Not the best ...Cost alot for something that almost ripped my back wiper blade off (Was bent back when pulled out) Also the dryer was pretty bad because my car was still pretty wet after the dryers finished and turned off last but not least whatever red soap they use (Because its a mix of Red & Blue) left a red residue down the side of my truck and my truck is white. Unfortunately they were busy and so was I (I waited approximately 30 min in line for the wash) so I had to rush out of there so I couldn't bring it to their attention. Had to get my son from an after-school program. But that's what you can expect from the soft- touch wash there.

I put my coins in the machine and I started to spray my truck i had about 12 mins time spraying it off about 2 mins so I had 10 mins left and when I turned the know to do the foam brush I go over and start scrubbing and about a 2 or 3 mins go by after I got my 2 passenger doors the hood and windshield and the timer started to beep and I was ripped off at least 5 mins and this isn't the first time it has happened to me either so I am no longer going there

Stopped by here on a whim today. Had a issue with the card reader. Slid the card, machine would kick on and off. I contacted two people on site about the issue(Adam and Emily I believe) They were awesome! Issues happen and these two not only opt for getting the refunds but also gave me some free time on the clock. This is why we should stand behind local businesses. Definitely give this place a try. Need more people to stand behind their product like these people.

I feel like every or every other time I come here one or the other auto wash is broke down & there's no warning till you drive all the way up the already tight drive to the machine & see it's down. Often times my vehicles leave not even very clean even in the soft touch as well. I bought a book the first time as I don't work far from here so its convenient, but idk that I'm going to return after my book is done. The staff is great though I have to say and they handle any problems swiftly. I have mentioned to them about putting out cones down the lane that's shut down and I've still only seen 1 if any.

Always something wrong with the auto wash. Tonight the system froze after charging my card. Charged me for a car wash I did not receive. Update: Customer service is good. They refunded my money. They recently updated to a new kiosk system and are working through a few bugs. Hopefully they get them worked out. The car wash itself does a pretty good job.

So upset. Spent $15 for the car wash to leave colorful residue (red and blue) all over my car. It's winter and I can't hose it off, nor should I have to. My car looks far worse than when before. Didn't even clean the rims at all. To top it off, it didn't give me cues because thats also broken.., so I ended up sitting and waiting wondering when to pull up, or pull away.

Customer Service was nice & friendly. The car washes are good too. I prefer the touchless wash of the 2 automatic washes. But both are fine. If you're going to wash your car a couple few times a month, you should consider signing up for the membership and save money.

Loyal member of their automated wash program for over 3 years, the touch less wash works 98% of the time but has had problems over the years. This time, it loaded my truck up with "Ceramic Coat", then the "spot free rinse" did not work so it left the "stuff" on my paint. Had to rinse truck off manually. Asked for refund on the manual bay, was called a liar and told no refund because I did more than rinse and said the rinse worked when it did not(really enjoy jumping out of my car in the early morning when its 32 degrees). Just puzzling to me since I have spent of $1,800 with you on washes and at least 1K on dent removals over the years! I hope you enjoy the $5.00 you stole! Please do not respond to this with a "call us to work it out" reply since that already happened and was called a liar for my trouble! Send me a video or screen captures of the automatic "Spot Free" rinsing off my vehicle and I will change my review to 5 stars and retract/change my entire negative review. Also, I will walk in and give you a $100 bill with my fullest of apologies! You have my number!

Always a long wait water spots unlike some other similar car washes that are truly spot free. Dryers suck you have to hand drywith a towel. Never get the car entirely clean. For $15 head to a different car wash save your money.

I pay for the monthly pass, And the owner is really nice, and if you have any problems, they take care of you! you can wash your car 15 times in one month. Starting at $30 dollars. Both automatic bays are now touchless. Along with 3 self-serve bays.

So I am leaving a one star review after being a loyal monthly customer for over a year now and that is very disappointing because I have not had an issue yet besides washes being closed for maintenance which is totally fine. The reason for the one star is because they changed their wash line and I washed one of my vehicles the first two washes of my membership and it broke down shortly after (not related) which caused me to use a different vehicle for my washes. I never even submitted which vehicle would be washed initially but they used the plate number on the first car and now charged me for one single wash ($20) because I decided to switch cars over despite only being limited to “15 washes a month” which I never use all of. Long story short I talked to the owner/manager and he was not helpful in the slightest. Basically said “we don’t give free washes and any other vehicle used during the membership has to pay full price.” At the end of the day, I could’ve called and asked more questions on how to log a car into the system but after talking to the owner/manager I would never come back even if they offered to pay for the wash. Absolutely terrible customer service and would never recommend anyone else come here due to that fact alone.

I paid with Apple Pay and what was supposed to be a $10 charge ended up being $38.50 on my account. I really don't understand why they charge more than what it's supposed to be, since I've paid in previous times. I would like a refund for the excess money I was charged.

bays with high clearance and good pressure. hot water would have been nice since bug removal is almost impossible without. bays are very narrow so if high profile vehicle (van, etc), you will be in the splash zone. update 9/26/25 : stopped here again to attempt bug removal. card reader inoperable in center bay, moved to end. decided to try the pre-wash in an attempt to get the bugs. This was a waste of time/money because this was no different than the wash cycle. As noted last year - water is cold. Left with as many bugs as I had upon arrival. When I was done, I pressed stop to end the clock that was charging my card but the clock ran for an additional minute with me mashing the stop button the whole time. Note to self - next year, find a different car wash. If all you need is to rinse off your vehicle - this car wash will work for you.

I mean the colorful soap is pretty cool. I paid the $15 to get a good cleaning after taking my car to Florida hoping to get all the bugs off…. Not worth it. Along with the dryers not getting much water off either. Pulled out to see all shampooer machines are ‘out of service’ called a couple days later to see if they’ve gotten fixed, the lady on the phone said they’re “non-repairable”. Moral of the story waste of money don’t go.

Went through the regular wash and not the touchless. Truck was still dirty in spots and the wheels still had brake dust on them. I also found multiple spots of what appeared to be dry wax that hadn't been rinsed off, mostly evident on the matte plastic mud flaps and door handles but also on some spots on the body panels. Was planning on getting their winter membership but not about to spend $40 a month on what I just got. Guess I'll tolerate the cold and hand wash this winter. Disappointed.

Been here twice, long line for soft touch and touchless car washes these days.... But fairly simple to go through. The height limit for soft touch is 6'10" and for touchless is 7'6". They do have some app for setting up for wash (I guess), but we didn't do that. Please refer to the images for before and after wash difference. Minor water droplets remained on the glass, but by the time we reached home, they were all gone.

I just spent 20 dollars on their touchless car wash and my car is still dirty... spots all over still dirt in my wheel wells and on my rocker panels... I'll never recommend this place again
