On August 26th my car was rear ended in my parking lot and brought it in September 2nd to be fixed at the cost of the other driver, it was fixed before the due date, the biggest wait was for the arrival of the parts, I was stuck with a rental from Sept 2nd to Sept 16th when I returned it to pick up my car in tip top awesome shape, Thank you Franky Santiago and also Michelle

I had work done to my truck due to being hit. All work was done to my satisfaction and in a timely manner considering the economy we are in and how tough it is to get parts these days. Kenny who is the manager, ended up overseeing the work being done. He was very pleasant, communicative, honest and went out of his way to make sure my truck was done on time as promised and that I was happy. A great guy and I will use them again.

I can’t say enough about Rich Mohammed and the entire team. Our car had significant rear-end damage and auto glass shards throughout the entire interior of the vehicle. They did a magnificent job - you wouldn’t know the car had been hit at all. Rich communicated with us the whole way, and they completed the repairs in record time. The guys that work at Collision 24 are the absolute best! I had work done by them and not only was it in a timely fashion BUT the work is also perfectly done. They work very well along side insurance companies also and it makes my life a whole lot easier. If you are looking for a Collision shop to go to, this is the one! Also, shout out to Kevyn for making my life easier during the repair process. I HAVE to add to this. I worked with John Scatto recently for my new truck (some a-hole hit it with a shopping cart) and he was AWESOME. Super easy to work with and so kind. I had my truck back in less than a week. This place is the place to go to for sure!

I’m so impressed with the service I received from this company. The manager Kenny Randall was so accommodating and informative. He explained how everything would be taken care of in detail.He made me feel so comfortable that my car would be in good hands. Richard Mohammed, Body Shop Advisor was very professional. He informed me of the whole process of having warranty body work corrected on my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Richard inspected the defect in the paint, me a realistic expectation of the time frame for getting approval to perform the work as well as the time needed to complete it. When the was completed he let service know it was ready for the scheduled service. Richard called me a week after picking up the vehicle to check on my satisfaction. I am very happy with the workmanship as well as the attention to personally connecting with a customer. I highly recommend working with Richard as well as the Body Shop, Service dept. at Chrysler Jeep 24. Thank-you!!

My Jeep JL was experiencing corrosion issues causing the paint to bubble at the hinges. I was worried it was going to be a costly fix, but luckily I went to Collision 24 and Rich M. and Kenny let me know my issue was a warranty problem and they could take care of it. They let me know what to expect and I was provided a complimentary loaner. When the time came to repaint the Jeep, Kenny reached out to me because he remembered I expressed interest in painting the Jeep a different color. Once the color was selected, his team did an amazing job! From the paint job to the rebuild and amazing detailing, the Jeep looks brand new! I can't be happier with selecting Collision 24 to handle this and will be visiting a lot more for their detailing services!

After (8 weeks+) of repairs with 24 Collision this is how they sent my vehicle back to me "fixed." 1.The front driver fender is missing 3/4 of its mounting equipment. 2. The passenger front has a damaged bottom valance. 3. The front bumper is misaligned the passenger side protrudes out about an inch 4. They charged but never replaced the American flag on the passenger side. 5.The headlight beams are misaligned by over a meter. 6. They never even cleaned the interior of vehicle, leaving debris inside. I don't feel comfortable returning my vehicle there, they had it for 8 weeks. After week 6 I had to keep calling & Emailing for updates. Half the time they never answered or responded to the emails.

My 2008 Nissan Sentra 2.0 S {bought brand new} was passenger-side-both-doors T-boned; with only 83,303 miles on it, in October 2025. {The accident happened while a service tech from a different business was test-driving their service job on my car.} Collision 24 restored my car to my captivated gratification. Michelle and Franky Santiago were kind and professional; saying, we’ll deal with the insurance company. Body Shop Adviser, Rich Mohammed was assigned to the job. The turn-around time was appropriate; I almost didn’t recognize my car, at first, after the job was done. I worked in the hospitality industry for 17 years. It is rare to find consistency of high standards in the food business nevermind in an auto body shop. Richie is a great guy and walked me through this fantastic repaint of my jeep every step of the way. He'd call multiple times over the course of 2 weeks with updates. No one does that anymore. I had initially gone there for an unrelated question. He walked by and noticed corrosion and asked if I was aware of warranty coverage. I was not and when I checked it would have expired in March! I'm a 100% disabled veteran and I appreciate when people go above and beyond to help others. Richie and his crew are incredible. I highly recommend them for any future work you might need to have done. I know I will. I have been amazed by the overall experience I've had with Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram 24. Their service department is superb as well. This jeep is my retirement vehicle. I want to drive it forever if I can. Collision 24 helped prolong it's life considerably after this. Thank you so much!

I had all the hinges replaced on my 2022 Wrangler for manufacturer defect (corrosion). I worked with Rich Mohammed at the dealership. He was very responsive and helpful in setting up the service and I got my vehicle back a lot sooner than expected. Jeep 24 did an excellent job! I even had my detailer who is extremely well versed in paint correction evaluate the paint work. He said it was perfect (no over spray, and well blended so that you could not tell where it started and ended). Jeep 24 is always my go to for their customer service and work. Laura and Kevin in service are also great to work with! Very responsive and great customer service! I will be a lifelong customer 🤗
