We are new in the area and when my older Toyota had a mechanical issue I rolled into Commerce Auto Repair. I had driven by the shop many times and noticed how clean and organized the business looked. I talked to the owner Brian about the repair. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and save me a lot of money fixing it without buying new parts. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Brian is extremely friendly. Their prices are very fair. They have stayed late working on my car so I could have it for the next day. Once when I was in waiting to pay I overhead Brian giving another customer options for their car. He took the time to see that this owners vehicle had a recall for one of their issues and then gave them step by step instructions on how to resolve their issue. He prioritized his customers convenience over making money off of them when he easily could.

This place is AWESOME. After getting quoted a $2000 repair at a chain brake shop that seemed steep I called around to get prices and he was super skeptical about the “needed” repairs. Told me to come in for a free inspection and let me know that I only needed front brakes and rotors, and was cool with me fixing it myself. There was no pressure at all for me to have it done there. The other place told me all four brakes and rotors plus tie rods and shocks. These guys are super honest and do quick work, they’ve already helped my partner out with a repair before another shop could even get him in. The owner was super personable, answered all my questions, and gave me some tips about what parts are likely to cause issues in the future on my car and how to prevent those problems. I’m going back here anytime I need a fix, and sending anybody I know here. It’s hard to find an honest shop, especially as a woman, and I trust these guys fully. Support a local business and give this shop a go!

I absolutely love and trust these guys 200%!! Best auto shop I’ve ever gone to. Every time I’ve taken my truck in, they have been very honest and respectful. On a couple occasions when I’ve said that I believe I need some particular part fixed (not a cheap fix) they have told me that it was not the case. They could have easily just done the work and charged me, but they didn’t. Every member of the staff I’ve talked to is incredibly nice and helpful. Great neighborhood mechanics.

I've become a customer for life! My AC stopped working and I had an oil change appointment at my car's dealership. I asked them to look at why my AC might have stopped during the same appointment and they wouldn't even look at it AND wanted to charge me $200 just for the diagnostics. ---I'm so happy I explored other options! I stumbled across Commerce Auto Repair's amazing reviews and now I see why! They looked at my car and diagnosed the problem with no charge. They gave me a honest estimate to fix and I chose to move forward with them! I got good vibes from the friendliness and honesty. Their communication was top notch and priced everything out for me before I committed. And they were great and mentioned they would run costs/problems by me as they came up and would seek out my approval before moving forward. I dropped my car off at 8am and it was done by 10:30am! I had a really positive experience and will come back if my car has any more issues!

Took my vehicle here for the first time on Friday for a suspension issue. They got it in and diagnosed quickly and recommended a place to go for a service they don’t offer. After I checked out I noticed they only charged me for the oil change and nothing for the looking at the suspension and diagnosing it. That’s unheard of in my experience! I will definitely be using them as my go to auto repair shop for now on.
