I talked to one of the employees about a car and he said that the car is still available. After a long conversation about the price and after he wasted quiet a bit of my time, he told me that the is car had been sold! Worst customer service! employees don’t have enough information.

One of the few automotive dealers with integrity. Bought a brand new vehicle from them and ended up having mechanical issues where lemon law came in. The team at Coconut Point Honda really turned a very negative experience with the vehicle into a positive solution with customer service. The new management team and the General Manager, Sean made sure we left the dealership satisfied. Mike Soles, an excellent sales manager really stood behind the vehicle they sold and dealt with the issue at the dealership level rather than pushing it over to the manufacturer. Dee also did a great job at preparing the paperwork into a painless and quick experience. I would recommend Coconut Point Honda!

Took my newly purchased 2022 Honda CRV EXL to service department yesterday to check out TIRE PRESSURE light on issue. The technician found that two tires required replacement due to screws and nails in tires. Purchased car on Friday, Aug 1 (off lease), including Fidelity Vehicle Service Contract that included coverage for wheels and tires. Because of the GREAT work of service advisor, Daniel Gomes, both tires were covered in full by the warranty that had been purchased only a couple days before. Daniel Gomes is outstanding in every way and I really appreciate his GOOD WORK! Highly recommend Coconut Point Honda Service and Parts Center as well as Daniel Gomes. They are 5 STARS!!

My son took his 2020 accord in for the air not working. They charged $379 for a diagnosis and could not find a leak. 3 weeks later he is in Coral Springs and his air stopped working. I took it to Coral Springs Honda and they charged $169 for diagnosis. They told me I CLEARLY got ripped off by the coconut point Honda dealership. Never will I go there again and I Do not recommend them at all!

I purchased an Odyssey last September. I called today to schedule an oil change, tire rotation and balance. The gal who answered my call told me I couldn’t schedule today because an employee was not working. This is a bit confusing considering it’s a big dealership. I live in Naples. Germain Honda is miles closer to my home. I’m happy to take my business to them if I can’t schedule a simple oil change.

Service people were friendly that's the only reason there are two stars., The transmission fluid change was supposed to be "no more than" $298. No more than? IlThe same service is much cheaper elsewhere. WTH kind of quote is that?! Guess what? It cost $366 out the door. Terrible business model. No explanation as to why it cost more. Hidden fees everywhere. I would never bring my car here for service again.
