windshield was intact at drop off. They claimed they took pictures when servicing was completed, but those pictures were taken 2 days before I went to pick up the vehicle. This office refused to take responsibility of the crack in my windshield that had occurred when they were in possession of my vehicle. This is on the cheap end. I wished I went with Calliber Collision. Not recommended.

I was in an accident that required repairs to left side of my Lexus. Called Classic collison in Union city, and they were able to schedule me an appointment for estimate quickly. After speaking with insurance company I received the appointment to let Classic Collison repair the damages. Eddie S. was my contact person throughout the process and kept me up to date twice a week with the progress of the repairs. I am big on communication and customer service, and Eddie did not disappoint. If I have any problems in future requiring body work, I will definetly return there and refer any family/friends. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SHOP!!!! Whole place needs to be SHUT DOWN! I should have took the bad reviews more seriously! My car was at a different repair shop initially but I had to get it transferred to Classic Collision due to the previous shop not being on my insurance company’s repair shop list. I was told by the previous repair shop (Mercedes Benz) that my issue with my car was only a two day job. Once at classic collision they estimated 2 weeks. After 2 weeks had passed my car was still not ready after assuring me that it would be by the end of day that day. When I called, The whole story changed and they told me they were now waiting on a part to be ordered. 3 weeks later after me having to call every other day bc I was not receiving adequate updates ( they were telling me every day that my car would be done the next day, still telling me this as of now) I have STILL not received my car and they are now saying they accidentally ordered the wrong part that took 3 weeks to come so they have to order it again! They have been giving me the run around for OVER 2 months, telling lies about when my car will be completed, inconveniencing me this whole time and yet I STILL don’t have my car and they don’t seem to care at all about my frustrations regarding this. I don’t even trust that my car will be repaired correctly now that a two day job has turned into OVER 2 months ! But I most definitely will be getting my car looked over by another professional when I receive it and if their has been any additional damage or funny business with my parts of my car I will be taking legal action and doing whatever I need to do so that I am satisfied with my results. I am that person to take it all the way there!

If i could leave 0 stars i would!! Professionalism & Customer Service is pure trash nobody answers the phone Kita who is suppose to be front desk or whatever she isnt doing just tells everyone their car isnt there when calling to check the car status(when you have proof) Dallas isnt submitting & blaming issues on ins co. Until you 3way call him with the ins ppl then he has knowledge of the issues & just says he is fixing them & blames the shop manager who also doesnt have a clue on the vehicles in the back he literally asked us what is suppose to be done to the car as if paperwork isnt on it from the damages.The car been there a month now & nothing has been done.we requested for it to be moved asap to the Morrow location(great location) but it has yet been moved to Dodge or morrow when its nothing but a phone call & tow transfer EASY!!! Lets not everyday we went up there to check on it since nobody answers the phone its multiple other complaining customers with the same issues.
