Tim recently replaced a faulty seatbelt receiver in my backseat. He was able to do it at almost half the cost that the dealership quoted me, and he was super fast and friendly. His communication was excellent, and he took great care of my car. I will absolutely use him again.

The tech showed up and wanted to charge an extra $25 for pet hair after I already confirmed price and sent pics. Here's a pic of the worst of it. The advertisement before and after photos they post look much much worse. I'd go with a different service without false advertisements. Buyer beware.

First and last time to use these guys. For the price, did not do a good job. They did not fold back seat down and clean behind the seat. They claimed I removed trim. Nope, just folded down the seat. All they had to do was fold the seat down and clean. They also claimed I requested a full service redo. Again, nope. Just to make an appointment for them to finish the job. They did offer to do it while I waited. May have been convenient for them, but not for me when they had the truck all day the previous day. So rating based on quality of work and poor customer service. Not worth the time or $$.

Tim is seriously amazing I bought a 2013 Mercedes in 2023 after the first month it would hesitate on start with a check engine light. Finally diagnosed it as a potential crankshaft sensor Tim did it in less then an hour and now it runs like new!!! Amazing company and family man it was a pleasure doing business here and he will have my business going forward!! 5/5 I would recommend Tim to anyone suffering from car troubles thank you so much!!!

Isaiah from Clean Slate Auto did a so so job on the interior of my Silverado. The Leather seats were in bad shape. Really needed them cleaned. He did a great job on cleaning the floor, front and back. The seats look better now. But he missed part of my dash. He didn’t clean around the door area much. The windows looked fine till the next day. Then they looked streaky. I really thought that when I was getting an interior detail, I’d get everything on the inside of my truck cleaned. 🤔 I did tell him that it looked great. But, like I said, the next morning I looked closer and saw that he didn’t clean some areas at all. Definitely didn’t get what I paid for! So, if possible could it be possible to return and finish the job or get a refund? Not totally satisfied!

We brought my suburban in incredibly dirty my husband needed to use it for construction and had to leave the back hatch open. All the dust and dirt just blew in. I picked this up and was incredibly amazed how clean it was. They were very honest and said they got about 80% of it which I am ecstatic with because it was pretty dang dirty, I wish I had before pictures because the after looks amazing

I heard about Clean Slate through a friend, who had them detail her car, AT HER HOUSE! I did not know that such a service existed! I was impressed by the photos and videos she shared of her car afterwards, and so I gave them a call. Only had to wait about a week for an appointment and Ethan arrived to detail our 2017 Subaru, that hadn't been detailed since we bought it, brand new. He was so thorough! Got out a lot of stains and cleaned every nook and cranny of that car. He was here for 8 hours! So impressed by Ethan and his hard work! The car looks and smells brand new! I heartily recommend Clean Slate!

I’m in awe of how clean my car is! I have light color interior and 3 young, busy kids. They were able to get most stains out and my interior looks almost new, though my car is over 10 years old and is heavily used. They even cleaned the car seats without being asked!
