I Sat outside to enjoy my mediocre gas station pizza only to be joined by an employee on her break have a loud, expletive laced conversation on speaker phone. Every other word was literally the N word or Mother Fer. Maybe that's the norm here but it's truly sad.

I haven't met anyone as consistently happy and welcoming as the man who works behind the food counter. When I dont have lunch prepped I drive out of my way to get lunches there because he makes it worth it. That man is a pillar of our community.

Visited briefly, thought the employees were a bit rude, got a gift card, waited almost 15 minutes for it to be activated, only to be told by an assistant manager they no longer activated those type of cards - wondered why a manager was having employees stock them on racks? Went to buy a 2 liter of soda, the only soda in stock on the shelf was ginger ale - all other shelves empty, wouldn't stop here again. Store appeared clean, but poorly managed.

The worker was very much ratchet and wasn’t making sure fresh coffee was being made. But was on her phone like she was getting paid to do it. I love this store but we must set a standard that ratchet folk need to reach.. yes even the ratchets

I love love love this place. I had a gentleman by the name of DeAndre was so professional and actually took pride in his work. This man went out his way to set up the sandwich station. His customer service skills are exceptional and rare! I hope Cliffs value good workers like him.

I stopped here this afternoon to use the men's bathroom where I found there was no soap to wash your hands after using it. The soap dispenser was totally missing. I was told by one crew member that there was no soap because people keep stealing it. A female crew member overheard and stated that the women's bathroom was also out of hand soap. Another crew member gave me a bottle of dish soap to wash my hands with. Needless to say, I will never buy anything to eat from here again. I would have today, but because of this, I definitely did not!! On January 20th I had stopped back in here to use the restroom again, and this time there was a brand new soap dispenser on the wall. I'm glad to see that they got the picture.

Love their coffee, and their staff is pretty awesome always sharing new items and telling you something else that they have. I love their Utica coffee with all the different flavors. The story is pretty much always clean and tidy

High gas prices but they have the clip on the pumps so you don't have to stand there holding it the entire time. Good coffee. Store is usually pretty clean and cashiers are courteous.
