My husband and I each had a monthly unlimited car wash membership but as soon as the family membership was offered we signed up on Classy Chassis’s website. We love the convenience and the savings. Michael and his pal were fantastic. My car is squeaky clean just in time for my parents arrival! They were super fast. Just about 20 minutes to vacuum and wipe my whole inside of my car. It honestly looks new. It saved me so much time! Thank you Michael and your friend whose name escapes me!!

This place is great for car washes and service I used my vacuum service they wipe down everything and vacuum which is great but my problem came when they kept leaving my car to wipe others down and delayed my service after 45 min I needed to get to my next appointment all she needed was to finish the windshield all I'm saying is please finish a car before moving on to the next would improve customer service and productivity.

The sign out front said 59.99 for a oil change. Ended up costing a little over $70 because the lady inside tried to tell me that oil prices have gone up. Oil prices have gone down. If your sign advertises 59.99 you should have to stick by what it says.

Had a full detail done on my 2008 Nissan Versa that I'm selling. It was pretty rough inside and out when I brought in to Classy Chassis. 6 hours later, the car looks brand new! Chase, the detail shop manager, was very thorough before and after the work. Great results and fantastic customer service!

I really love this car wash. They are so friendly and attentive to detail. The price is affordable for the services offered and the monthly membership option is really nice as well. They offer oil changes and “executive washes” as well. My car is never damaged and always looks great after I visit Classy Chassis!

I paid $45.73 for a Supreme N Shine. I had a regular car wash and then 2 boys vacuumed the inside. There were still crumbs and pine needles in, under and around the front seats. Since this was really the main area for them to concentrate ( because the back had too much stuff) it was a disappointing outcome. And I tipped the boys before checking my car. They did not deserve a big tip and the service was not worth the money. I could have done a better job with my hand vac and next time that’s what I’ll do.

Recently bought a new pickup and decided to buy an unlimited wash package back in January. My last visit on September 30 I was informed that my account is inactive. I bought a 1 year unlimited package and they wanted me to pay $20.00 to reactivate my account. The attendant honored my membership but I hope to get this rectified. Your staff and customer service have always been professional. Hope to hear back from you.

Classy Chassis is an easy five star review. I got a flat tire while turning into the car wash and was completely stuck. Even though tire work is not a service they typically offer, the team stepped in immediately. They jacked up my car, pulled the wheel off, and stayed late to help me get a new tire and wheel on so I could safely get home. Beyond the help that day, I genuinely love the management and the supporting staff here. They take extreme care of their clients, communicate clearly, and treat people with real respect. This is the definition of above and beyond. I will continue to support them and recommend them to anyone looking for a business that truly stands behind its customers.

I had a great experience here for not only an oil change but a free car wash that came with my purchase. Leona did my oil change & she was so sweet and informative throughout my service. It’s so nice to have a woman on staff doing the oil service, as a woman myself sometimes I get overwhelmed with all the car stuff & Leona made it easy! Well, I was loving this place (paying member) until my windshield cracked after my last wash. Asked if they had a damage report system that I could fill out. Of course, I got the usual that can’t really happen, and it’s never happened before and we have cameras that can confirm that from the attendant. I proceeded to request the paperwork. A young man came over to me with paperwork in hand, walked over to my car with me to look at the damage, take photos and tell me it would take 3 to 5 days for them to get back to me. It’s been about 10 days and I haven’t heard back from anyone. I can deal with the whole windshield repair myself but it would have been nice for someone there to care enough to get back to their paying customer, especially for something as significant as this.

I really like the customer service we received when arrived but that stopped once we got to the back of the car wash. The young lady was very rude and unkind. Asked how was her day and she responded “Do you have a receipt?” Asked again, “Are you okay?” Replied, “Yeah!” Proceeded to dry my truck half way to the point where I had to do everything over again. Please help these employees understand we are paying hard earned money monthly for subpar service isn’t acceptable.
