Went there for the first time for service on my QX30. Leslie, she AWESOME! Very customer friendly and informative. HIGHLY recommend this place. Service was quick. But DAMN Covid prevented car wash. All in all will definitely go back.

I called them and talk to one of them. I asked them if my car needs to do body Repair. He said come. There is no need to make an appointment. First come, first served. When I went there, the lady who is involved with the customer, said they Do not have body repair at all!!! I called the same number that I got from Google, and in front of her, nobody even answer. So, make sure to call and write the name of the person that you talk with them.

I had my vehicle serviced at this location. I had my 2021 Infinity Q50 engine replaced and after it was replaced oil was leaking. I brought it back and they repaired it, I was told the car was ready to be picked up. When I went to the office to get the paperwork from the advisor, she was rude. She yelled at me to "get out of her office, I need privacy" (there is open access to the service department) I proceeded to stay outside on the parking lot. Not knowing what to do. When she eventually came out, she stated she had a "bad day" she then ordered me to see the cashier in a rude tone. I do understand that bad days happen, but it does not give any right to get it out on a customer. If this specific service advisor had a bad day, it would have been best to not deal with the public. I hope this does not happen to anyone else. As it's a bitter experience. It completely ruined my day as a customer. If this review reaches any of the higher ups at this location, please note it should be looked into it. As a customer I will not return.

Always a great experience with the service department at Concord Honda. Annalise and her team offer superb service and great communication! I love them so much that I come all the way from Stockton to get my Infiniti QX70 serviced here. I could totally to Dublin, which is closer, but service matters. Thank you!

Great customer service every time I need to take my car in for routine maintenance. Anneliese is an awesome service advisor. Only reason I'm not providing 5 stars, is due to it only being a service center for Infiniti and not a full range dealership with owner perks.

The service center is located along Concord avenue just near the 242 highway exit. The customer assistant Annaliese was really polite provisional and helpful in explaining the issues and the cost split. She also followed up with my appointment confirmation as well. During the service, the professionals found an additional issue which was covered by the warranty and recommended to fix it. They also did a good job of cleaning and washing the car. Overall it was a very satisfactory experience.

I started with Daniel and ended with Annalise because of the extreme poor communication i received from Daniel!! even to the point of him sending me a email on the price i would have to pay for the loaner, even though the work that was being done on my car was under warranty. He then decided to give me the silent treatment when i came to pick up my car! Thank goodness Annalise was there to help me and explain the loaner situation as well. Thank you Annalise for your kindness and professional advice. You made my horrible experience beautiful!!

Don't go here if you actually want your car fixed. Came to Concord infiniti with my g35, just wanting them to diagnose my car so l can get passed for smog & let me know what was wrong with it before they did anything. Let me know that I needed spark plugs & coils changed. I agreed to this, charging me an extreme price for this repair (4 spark plugs), AFTER this was fixed they failed to mention my car has a fuel leak, which was going to cost another $1000 to repair. I was disappointed they hadn't mentioned this sooner in the diagnostic I paid for, which I originally came in for just to know what was wrong so I can get my car smogged (which is still 2023). I went ahead and went through with it anyway. They fixed the spark plugs & leak, I luckily got it back, and not even 10 miles into me driving home, the check engine light is back on! I had to take my car back to infiniti for them to figure out why my this happened & they say I have to pay another 8,000 because my "exhaust manifold & whole exhaust was rusted out" and needed to be replaced on top of the 2,000 I already spent thinking it would be fixed. This wasn't something that was mentioned before I paid the 2500 to get my car fixed & pass smog I go to speak with the service manager, Tony Mattice on why they failed to properly diagnose my car for the 3rd time, & doesn't even treat me like a real human. Ignores the actual problem at hand, after I spent 2,500 total to get my car repaired for absolutely nothing, it still doesn't pass smog. Even when I had told them about the sounds my exhaust was making from which I didn't know at the time was rusting. He then tells me I'm not going to get my money back "because I don't deserve it," what kind of real service manager says that? Overall this was the worst experience l've ever had with an auto repair shop, and I came to infiniti expecting to pay higher prices of course, but have a good job done, because they are always working on the same cars, so they should know what they are doing. DO NOT recommend, they will suck all the money they can out of you, and not even properly diagnose OR repair your car.

Incredible service! I drove from Marin because all the local Infiniti service centers closed and I can say with 100% certainty that Anneliese delivered! She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, informed and satisfied with my oil change and tire rotation. Highly recommend, they just made me a loyal customer!

Don’t go here. Had car diagnosed a while back and advised it was the coupler. Had it changed but that didn’t fix problems so I ended up changing the whole differential. Had oil changed and was told tire rotation light went on when they started it to take inside but wasn’t on the whole way there. Did not have rotation done. When car was ready after oil change rotation light was not on. They try to get you to spend more than needed.

Anneliese does a wonderful job taking care of Infiniti customers. Not surprised, as she'd always been like that, going back to the days when she was at the service dept at Niello Infiniti down the street, and where I used to take my car before they closed. Her reassurances, kindness and knowledge made me feel confident that my car needing repair was in the best of hands.

I can’t say enough about Tony Mattice at Infiniti of Concord. I came in stressed, overwhelmed, and honestly on the verge of tears over my car situation. Tony was the first person who actually stopped to listen to me and truly care about what I was going through. Been using Concord Infiniti/Nissan for the repair of my three cars. I recently brought my car in for service, I set an appointment for my favorite service writer Anneliese. she was unfortunately off but she assured me that her partner service writer Eric would help me out. I get there and everything is set to go. I only waited about an hour and half.... done, even with a car wash!! Thanks guys.
