Worst place ever . I just asked for a tool because something was loose and this guy was racist and said we don't have any tools . Then how do you fix cars . Really bad service . They don't even fix things right and then when you asked for tool said we don't have any

I came today because my tire shredded on the freeway and this was the first auto shop of the freeway on keller im like ok cool .the manager seen but did not acknowledge me insted of coming to my aid he insted told me i was in the way off a tow truck that had plenty room to get out my exchange with the manager was very uncomfortable and to me he didnt seem professional nor did he care . if you like customer service the right way that I DO NOT RECOMMEND nor will i offer anyone to come here

Came with high recommendations. Towed my vehicle there. I didn't receive a call for estimation, I came there weeks later to find out cost. He wasn't sure quoted me 125.00 at that time. Today called to debit that payment to him and was rejected with pity ridicule. So I came and had it towed away again. For me, the worst communication ever between myself and any auto repair shop. Cannot recommend cornerstone.

If I could give this scammer a ZERO I would! He duped my dad out of $500 for a so called tune up and now his car keeps cutting off! BBB needs to investigate this guy! He told my dad that the car all of a sudden cutting off had nothinf to do with him. What!?!?!?!?!? Somebody please come shut him down immediately!

I recently brought my car here for some serious problems that ended up being a broken head gasket. I did so because this station was close enough to my house that I could drive the car there without it overheating. I called them once before about a repair on a different car, and they quoted a fair price, even though I didn't use them, so I felt good about trying them this time. They did very good and quick work on what was a time-consuming job, and were reasonably priced. I'm very happy to know I have someone close to my house where I can get work done, and will use them again.

Always had fast efficient and pleasant service here, Dave is a real mechanic who can “fix anything”. Oil changes, smog checks even fixing a bent plastic bumper with a hot air (hairdryer type thing), all at very reasonable prices. Best deal ever was when Dave figured out why my old Mercedes was breaking down fix was $250 but at a dealer it would have been $2K No white coats here no dealer up selling but also no lounge, just nice hard working owner who gives a fair deal. Auto repair as it should be

I'm confused as to how individuals have given any higher than 1 star for this place. If I could've rated lower then I would have. I have finally convinced my wife to never bring any of our cars there again after once again paying hundreds of dollars for absolutely nothing. I have dealt with many mechanics in my lifetime and this is hands down the worst that I have ever seen. I have had better service from backyard mechanics that I needed to buy a pint for them before they started any work. It is unfortunate because it's the closest mechanic in the area but I would rather go the extra miles for quality service. If the service wasn't bad enough and sufficient reasoning for my poor rating, I would also like to highlight the customer experience. Extremely poor customer service and David was extremely rude and abrasive. If you're looking to throw away your time and money then go here.

I was having car trouble on hwy 580 and exited the freeway where the auto center was and parked on their lot because it seemed to be a safe place to park on that street. I did call my husband to advise him and called for a tow truck. I was there awhile and finally went into the office to advise them of why I had come into their place of business. The staff sitting in the office was totally indifferent to my situation. The manager stated it would be $150 to check the car. I was getting the car towed to our mechanic in another city. They did give me permission to use their bathroom, which was better than nothing. I had to move my car to the street because they closed before the tow truck arrived. Then I did not feel safe. The tow truck finally arrived after 4 1/2 hours. At least I didn't die waiting in a hot car for 4 1/2 hours but it wasn't Cornerstones concern.
