Very dissatisfied I needed a new tire. They quoted me 144 and then charged me 222 after install installing the tire they did not state any extra fees would apply. I will never come back here again crooks

Been taking my current car there for 3 years now, this last oil change they tried to tell me I've never taken that car there before and that it was going to cost $80 even though when I got there they had me sign a quote for $29.99 and never told me any different until it was done and time to pay. And once I told them I had all my paperwork from every previous visit and would gladly go and get it, they said they would just comp it because for 3 YEARS they had been putting in the wrong oil. And then didn't give me any paperwork because they were behind supposedly, so 3 weeks later I stop in and ask for a copy because surely it was done by then. Nope. They never even did the paperwork at all! The guy put together a new order because I wasn't leaving without something showing I had the oil change done. Because my luck that's the time my car would blow up and I'd have no proof of them doing anything recently.

Got my car in and had repairs completed faster than expected. Everyone is polite and helpful. They do recommend work that will need done in the future and the cost, but never any pressure to hurry you. I appreciate knowing what my car needs since my mechanical skills are limited.

Took a personal day, scheduled appt at 1230 after a blowout on the interstate.They told me they'd have to get the tire from another store and would call me when it got there to get it mounted. At 430...4 hours later...they called and said the wrong tire was delivered to the shop and I would have to wait until the next day at 1030am. Went to Firestone at 7am the next day and got the tire there.

Thieves. Charge me $172.00 for a diagnostic test to tell me I have a broken taillight lens. Didn’t even replace the bulb!! Then gave me an estimate of $781.00 to replace the lens. Got the lens for under $60 on Amazon. Took me 20 minutes to install. Thieves!!

My grandmother took her car here for oil change and tire rotation. These guys over tightened her tires lug nuts so bad no one can get them off. Another mechanic had to break the tire off and replace the lug nuts and bolts on all four tires. i’ve heard horror stories about this place and clearly they are correct. first time here and they destroyed her car. Go to a reputable shop and not conrad’s who pays kids 16 an hour to change oil and damage vehicles. What a bunch of clowns.

Showed up with a damaged tire on my car hauler in the absolute freezing cold and high winds. I was hauling a hot rod back to Michigan and I needed my spare put on. The guys jacked up the trailer with the car on it and got the spare put on. Got us back on the road in no time. Great service and great staff.

They lie about your car and the needed services. I brought the car for specific service, upon reaching there I was told the car won’t be ready for another day. According to them they have reached out to me and I had given them the go ahead for all the services. I was told they will reach out to me around 3 or 4 but when no one called me I called the store and no one was answering the call. So I went there to see what’s going on. I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes before they realized I am standing there, because they were too busy joking around and phone were ringing like crazy but they were putting them on hold but not a single person was answering. Then here comes the fun part. I asked the man serving me at the check out about the car what’s goin on. He goes they are waiting for the parts and the mechanic have already called me and spoke to me. So I asked for the mechanic who allegedly have spoken to me. To that he was gone for the day. I asked him nicely few times before I had to show him the anger. I recommend do not bring your cars here. They are charging way too much for services they don’t know about.

I don’t normally leave reviews and I’ve never had an issue with a Conrad’s until I went here. I went for a flat tire I needed changed. It was my rear passenger tire. They told me my front 2 tires were way worse and that I shouldn’t be driving on them because it’s dangerous. So I had the front 2 changed but that’s all I could afford. I thought they would at least patch the flat tire. 3 days later my tire started losing air again. I couldn’t afford to get another new tire so I had to get fix a flat and a tire pump. Now today my car makes a weird noise and my ENTIRE tire is off the rim. And there’s nothing I could do about it and it all could’ve been avoided if they just changed the tire I went there to get changed.

My experience was outstanding. I had an appointment on a very busy Saturday. I was prepared for a couple hours of waiting, which would have been reasonable. Not only was I out in less than 30 minutes, but my tire/rim connection was diagnosed and repaired. Other places likely would have charged me for things I didn't need, but Conrad's holds itself to a higher standard of customer serviced. That is why I continue to be a customer.

Had them replace my water pump. Keep in mind this was a warranty replacement. Had a squealing belt afterwards was told, the belt should stop squealing after 24 hours do to washing off after changing out water pump. I took it back they cleaned the belt, it was good till I got back home. I took it back 2 days later come to find out pulley was broken. (that I think they broke when changing the water pump). It was bad, they said they thought it would have been ok, to find out it wasn’t they changed it out for a fair price. I was all around satisfied with their customer service and their work.
