I called them this morning and explained what my issue was. They were super helpful and knowledgeable about what my possible issue was. I brought my computer into them, and they were able to help me right away. They quickly checked what they suspected my issue was (it was a simple hardware/charger replacement) without me having to leave it for a full 24 hours. That was the issue and I was able to buy a replacement there. Again, the staff was knowledgeable, polite, and it felt like they cared. The store is clean, well appointed, and located in a great area. I will use their services again in the future if needed and I highly recommend them to others.

Did a fantastic job and ordered the part I needed as soon as they diagnosed the problem. My computer was in and out much faster than with other computer repair shops. They gave me a list of different options including the opportunity to upgrade my laptop if I wanted to. After the repair was done, they even called a few days later to check in. Went in for a switch rail replacement with a stripped screw. Frame was damaged in the screw removal, so frame was replaced for ~20 dollars. Screen and frontplate were replaced free of charge as well OEM rails provided.
Overall excellent amd over the top service.
They did forget some screws so check that before leaving, but overall a minor inconvenience considering the overall excellent treatment for the repair.

I came here to have my laptop screen frame replaced as the hinge broke. They fixed the screen speedily and friendly. While there the salesperson who was very nice upsold me on also replacing my hard drive to have more space (I wasn't looking for that but it was fin). I was happy to pay for that and have it replaced. While there they charged for a diagnosis fee which was included in the final price. Don't know what is so hard about diagnosing a broken hinge but I understand they need to make money somehow. They discovered that my battery was 2% below the recommended battery lifespan and to replace that as well. I declined as my laptop still held a charge for at least 2 hours without needing to plug it in. Ever since getting my laptop back it keeps shutting off which I attributed to the power settings which I then adjusted. It kept shutting off. I go from a full charge of 95% battery to saying it's critically low in less than 15 minutes. It never did that before I went here and now my laptop needs to be plugged in at all times to be functional. I'm not sure what they did but I know it didn't do that before they "fixed it" and now it does. They offered no solutions other than replacing the battery (which was working fine until I took it to them). I will never be taking business to them again.

This was my first time ever having a phone repair. My screen was shattered and had to be replaced. The technician was super helpful and explained the process of what was expected. The repair process was made easy and repaired in less time than I expected. I got my phone picked it and it looks better than new crystal clear and crisp color. Plus I added the glass screen protector. Very pleased with the results and process. Definitely would recommend the computer cave for future repairs.

The staff was very helpful, laid back, and honest with how they could help me with my repair. I came in thinking I might buy a refurbished macbook anyway, and I ended up buying a pre-owned but never opened macbook pro. They did not pressure me at all (it was my intent anyway). I broke my Xbox Series X HDMI port by accident, not knowing what to do i inquired what Microsoft would charge to repair it, they wanted $299 which is half the cost of a new system!
I went on Google to look for a local repair shop that fixed game consoles, and came across Computer Cave. I put in an inquiry and was called the next day with a quote, I dropped my system off and within a couple days got a text saying it was ready! Came in much lower than Microsoft and my Series X works great now! I hope I don’t need their services anytime soon, but if I do I know where I’m taking my electronics when the repairs are outside of my comfort zone which this one definitely was as it requires unsoldering and soldering the port to the main board. Thanks again!
