Loved working with John Perrin! He was very patient with me and my family, even with how indecisive we are! Thank you so much for helping me with the 2019 Honda accord! Edit: John also hooked me up with Justin Heisler at farmers union the get the best deal on insurance for full coverage! The whole process took some time so be prepared to spend a few hours there if you’re indecisive. Also be prepared to wait a month or over a month to get those plates in the mail.. it takes a reeeeaaaalllllllyyyy long time so don’t be upset about it. Haven’t had a single issue since and I love my new car! I added more photos.

Two-Part Review – Sales & Service This is a two-part review based on my experience purchasing a 2021 TRD Pro in June 2024 and my ongoing service experience. Sales Experience (4/5) When I came in, I knew exactly what I wanted. The truck had only been on the lot for about a day, and I came prepared with a significant amount down. I thought that might help with negotiating, but eagerness + a rare model doesn’t exactly create leverage. Lesson learned. Financing and management were solid. The salesperson was newer and didn’t know much about the truck, so I ended up educating him a bit. No hard feelings — everyone starts somewhere — but as most people know, buying a vehicle isn’t usually anyone’s favorite process. Overall, I’d call sales a 4 out of 5. Service Experience (5/5) This is where they’ve really earned my business. I purchased the prepaid service package and have been consistently impressed. I’m now around 70,000 miles. They’ve made recommendations when appropriate but have never pushed unnecessary upsells. Oil changes are typically done in about 30 minutes, communication is strong, and they even send technician walk-through videos explaining what they’re seeing. One visit stood out — after an oil change, I had barely left when they called to say they noticed a small amount of oil where my truck had been parked and wanted to double-check everything. I turned around immediately. It ended up being minor residual oil from service, but the fact that they were proactive enough to call before I even made it home said a lot. Most recently, Hunter in service was excellent — clear communication, honest discussion about what needed to be done now versus later, and he even honored most of a prior 15% service promotion after checking with management. And a huge shoutout to Larry, one of their senior technicians. I mentioned a small bumper issue while the truck was on the lift. He set expectations properly and said he didn’t want to risk causing more damage. When I came back to pick it up, they had fixed it anyway — no extra charge. That’s under-promise and over-deliver. Sales was solid. Service has been exceptional. I’m currently considering purchasing a second vehicle — possibly a BMW M4 or Z4 with the inline-six platform shared with the Toyota Supra. Living in Fargo, we don’t have a BMW dealership locally, so service matters. The fact that I’m seriously considering a $50,000 used vehicle partly because I trust this service team to potentially help support it says everything. That level of confidence doesn’t happen by accident

Would highly recommend buying a vehicle here. I drove 200 miles to buy a vehicle ant Corwin and had the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I never felt pressured and truly enjoyed working with my sales team. Salesman Alex Deraas is truly kind and cares about his customers- this is easy to feel over the phone and as soon as you meet him. He quickly found a vehicle that had everything I was looking for. He communicated well, was straightforward and honest and worked hard to make the numbers work. Very easy to have a conversation with. Finance manager Zheer Kakayi was so easy to work with. Was able to do his job thoroughly without being pushy. Offered recommendations but accepted any answer given. Easy to talk to and brought humor and personal experience which I appreciated. Ask for either of these guys and you are sure to be well taken care of!

Didn’t really seem to want anything to do with me after the sale. Vehicle had barely functioning windshield wiper and when I asked about getting working ones the salesperson said he would look into it and never got back to me. Also took them over 4 weeks to get me the title for my vehicle because they never bothered to have the previous owner sign it when they traded it in. Have not been able to get license plates without a title so have been unable to drive for Uber these past 4 weeks costing me thousands of dollars in lost income.

Given a fair price on a like new, very low mileage used Mitsubishi Mirage. Corwin staff are friendly and accommodating. Small down payment and easily financed at a fair used car interest rate. I drove 5 hours to acquire this sub compact car. Purchasing process took only 90 minutes total. Corwin held the car for me as I stated I would purchase it and would arrive in afternoon of the following day as I was 250 miles away. Finance office procured the lowest possible used car interest rate through one of their lenders. Corwin Toyota of Fargo is one of the largest volume dealerships in red river valley, with reasonable prices and fairness to customers. I highly recommend. Obviously they are fair, having repeat clientele from all over the USA.

I bought Used Tundra TRD Pro from Corwin Toyota Fargo in September this year. I worked with Sam C. and Alex D. on purchasing the truck. They were both great to deal with, and the dealership was incredibly fair with me. The Tundra TRD Pro market is crazy, and in the end, I was met with a good price for the Tundra with some tasteful modifications and in VERY GOOD shape, very good market pricing here. The entire buying process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish. As a out of state purchaser, they represented the vehicle very well and were willing to go out of their way for any question or concern I had.
