I had called and left a message about me trying to use my Credit Card in their washer and now I have a $7 charge. No one answers their phone and there is never anyone on site when I go there.

Used the self service bay on April 12 For approximately 5$ and the touch less wash for 8$. = 13.00$ My acct. was was charged 23.00$ on April 13 Tried to reach them by phone the number is no in service....! I am reporting this to Middletown Police Dept.!

Good self service bays use frequently. Got charged 2 seperate times from this merchant in the course of 2 days when I haven’t been here in over 2 weeks. Try to ring the phone listed on google it’s out of service.

All good except for the closed booths for automatic washing and the credit card payment system wasn't working in the hand held booth and the vacuum nozzle had to be reinserted on the hose wasting time on timer. And my car is still dirty because I didn't have enough cash or quarters.

My husband and I went there yesterday to get my car clean so we decided to go for the automatic soft touch and paid $14 cash. I went through and nothing happened, at all! I've called, no answers. I wasn't the only customer there experiencing this rip off place. I better get my damn $14!

Went there and pulled in… The machine wouldn't start so I had to back out and then pull back in and it began. By the time I exited and drove to my house I realized I had pieces of the cleaning machine stuck in between my bumper and over my wheel! It also scratched the side of my car. I called and left a message but no one answered and no call has been returned! Do not use this car wash it's awful!!!

I went through the touchless car wash and my car barely looked different from went I went in. My good and roof were okay, but the side panels of my car were still covered with a film. If there was an attendant, I would’ve asked for my money back. I’ve nver left a review for a car wash before, but this was a pathetic excuse for a touchless car wash. BEWARE. Go elsewhere if you desire a decent touchless carwash.

Very low quality chemicals are used in the self service bay and auto wash bay. Never gets all the soap off and leaves the finish of my vehicle very dull.

Decent but a few issues I couldn’t help but point out. The bays are very narrow and have signs up that forbid you from washing out the bed of your truck. What else are you supposed to do after a snow storm if you’re out plowing and putting salt down? Lastly, the water pressure could be stronger. If you’re looking to wash your car, this place is fine. If you need to wash your truck I would recommend different locations.

The prices are wrong. I went today and got an $8 car wash. I just checked my bank statement and they charged me $10. This was not my first issue with them. I have had issues where I’ve paid for a car wash and gone through for nothing to happen. Thankfully there was an attendant there and I explained my problem and he was able to help. If there was no attendant, it would have been an issue. I could put up with these little things if the car wash was worth it but it really isn’t. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Save your money. I went to the touchless wash bay paid $15 and my car came out looking exactly as it went in. Hood covered in dirty spots and hand prints on the doors. Sad that I figured I would still try this place out even after reading the reviews. I learned my lesson.

3/2024 - CAR WASH IS OUT OF BUSINESS 1/2023 update: I'm not sure what's happened to this car wash but my last few visits the water has been ice cold, very little soap is dispensed, and the place was filthy this visit! Garbage cans overflowing and all kinds of debris including nails in the self service bays. I'll give it one more shot then it'll be 3 strikes and you're out!!! I'm not sure if folks posting bad reviews have the right car wash because this place is fantastic at least in the self service bays. Best part is the wash water is always hot and they have hand held air dryers. Its always very well kept and the equipment is modern. My only gripe would be that there are only two self service bays.They do have two auto wash bays, one is soft touch and the other is touchless although I haven't tried either. Soft touch car washes still scratch so my brand new car won't be going in there! I'm a bit car crazy so trust me - this place rocks!

Last week, on a way home, I decided to use this car wash. I always liked the simplicity and easiness of using it: you don’t have to interact with anyone, no rails for the wheels, that you have to guess, etc. Come, pay, get your car washed. So, I came, paid, proceeded into a Soft Touch bay. My car got soaped, and then everything stopped working. It turned out later, a part of a rubber brush got broken, and it caused a shutdown. I’ve wiped the soap off the windshield, called the number that I found on a back door, left a message, and drove home quite angry and being pretty sure that I should forget about the money I’ve paid. But then I got a phone call from them, together with the apologies and a gift certificate. The issue was resolved, and some bad experience turned into a good one! 👍🏻 I will be using this car wash again!

The 2 self serve bays are some of the best I've used in the area. There is also a 24 hour automatic wash if anyone likes using that option.

I've been going to this car wash for about three years. I use the touch less part, the last two times I put ten dollars in and press the ten dollar option, then it asks to swipe your debit card, first time I got over it but today 11/4/24 it did the same thing but it left a cloudy film on my vehicle, never again! It cost me 20.00 each time, I'm disabled and not able to wash my vehicle, I'll be looking for a new car wash. I tired calling the phone number on their web site but it just hangs up.

I was initially unhappy with how my Jeep came out of the touch-less car wash as there was still bird residue on the hood and some spotting around the exterior of the car, it just didn’t seem that much cleaner. I was hesitant to go through the automatic car wash after getting a scratch on the hood of my car going through one in Cromwell. I did call the number after looking up the car wash on Google Friday night and Patricia (the owner) got back to me the following morning and gave me some good advice/suggestions and couldn’t have been any nicer! She even said she’d send me a coupon for a free wash as well. I would say that the customer service is great and she did not have to do that for me! I will be back to give it another try😊 Thx Patricia!!!
