This was my first time taking my car to Coral Springs Buick GMC and unfortunately, it will probably be the last. First, may I say the individuals that I talk to were always very courteous and my service advisor I think tried to get things done quicker but apparently couldn’t accomplish that. I took my 2017 Buick Envision in on Monday for a 12 PM appointment because it was not running. I advised them that I had already tested the battery and it was fine and it probably was, according to my wannabe mechanic friends, the starter or some ignition problem. I patiently waited till Wednesday and After not hearing a word, I called and was told that they hope to find an answer soon. He said they were still testing it and I would hear something on Thursday. I finally got a call at 7 AM on Friday saying I was right it was a starter. This took almost a week to figure out? It was fixed within three hours and cost me over $1200. When I picked up the car I had to bring it home and hand wash it as it was covered with black, greasy hand marks, all over the hood all over the rear and all over the door handles. I have never picked up a car from a dealer after having it fixed and having it looks so bad. So, maybe I’m one of the few who have problems but I will tell you I will not be recommending them. nor will I be returning.

Great experience. Moe Sarah is amazing. I have been looking for a new GMC for a few weeks, I visited or spoke with two dealerships close to my home and was treated more as a. Other than a customer, this worked out well because it made me find coral springs GMC and Moe, and several other great staff members, even though it is 2 hours from my house, I couldn't be happier. Moe, Alyssa and the sales manager Luis were all incredibly helpful, we went back and forth on emails, texts and phone calls, for a couple weeks while they did everything they could to find me the right car at a great price and they did. The dealership was very clean and well-maintained maintained, lots of inventory, everyone there was very nice, I was greeted in the parking lot as soon as I arrived and taken to see Moe, along the way everyone there was happy and friendly, Luis made a point of coming over and introducing himself and saying hello, the financial manager had also made his way over to introduce himself as well. The process was very fast which was helpful with having a small child. Moe took the time to go through the entire car, showed all the features and made sure I was set up to take full advantage of the car. Overall a great experience, even though it is 2 hours away and there are 3 GMC dealers closer to me i will only do business with this dealership going forward and highly recommended everyone i know to go to this dealership.

My experience at Coral Springs Buick was hands down the BEST car-buying experience I’ve ever had! From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. Shadae, the internet sales representative, was incredibly patient with me from day one and never once made me feel pressured—something I truly appreciated. Vincent, my salesperson, was just as amazing! He was welcoming, attentive, and beyond patient (especially since I can be a bit hard to please 😄). He handled everything with care and made the entire process enjoyable. I walked in and drove out with the exact car I wanted, all thanks to their incredible team. I was a little disappointed with my experience. We went to the dealership on Saturday and were told that the car we wanted was not there, but they would bring it from another dealership on Monday. On Monday, I received a call saying that the car was no longer available because it had been sold. However, I found it at the original dealership, and when I called they told me the vehicle was avaliable, so I drove back to this dealer get my deposit refunded. When I arrived, they informed me that a similar vehicle was at a nearby dealership and that they could have it brought over in about an hour. We ended up waiting nearly three hours while they kept saying it was almost there. In the end, we received another vehicle, but after having it for a few days, I realized it was missing some of the original car's options. Overall, the salesperson was very friendly and polite, which is why I am giving three stars. The bottom line is that if the car you want is not on the lot, it might be better to go somewhere else.

An Honest Review from a Very Thankful Customer If you’re thinking about making a big decision like financing a car, this is the place to go — and Luis and Nick are the people you need to ask for. Let me explain. I walked into this dealership a little on edge. I’ll be honest — I had just come from another dealership that made me feel like just another number, where I had a terrible experience and was left feeling overwhelmed and mistrustful. So when I met Luis, I was admittedly a bit abrasive at first — but this man’s patience, kindness, and professionalism changed everything for me. Luis truly worked magic behind the scenes. He got me an APR and monthly term that I didn’t even think was possible, and next thing I know — I’m driving away in a brand-new 2026 vehicle. Like… what?! I’m still in shock! I genuinely couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. But it wasn’t just about the numbers. Luis listened to me, really listened, and treated me like a human being who had just been through a rough experience. When I picked up vehicle after oil & filter change, and tire rotation I checked oil level on the dipstick and it looked low. I checked the receipt printout and it read that 6 quarts were added at the oil change. I checked the owner's manual and it said my vehicle requires 7 quarts. So after paying $120 for oil change & tire rotation and waiting two hours, I had to purchase additional oil for my vehicle and add it to the vehicle to make sure it was at the correct factory recommended level. I will no longer bring my car to this dealership for service. Service writer however was very good.

I’m truly saddened to write this review. I’ve been a loyal customer of this dealership for many years and have purchased over 10 vehicles from them. Even after moving five hours away a year ago, I continued doing business with them because of the trust and relationship we had — they even delivered my brand-new Hummer directly to my property. Unfortunately, just two days after delivery, I reported that the truck was not closing properly and had multiple issues. I followed their advice and took it to my nearest dealership twice, yet after two months, the problems remain and have only gotten worse. I honestly expected the dealership to do the right thing pick up the car and fix it properly. How can a brand-new vehicle, only two months old, still be broken? And how was it even delivered five hours away in this condition? I truly wish I had purchased the car locally, but again, I bought it here because of my loyalty. When I called to discuss the situation, I was transferred to the Service Manager, who said there was nothing he could do. I then called back and spoke with the General Manager, who also said there was nothing they could do unless I brought the car there even though he knew I live five hours away, since they personally delivered the vehicle to my home. For a dealership I’ve supported for so many years, that response was extremely disappointing. The General Manager even raised his voice, which I found unprofessional or helpful. After this experience, I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership and cannot recommend them to anyone. If this is how they treat long-time loyal customers like my husband and me.

Just got a Buick and I LOVE IT! It was a car I would have never thought would fit me but thanks to the help of Moe, he was able to help me get all the specs I wanted/needed in a car all within my budget, and I ended up loving the drive of the car too which was a plus! He truly made the whole experience of getting into a new car stress free and enjoyable. After such a terrible experience trying to get into a Mazda, the Buick/GMC team really were superb. Everyone was so patient and helpful and they were even able to help me get in and out with the paperwork to be at work on time! Truly efficient and absolutely EXCELLENT. I have already recommended my roommate, mom, dad, and stepmom to work with Moe because he really was that good. Years of seeing myself and my loved ones go through so much back and forth and haggle, Moe truly is the best salesman I have ever seen/worked with. There is no one else I would have wanted to give my business too. Truly I say, THANK YOU MOE, and God bless you for being the angel I needed in this process!
