Since moving to Columbia, Columbia Auto Care has been the only mechanic shop I've used, and every interaction I've had with them reinforces for me that that's absolutely the right decision. They are quick, considerate, and very upfront with their pricing. They provide you with a clear and detailed outline of recommended vs necessary services and helpfully walk you through "here's what you absolutely need to fix today" vs "here's what you can get away with putting off until your next oil change" vs "you don't need new tires now, but you'll need them by the winter". They also offer a 1-year warranty on all of their services--and they honor it! At the end of last year, due to some major issues, I had a significant amount of work done by them on my car. More recently, I had a minor issue that was peripherally related to that work; they fixed it for free on the same day. Their honesty, excellent work, and friendly customer service make them the only shop I will use as long as I live in the area.

Everybody here is amazing! They really helped me out with my car and have always taken good care of me. They don’t try to oversell me things which is great especially since I’m a woman and people aren’t always as truthful and honest as they are. Thanks so much again to Danny and his whole team. Another GREAT Experience. They identified my issue and presented me a detailed estimate for my review and approval in a timely manner. They then completed the repairs and notified me when my vehicle was ready for pickup. They are professional, courteous and informative. They remain my only choice for repairs to my vehicle. Recently I injured my knee and my car(baby) needed care. They provide me with a ride back home and return when it's done. These people are rouge Shady mechanics. I went here yesterday to have a hose clip replaced hose clips are $5. They told me I needed a whole new heating unit. If you’re not knowledgeable about cars these people will take advantage of you and rip you off. Charging you hundreds of dollars for a $5 fix. BEWARE ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK

I wouldn't come here unless I had no other option. Came here a few days ago to get my brake lights and my backup lights fixed. Got them fixed and then once I left the shop the check engine light came on and my car was driving funny so I had to drive all the way back and then wait close to an hour to figure out what the issue was when it was completely fine before, it was calibrated and I was sent on my way. Was kind of annoying but then to make matters worse, now I just noticed that my right turn signal hasn't been working at all since I took my car in and I thought it did but apparently not. It blinks rapidly but it doesn't turn on in the back at all so now I have to come back and figure out what happened to it and wait. I wish I could give a more positive review but I just can't and honestly this whole process which shouldn't have been a crazy thing (fixing the light) just led to more issues.

Hugo was very helpful and transparent. I actually had to go to the dealer for a specific issue they could only handle with my car system but he helped guide me even then with making a decision because I am not familiar with cars. appreciated his time and his team and will definitely be going back to use them rather than the dealer If I can help it !

Tried to open the rear door of my FJ cruiser, locked I could open side doors. checked, YouTube for solutions, nah, not mess with taking door apart from the inside of a lock door. Unlock rear window did not open, I drove and noticed door indicator light on. Checked for best reviews, Columbia Auto has 5 stars, I called for an appointment. Window issue was dog hair and debris, not electrical. Columbia Auto could have charge me $$$, their honesty prevailed, paid a diagnostic fee. Also, they ran a service check for my 14 yrs truck needed. I was shocked by the auto service, I thought was previously performed. Columbia Auto detailed checklist what was needed to be addressed. Yes, I paid now, or wait to be towed by the roadside. Delighted with friendly service guarantee, I have confidence in Columbia Auto ! Having all three new windows wipers is a game changer! I recommend Columbia Auto for your vehicle service needs ....

They do a thorough inspection of your vehicle and send you a detailed report of all the service it needs including pictures and informational videos in case your don't know what it means. I found it very helpful and cool. It's not cheap to upkeep a vehicle, but at least I know it needs what they say it needs because I see it right in the pictures. They know what they're doing!

I had a manufacturer's defect with my door panel that was quickly diagnosed. Drop off and service was quick and efficient. The inspection report you get with the service is thorough and very helpful. It includes pictures of your vehicle, parts that were inspected and the service that was provided. While I didn't opt for the brake fluid service that was suggested, I appreciated the picture of the moisture strip in the report and will keep this place on my short list to provide that service in the future.

Great customer service! Their team is always friendly and quick with service, both times we’ve went, we got our car back the same day! They send a detailed report with photos of any services they recommend for your car, but they don’t pressure you into anything. They also applied a coupon during our last visit to save us some money and their prices are very reasonable. They’ve earned two new regulars!

I started going here originally because it was close to home. They took care of my small issues like oil changes and tire problems. Then I moved farther away and after looking at several nearby highly reviewed garages, I still returned to Columbia Auto Center. Why? Because they are professional, do excellent work, have good customer service, and are competitively priced. They also follow up with reminders which I find helpful. Their waiting room is very small, but they offered to give me a ride home if I preferred to not wait for a repair that would take most of the day.
