I went through the drive thru car wash and paid for deluxe but it did not air dry my vehicle. I then pulled up the vacuums. The first one was out of order, the second one are my quarters didn't work & wouldn't give them back. I tried another one and it wouldn't take the quarters. No way to pay with a card. IDK, I'd been happy if it worked.

Older car wash but was good for my needs. $2 gets you 4 minutes to start. Ended up costing me about $7 to get all the sap rinsed off, soaped, rinsed, triple foam waxed, and spot free rinsed. This one has a setting for engine/tire cleaner. I may be back. Overall, a good, no-frills self-service car wash.

Got charged $25. For 4 mins and can’t speak to anyone so I can get a refund. This is ridicules, i call everyday and not a single response. They respond to the message on this review but have yet to call me or anything 08/11/25

Horrible, barely readable interface. No instructions on how to use. Wanted the high end wash. Got the low end I think. Who knows. It doesn't give a receipt and the link it says to go get one from couldn't find mine. Will not return.

If you want to take a water hose and some soap and just throw it on your car and then have to rinse it off with no other supplies much less scrubbing It off. Then this is the place for you. If you wm want to leave with a dirty wet car

The vacuums are horrible. Some say 1.50, some say 2.50. Another one of them ate my quarters. This place needs some severe consistency and upkeep. Hoping the car wash will be a better experience

I'm only giving one star cuz I don't have a choice. I can't even begin to explain it's always something. But they have people that come and clean it in the daytime they have people at night these people should be checking and should be checking to see if they're soap in the ones that the brushes are working that anything's working like they're not checking nothing because it's always something and it's just like that at the other one beside my house so I don't have a choice but to just hope I don't get ripped off

Great self-serve car wash—perfect for my SUV, especially since it has exterior parts that wouldn’t hold up in a typical automatic wash. The pressure was solid, everything worked like it should, and the bays were clean. If you’ve got a vehicle that needs a hands-on touch, this is the spot. Quick, easy, and gets the job done right!

Out of all the vacuum machines only one of them work two of them missing a tool at the bottom three of them jam . The washer pressures are very weak I do not recommend this car wash

Your automatic car wash is broken at the Broadway location. It starts and the brushes stay in one place and spin for about a minute. It then turns off and didn't rinse. I had to go to a self serve bay and finish the wash. Your voicemail is full so I couldn't leave a message.

Everything There is broke, the change machine is always out of quarters.\nOr it will short, you 50 cents or 75 cents.Sometimes even a dollar, hardly ever any soapnever any tire cleaner nor engine degreaser. I don't even know why they have those two options.

There's always and issue. This time I can't wash my car with the brush so I had to put soap on it and then just rinse it. This is the 2nd time I have had some sort of issue. I'm putting one start Bec I didn't have a choice

Been using them for a month. This is the second time the automatic car wash malfunctioned leaving soap on my car. Vacuums don't suck anything up. Last visit today. Don't waste your money.

Great Car Wash! Owned by very honest people. Wash my Truck here all the time, most recently forgetting a moderately expensive piece of work equipment. Not only did the owner and his wife do everything to track me down, but made time out of his very busy day to meet me and get it back to me.
