Amazing service! I took my car for interior detailing (it was full of dog hair, some stain on the car seat some sand, and a very smelly dog smell) Alex and his team did such an amazing and thorough job. I pick it up the next day (since odor treatment requires overnight treatment). I left the shop with a new car and nice fresh clean smell. Thank you!! I totally recommend to anyone who is looking for deep clean interior car cleaning. Too bad I didn't take the photo before.

Alex is amazing! I’ve seen his shop grow from where he is now and all the success he has is well deserved! Not only has he conquered the detail realm in Hawaii, which is no easy feat, but he has thrived in a short time period compared to most other detailers. When I had my fleet of corporate vehicles at a once thriving business, he kept all the cars spotless and meticulously cleaned. He comes at a very reasonable price and can entertain most budgets but if you’re willing to pay, he can deliver results no one else can. I’ve even had the pleasure of working with him in the beginning and his demeanor has always been professional, respectful and courteous. Looking back, I’ve always known his sheer determination for success and passion for his craft would prevail into an established shop. Congratulations Alex!!!

This was not a quality job especially for the price paid. Ended up spending an extra 20 minutes of my time wiping areas that were missed while still in their garage. I even had to request that the tires be fully dressed because they were not. For the priced paid($387) I expected a high quality of work to be done. This fell extremely short of that. My floor mats are damaged due to whatever chemical was sprayed on them. This was brought up before leaving and they denied that it was done by them. After leaving the garage, I noticed even more areas missed. See pictures included in my review for reference. Based on other reviews (which is why I chose this business), I understand this may be an isolated incident but after spending close to $400, leaving with damage, and having to complete the job myself, it's an extreme ripoff and left me sick to my stomach. Do not recommend!

Honest, transparent, professional, and great customer service! From my very first phone call to Clean Max Auto Detailing and speaking with Tanya, to bringing our cars in for service, to receiving nicely detailed cars, I must give 5 stars! I brought one of our vehicles in for a quick inspection to find out if the vehicle still has any ceramic coating left. Alex was very honest and told me there is, indeed, still ceramic coating. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for the Wash-Clay-Protect exterior package and windshield Opti-Coat service. I was very well informed of the time it would take for the service as well as the pricing, which matched exactly what is listed on the company’s website. I was so pleased with the customer and car detail service that I decided to bring in our second vehicle. It is worthy mentioning that at no point during my interaction with Tanya or Alex, did they try to sell me ceramic coating package (even though the second vehicle almost needs it), which was appreciated. Alex did provide suggestions on how to maintain the vehicles and that to consider adding ceramic coating again down the road. What stood out to me during my first visit was the fact that the shop is so clean, well-organized, and overall, welcoming… which gave me a feeling that our vehicles will be well-taken care of. Furthermore, Tanya went out of her way to stop the traffic so I could drive out of the garage safely! Lastly, the company’s website is user friendly, provides a great wealth of detail, and lists all the prices for the services available! If you are still browsing for a car detailing shop, look no further. I highly recommend Clean Max Auto Detailing and will be back for future services! Thank you, Tanya and Alex and the rest of the team.

Brought my 1995 Land Cruiser in to get a ceramic coating. Contacted Alex and he went over my options, eventually deciding on Opti-Coat Pro. The cruiser will spend a decent amount of time in the sun and needed a lasting solution to help prevent UV damage. Alex and his staff were all very friendly, punctual, and professional. The age of my vehicle left it with a lot of swirling and water spot damages on the paint. Alex did a great job with the paint correction prior to applying the coating and the truck came out looking great. I would definitely recommend Clean Max to anyone looking to do a ceramic coating or professional auto detailing, they have great attention to detail and take pride in their work. UPDATE 09JUN2024: I scheduled an appointment today to get a (voluntary) annual maintenance detail, and as before, the crew at Clean Max Auto Detailing did outstanding work. I drive a nearly 30 year old imported Toyota Land Cruiser that is parked in the sun all day throughout the year. Alex, his staff, and his product continues to keep my vehicle looking near factory new. Impressive work and fantastic customer service. The new shop is incredible and a testament to the service you provide. Thank you guys! I will be back again soon.

I had my car coated with Opti-Coat Pro Plus at CleanMax Auto Detailing last week, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Alex was super professional from the moment I dropped off the car—he explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. When I picked it up, he also walked me through the after-care and gave helpful tips for keeping the finish looking perfect. Most importantly, the results are fantastic. The quality is far better than the ceramic coating I had done elsewhere before, and I’m honestly really happy with how it turned out. Definitely recommend this place!
