Great place good prices. Google maps has the correct address but wrong location, a block north, the wrong corner and the wrong side of bond. Tried to correct. Hopefully worked

If I could give a negative star I would. For a shop with 2 employees and constant promises of being able to pick up your car and never actually getting to do so. Snotty woman that barely ever answers the phone. All lies and rude people that do terrible work.

Dropped car off, when I got it back looked as if my car was ransacked, glove compartment was all over the floor. And all of my change was stolen! Super stoked. Do not recommend.

I want to suggest this place you go there and they say that the test drive your vehicle or look at it and then they have you waiting for 20 minutes and then you go back in and they say that they can't do it very unprofessional and bad at customer. At least communicate with the customers and say that you can't do.

Our Chevy had an engine light on. When our left headlight also quit working, we knew it was time for service. We normally use Tuffy In Bay CIty, but they couldn't get us in(nor offered any appointment). Frantic-we called around and found Complete Auto Care. Charles took great care of us-great service, great prices. We recommend Compete Auto Care (Genesee) in Saginaw. They willl take care of you and get you back on the road.

I signed a contract on 9/23/16 for their "Trolley Car" and for 4 hours of service. Today is 7/19/17 and they called me to tell me I cannot have this trolley because it is broke down and it will not be fixed. The owner the proceeded to tell me that this trolley has been broken down for over a year. This company had me sign a contract for something they knew was already broken and refused to disclose this information with me when I signed, as well as when I have them a $500 deposit. Back in February, they also called me to tell me they had lost my deposit and were unable to find it, but would just take my word on what I put down for the trolley (should have ran then!) Yep, gave them my hard earned money for a broken vehicle for my wedding day. According to other online reviews for this company, this is not the first time this has happened. Every time someone wants this so called "trolley", promises are made but no trolley is ever delivered. I specifically wanted this trolley because my fiance is wheelchair-bound and needed the extra room. The owner was outright nasty and told him, "Good luck finding other transportation, and when you can't, don't bother calling us!" DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!!!! They are rude, unorganized, disrespectful, lying, sheisty, lowdown dirty rats. I hope their "company" is shut down so a much more respectable and honest transportation can take over their business. I am pursuing legal action.

They were great! I had my mini-van in to have the alternator replaced, dropped it off at 2:30 PM, and it was done by 5:15 PM! Same afternoon. They did a great job and were $130 less than the competition.

I've been calling around for two days trying to find someone to do a simple job on my car. Looked up shops and this one was close to home. Called and was told to bring my car in in 30 minutes. I did and was out in literally 10 minutes. The guy was quick but did quality work. Would highly recommend!

Pat and his shop are very professional and do what they can to take care of a customer. We had a hard time with a warranty company paying for a repair but once he got the parts, he did a great job for us. Highly recommended and will be taking future work there.

I brought my 2016 Ford Escape to Complete AutoCare over a year ago for a transmission rebuild—a major repair that should have been handled with professionalism and integrity. Unfortunately, my experience with this shop and its representative, Pat, has been nothing short of disappointing, frustrating, and full of empty promises. Since picking up my car, I’ve encountered serious issues that were not present before the rebuild, and the transmission still isn’t fixed and requires further repairs. Alongside the transmission leak, the axle seals are leaking, the rear differential has failed, and several sensors are malfunctioning. All of these problems began immediately after Complete AutoCare’s work, and another mechanic has verified that these issues are due to the rebuild not being done correctly. Despite my patience throughout this process and giving Pat numerous opportunities to make things right, he has repeatedly failed to follow through. He has promised to resolve the issues on multiple occasions, only to ignore my messages and leave me with escalating repair costs. The repeated dishonesty has made this situation even more frustrating, especially since he was paid in full for a job that clearly wasn’t done correctly. I have been more than fair and patient, waiting over a year for a solution to this ongoing problem. My attempts to communicate have been met with silence, despite providing a detailed estimate from a second mechanic. It’s clear that Complete AutoCare has taken no accountability for their poor work, leaving me with a vehicle that now requires thousands in additional repairs. At this point, I’m left with no choice but to pursue formal complaints with the Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, and my state’s consumer protection agency to address the lack of accountability and professional negligence in this case. I would not recommend Complete AutoCare to anyone. The lack of honesty, responsibility, and professionalism is unacceptable. This is a warning to anyone considering this shop—be cautious and prepared to face serious communication issues, unfulfilled promises, and potentially costly repairs if things go wrong.

Do not take your car here. You will get back in worse condition then you sent it there. I sent my ford in for a water pump he got it done. It overheated a day after I got it back. I sent it back to him for a look and now it needs a head gasket. That's going to cost me four grand. Would not recommend
