Took my 2023 Armada into this location for serving due to an issue with the clutch fan. Walter, service guy, was very condescending and said the loud RPM was normal. Received it back saying it could not be reproduced which left us to wonder if they drove it. Took it to another Nissan location and they replaced the clutch fan immediately. Highly recommend going to the Antioch location for great service.

I am extremely happy with the work done on my vehicle by service advisor Sergio Fernandez. I had taken my vehicle to two other shops before coming to this one due to an intermitten engine light but neither of those shops were able to resolve my issue until Sergio took over. I waited a week before writing this review to confirm the results and thankfully NO ENGINE LIGHT!! Thank you!!

After taking my vehicle to a recommended local auto shop and my car being worse than before I took it, I honestly didn't want to deal with more shop issues. Afraid of this, I went online and scheduled a service. Unfortunately their appointments were booked 2 days out. I called the service center where I spoke with Shawn. We went over the recent history and terrible experience at the other shop I went to. He probably heard the stress and worry in my voice, Shawn immediately said he'd take a look at my vehicle on that same day and keep in touch with me the following day. He did just that and was able to find the issues going on with my vehicle that the other shop completely missed. Shawn made sure to update me as often as possible. Needless to say, starting with Shawn, everyone at the service center was extremely kind, honest and helpful. They've surely gained a longtime customer.

I had a fabulous experience with Shawn in Service! He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond! The part was ordered the day before, installed while I waited a short time and even delivered my clean vehicle after a wash! I highly recommend his service!

TL;DR: Nissan Concord resolved the issue and honored the pricing as promised, showing a commitment to making things right. I brought my wife's car in for brake replacement (front and back axles). Shawn, the service rep, recommended additional fluid replacement services, which were more expensive and required leaving the car overnight. He promised a $150 coupon discount and a free rental car, which I agreed to. The next day, Shawn confirmed over the phone that the car was ready, the $150 discount was applied, and the rental was free. However, when I picked up the car, I noticed on the bill that the rental fee was still charged. Initially, it seemed like the discount was used to cover the rental cost, which left me feeling frustrated. To their credit, the company reached out afterward and provided a price adjustment, honoring what was originally discussed. I appreciate their effort to address the situation and make it right. While the experience started off rocky, their follow-up showed they value their customers.

Concord Nissan is located in a convenient location off the freeway. I usually go with the biggest smile for service, that ends up being Sergio Fernandez. He gets me on my way, no gimmicks. Service is efficient, and my car is running like new. Thank you for a continued great customer service!

drop off my car around 10:50 to get new front breaks and got a 2 hour estimate to get it back. End up waiting 4 hours in the lobby with no reason why it took so long to get it back. Don't go here

Love that they have a free shuttle service. You can request to be dropped off & picked up. Meanwhile, your vehicle is serviced. Honestly, they're worthy of 10 stars. I get to go to the mall, walk, shop & eat, then come back to my freshly serviced vehicle. The driver is friendly, cautious, and on point. I live in Fremont, but it's worth coming the distance every time. Always a great experience.

Absolutely unacceptable service – longtime customer betrayed. I’ve been a loyal customer of Nissan Concord for over 15 years. I’ve bought two vehicles from them and had most of my service done there—but after my most recent visit, I’m done. This place has turned into nothing more than a dishonest, money-grabbing operation that preys on customer trust. I brought my truck in for a simple oil change. That’s it. But shortly after, the service manager called me with a laundry list of “urgent” repairs: new brakes, a leaking rear differential needing a new gasket, and a burnt-out brake light. Total nonsense. Let me be clear—I’m not clueless when it comes to vehicle maintenance. My brake pads were inspected and replaced just six months ago by a reputable local mechanic in Concord—someone who charges half of what Nissan Concord quoted. When I questioned the service manager on how my brakes could possibly need replacing, his response was they “go off the mileage.” Excuse me? So your mechanics don’t actually inspect anything before recommending hundreds of dollars in repairs? And the brake light bulb? I replaced it myself before the appointment. After picking up my truck, I walked out and tested it—it worked perfectly. Yet they still listed it as needing replacement. That may seem small, but it shows the dishonesty. If they’re lying about a bulb, what else are they fabricating? It feels like they’re hoping loyal customers won’t question anything. But I’m done being taken advantage of. I will never trust Concord Nissan again without a second opinion, and I recommend anyone reading this do the same. Their service has gone downhill, and it’s clear they care more about squeezing money from customers than doing honest, professional work. Don Powell

Go to literally any other service center. These are the worst mechanics I have ever worked with. They fixed my car after a rat chewed through some wires and when they replaced the fuel line they put it in incorrectly. My car leaked gas for weeks and they could not figure out what was wrong with it. They told me that I was basically making it up and that nothing was wrong with my car. They tried to convince me it was an AC leak because it was hot out. I took it to another mechanic who diagnosed and fixed the problem in under 20 minutes for $50. I want to call out a service care guy, T.J., because he was incredibly sexist and rude through out this whole process. He called my husband and made comments that women can be confused about cars. He tried to charge me $1000 for a part that I did not need (said the fuel gage was the problem) and did not even call me to talk about it before trying to replace it. He was belittling, a outright liar (he said he had two mechanics look at it and they did not see anything), rude, and downright offensive. If you are a woman, run. This place will treat you terribly and overcharge you.

Brought my truck in with a misdiagnosed fuel pump that was misdiagnosed by another small shop in town. I brought my truck into Nissan because I figured they of all people would be able to figure out the crank no start issue. After two days of diagnosing two separate days because the mechanics have to leave at 4 o’clock due to Nissan not wanting to pay overtime, they would rather inconvenience you to come back with a faulty vehicle that I need for work. After two days of diagnosing and almost $700 later “after a coupon” with no resolution, they ended up replacing the fuel pump again that the other Shop missed diagnosed. This made no change whatsoever, no improvement whatsoever.. another day of rescheduling work because I’m an HVAC contractor and bringing my truck in they replaced the crankshaft and cam sensors, which made “no improvement”. They then explained to me that there was some pretty decent exhaust leaks in both my manifolds, which could be “contributing to the problem”, but again “not positive” and by the way, is a $7000 repair? After almost $3000 spent “coupon price” and time off work and lost money and frustration. Nothing, I mean “nothing” was resolved. They’re supposed master Nissan mechanic that was working on my truck came to zero conclusions and Nissan had the audacity to charge me $3000 almost for their lack there of technical skills. You’re better off bringing your truck to Joe Blow Mechanic down the street. If you’re looking for a Nissan specialist this is not the place to go! I would stay as far away from here as possible! Five days of getting up early to drop the truck off and rescheduling work and putting me behind in my business for nothing! I do want to say Annaliese was very helpful. She was the only positive, but she could only do so much
