Excellent Service from their team at the FM 1488 location. I am an EHS, Risk Management, Safety Professional for a National Company. I drive a 2023 Chevy Colorado as a company truck to several Southern and Eastern States. I was moving my fully loaded mechanics tool box around in my garage and as I was moving it off a 2” raised area at the front of my garage I didn’t realize I hadn’t reinstalled the brackets to hold the top box onto the lower one. As you can imagine it didn’t go as planned and the top box came crashing down onto the passenger side bed of my work truck. As the Company’s Safety Advisor it’s not a good look to show up at facilities, work sites or clients offices with damage to my new truck. My truck’s time down was going to be the biggest decision on who would do the repairs. I had my ex-wife’s Chevy Suburban repaired at CC’s about 7 years ago after hitting a wild hog on a trip. We were very satisfied with the repairs as well as cost. I was given a quote for the replacement of the entire passenger side bed panel and they said they could install my company’s logo wrap that was originally on it as well. They also called GM to make sure they could acquire the part and confirmed they would have it in a week and that they could start the tear down(Cut the bed panel off) and prep for the new bed panel immediately. I did get 2 other quotes and CC’s was $10 higher but they were the only ones that said it could be done in 2 weeks (Others said 4-6 weeks) and they are they only ones that called GM to make sure the parts were available before giving me the quote. I scheduled to drop it off the next day since I was flying out of town for a week anyways. My company had the new wrap made that day in NC and sent out to CC the same day. Their communication throughout the repair was impeccable. I was sent updates every couple days. There was a few week delay due to multiple bed panels were let’s say “Lost in transport” which means acquired by other shops around the country for a higher price. This was absolutely not CC’s fault as they were not going to play the price gouging game. The 2023 Chevy Colorado was completely changed inside and out and there is not enough body parts manufactured for them at this time. They were upfront and stayed in constant communication. Luckily I was traveling by plane the entire time so I was not inconvenienced at all. I was notified when the repairs were done and the price went up $45 due to a trim piece that needed to be replaced. My truck looked just as it did before the damage and I am completely satisfied with CC’s work. Our company’s fleet is also managed by my department and we will be bringing our Montgomery, TX fleet to CC’s for all our collision repairs. Thank you CC for a great experience!!

I have utilized this shop for 2 different repairs as it came recommended by my insurance company. The estimator, Louis, is awesome. The second vehicle I took to them to have repaired was returned with the air conditioning not working. I contacted the shop and was told that louis had been moved to the tomball location. I attempted to deal with a manager, Ricardo. Verbally, he is polite and agreeable but failed to return my phone calls multiple times. I had to essentially bring my vehicle to the shop and drop it off. To get them to look at it, the air conditioning is fixed and subsequently stopped working one week later. After another around of phone tag and bring the vehicle back to the shop again. Ricardo failed to provide me with the itemized work that had been completed so I could confirm it was related to the AC. He stated he would contact my insurance company to make it right but never advised me of the status. After numerous attempts to track him down, he told me to contact them myself. Supposedly, he had emailed them, and they were not responding. What a complete waste of my time! One of my vehicles recently sustained damage, and need to take it to be repaired. I will not utilize Classic Collision for this repair. I was happy with the work but spent a lot of time dealing with the company. This is why I still gave them two stars.

Never sent me the estimate and when I checked on it, they said it would take at least $1500- 2000 dollars to fix it. I got it fixed for $500, down the street. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you like getting ripped off.
