First of all, that one star review shocked me. I tried scheduling a service with Safelite after a rock cracked our windshield on our new Forester; it was impossible to get in touch with a person. They were up-charging $500 for an eyesight recalibration that did not need to be done and I was trying to resolve the billing issue, but they were all too eager to rip me off. My frustration led me to Kevin at Clear Choice. He picked up on the first ring and made it quick and easy to set up an appointment. I found out that he's a fellow veteran which made me feel even better about his company. He was professional, flexible, and a great person in general. One of his guys came out 3 days later and replaced our windshield for a very reasonable price (less than half of Safelite). I can't say enough good things about him or his company. Do yourself a favor and go with Clear Choice.

I was referred to Clear Choice by my insurance carrier, and they promptly made an appointment to repair my windshield within 2 days. They never showed up for the appointment, never called to cancel the appointment they missed, and failed to respond to 2 voicemail messages I left for them. I understand that things happen, but this is simply unacceptable.

Very happy with the service! I called because one of my windows got shattered and he was able to come out to my house the next day! I checked with multiple other places and they wouldn’t be able to do anything for at least a week or more. He was very nice and did a amazing job in no time at all. Prompt response/informative/friendly/on-time/affordable. I did not have glass coverage through insurance. When I reached out to Clear Choice AG, they got back to me right away. It's not often you take two days to write a review, but sometimes you just have to make sure you get it right. The service I received from Kevin (windshield replacement) was second to none. For starters, he fit me in a full day in advance. After arriving he was able to complete the job with skill and precision. Come to find out, he had staved off a personal emergency just to make it out that day. I had a special request regarding the rear view mirror (as it was coming out in any event, or so I thought) that proved to be more difficult than I'd anticipated. Kevin honored the request without hesitation and left me in great shape. He was pleasant and professional, not to mention being a cool guy to talk to in general. He was even surprised when I offered to tip him. 11 out of 10 would definitely recommend Oh and the windshield is so clear that when I'm driving it often feels like it's missing! Thanks again! Brad

I originally had an appointment with one of the larger companies to have a windshield replaced but they called the morning of the appointment to say they were booked and cancelled my appointment. I called another company but kept getting the run around. If you are looking to replace your windshield, and don’t want to waste your precious time. I highly recommend ClearChoice for all your glass needs, auto, home and business. Kevin is a very knowledgeable, friendly and quality business owner. Clear Choice fixed my front window to my Prius a few years ago after a rock hit it. Recently, I accidentally shattered the glass of my rear window to my Prius putting a generator in the car. I highly recommend this company when it comes to glass repair for your vehicle. Not only did they beat out all other quotes including Safelight, they didn’t charge me to come to the location of my car and the service was impeccable. John came through and worked his magic under an hour and the windshield looks like it just came off the line. I couldn’t be happier with the price, the service, and the end result. Hopefully I don’t have to deal with a damaged windshield anytime soon but if I do I will 100% be coming back to Clear Choice. I posted the before and after pictures of my windshield. John did a fantastic job and his service was the best I’ve ever had dealing with any service issues with my vehicles. He even waited for me to go to the bank and grab the extra cash I needed for the payment. Overall, will recommend them to anyone looking for glass repairs. A+++

The windshield on my Honda had a large crack in it and I needed it replaced. I texted Clear Choice this morning and received a quote with a fair price quickly. They initially said that Monday would be earliest (today is Friday) but I replied I needed it done either today or tomorrow. Kevin, the owner, replied that he was out of state but that he would reach out to one of his technicians. He notified me that they would be able to come today. Chris the technician came to my place and performed the replacement. I'm glad I reached out to Clear Choice first. It's clear that Kevin is dedicated to providing great customer service and that the rave reviews are real. Highly recommended!
