Getting the RV ready for the weekend and found a nail in the tire. I call, speak to Bernard and he tells me to bring it right in. 10 mins later, I'm out if the shop. Great environment and professional staff. I found my go to tire shop. Update: I've been going to Cooks for odds and ends throughout the years. No real problems. Bernard doesn't work there anymore. Was just over for a tire balance and I was told I need new front brakes. Brakes are less than 2mm and the rotor is warped. I do all the work myself and have changed to rotors. I knew they weren't warped. No pulsating. I check the brakes when I get home, and low and behold, my brakes are more than half. This is the second time a shop has tried to sell me in brakes that I didn't need. Cooks, you were a regular ship that I would go to for good service, honesty and convenience. It's sad your mechanics have to be dishonest.

My mom put off getting tires until she had the belt starting to show. I needed tires fast. I had Cooks do my Caddie about a year ago and they did a great job and good price. I called to see if they could get the car done today, Patel said we close at 2:00 on Saturdays and it was already almost 11:00 but was able to get the tires, installed and done with half an hour to spare. Once again, great job guys. .

I was very lucky to find Cook’s Tire and Tune. My experience with them was very pleasant. They have great customer service and really go out of their way to help you the customer. They are highly professional. I took my truck in for front-end suspension repairs and Cook’s did a great job with helping me to get financing for the job and completed the job in the same day. The work was done very well and my truck glides now. I have nothing but great things to say about Cook’s. Josh and Jason are great as well as their mechanics. I look forward to continuing to do business with Cook’s Tire and Tune. I highly recommend going to this shop if you need any repairs done to your vehicle. Their prices are reasonable as well. This is a special shop. They are honest and trustworthy as well. The popcorn was very delicious to boot.

Recently, I went to Cook’s tire and tune to see about a supposed leak in one of my tires I anticipated perhaps having to buy a new tire because apparently the leak couldn’t be fixed and they took the tire off and checked it thoroughly and informed me there was no leak in that tire and that I had 45 pounds of pressure in all my tires My daughter-in-law had done the best she could with those machines at gas station Where you put coins in and the reading was obviously wrong. They checked everything they fixed every tire and they said I could come back every month free they would check my tires. I am thrilled to death. This was my first visit to cooks. It won’t be my last.

Excellent Customer service. I was able to purchase four new tires for my truck Cook's tire prices. Even beat Sam's club and Costco. Also checked with some other local mechanics in Anaheim and Santa Ana. Plus they were able to even give me a ride back to my apartment and pick me up and bring me back again. So I was able to get the lowest price and the customer service was just really good overall. If I had any questions the staff was professional and able to answer any questions that I had regarding my truck giving five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ STARS 🤩

Not a good spot anymore like it use to be 3-4 years ago now every time I bring in my car for a simple oil change they try to charge me $200-$300…. For an oil change really? Then last time I brought it for a simple thermostat change and was quoted a ridiculous $600 price…. Yea no thanks, quickly told them no and took my car back don’t need to be paying these ridiculous prices just because I drive a nice car smh I literally went down the block to another place and get charged normal prices like $150 for an oil change … not whatever ridiculous prices these guys ask for anymore. You can scam others with these ridiculous prices but not me anymore..

Pedro and the team at Cook's Tire are honest, do great work, and are my go to for all my car needs (I prefer to use them over the dealership when I can). I had brakes recently replaced and it squeaked for over 3 weeks so I brought it back in. They were able to take advantage of the manufacturer warranty, and replaced both brakes and rotors at no charge. Their ratings are well deserved and I highly recommend them!

I needed my rear driver side shock replaced due to a faulty Bilstein shock I installed myself a couple of years ago. Went into Cooks Tire here in Orange, first time going and I was pleasantly surprised. They quickly gave me a quote to replace it with the shock I requested. Had it replaced and installed at a fair price. They even cleaned up the oil residue that the previous shock left around axel components! Will definitely use this place again for future work on my 4Runner.
