I wish i could give them more stars. I just so happened upon this wonderful company and am so glad fate put me in their vicinity. Id been looking to get my car repaired and had gotten timelines that bordered on extreme (8 weeks until the job could be brought in and completed) and this company got it done in two days. Fast, professional, efficient, and kind. Heaven forbid i ever have need of their services again, but if i do they'll be the only place im calling for help. Update: I did in fact have to use their services again and the above still holds true. Eric was absolutely amazing as well as all the other folks in the office. No complaints...heck I brought my parents car to get it fixed too. 10 stars! Update's update Apparently car issues follow me like we're friends. But the folks at Collision Clinic are always there to help! Every time I call they come through in a big way and get me back on the road safely! 15 stars!

I took my Denalli truck in for repairs the other day as I had used this company before and was completely satisfied with them. They left my vehicle looking better than showroom new! If I could give more than five stars, I would. This place is absolutely wonderful! I just picked up my car today (Hyundai sonata) and they did an excellent job. Not only did they do a good job; the entire team is very professional and had excellent customer service. The entire process was great from the time I was greeted by Stephanie at the front desk who was so sweet & helpful; up until I got my estimate from Heather who was so nice and patient & thoroughly explained everything to me in detail & even more than I expected. I really appreciate all she explained and their exceptional customer service. After my encounter with them, I decided not to go elsewhere. In addition to that, I was also kept informed of the progress every step of the way via text and if you have any questions they always answer. When I finally picked up my car it was in excellent condition, and they had even washed and vacuumed my car as well. For the checkout process, Eric was so very nice, knowledgeable and explained the paperwork and process of all that was completed. He even gave additional helpful information and advice regarding my car. Overall, this place was top tier. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an autobody repair shop. The entire team is friendly, knowledgeable and caring and provides excellent service!!

I had to take the time to post about the excellent service I received at Collision Clinic. From the very first phone call I made to the last interaction I had with the staff, Eric and Melissa, their professionalism and knowledge was A+. They always answered when I called and they helped me to understand the claim process with the insurance company. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and are not just there to get paid. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs on their vehicle after an accident. The team at Collision Clinic were very easy to work with. I explained that just purchased 2011 Honda Odyssey "as is" and wanted to get bumper cover repaired but not worried about other little dents... wanted it safe to drive and the features functioning; Eric suggested/quoted that when they replaced bumper and bumper cover they'd look at the issues (window, sunroof, reardoor and keyfob) to see what need to be repaired and the labor would go towards repairs depending on what they found. The approach made sense and fees were fair. Eric called with updates regularly so i knew what stage repairs were at. Not normal situation to have 15 yr old Honda w/ 68k miles that been in garage for years... didn't want to put a lot of money in it but it's in good enough shape that can look like a NICE vehicle. It wasn't easy finding a shop that would repair bumper and look at window/door issues... went to a lot of shops in Dothan and Montgomery some never responded and some responded with quotes that were high or treated like a new vehicle pointing out every ding. Eric, Melissa and the team at Collision Clinic did a great job fixing my Odyssey! Not only does the bumper look great but now my windows and doors work (a plug was undone somewhere so didn't need new motor, actuator, widget... treated me fairly). I will use Collision Clinic again; hopefully because found deal on a rocker panel not because need body work.

I want to give a huge Shout out the team here. If I could give 10 stars I would. The service is Top Tier! Not only do they update you doing the entire process of working on your vehicle, the follow up after the service is completed is OUTSTANDING! They worked very well with Allstate and the time that they gave to have the repairs done was when it was ready! Actually not a full 5 days. Most places have your vehicle for months, with no updates. I highly recommend anyone in need of repairs Big or Small consider taking your vehicle here. Well all know with luxury vehicles it take time with parts , but for my 2020 Lincoln Avatior is was quick and easy. Again, Thanks Collision Clinic for an Excellent Experience!
