I could tell you the whole story but instead I’ll keep it short.
- I was given a different diagnosis at a shop in Sd.
- Something that was going to cost me $1900
- After having my truck towed and communicating with James we went another route had it re-diagnosed.
- The first diagnosis from San Diego was incorrect and Costa Mesa Auto Service Center saved me a pretty penny.
- They could have just done was I was told and gave approval for, instead they went the extra mile found out what was actually wrong with my truck and fix her.
- Highly recommended, this will be my new place to go with any vehicle needs.
- Friendly, Helpful, and have highly effective communication.

they will not allow you to use your own oil, for oil change, and they will tell you that they use “high quality oil”, but that’s not true. my MPG rate decreased from 56 to 48 after i changed oil with them. also they charged me 250$ for oil and air filter change. absolutely unreliable and deceitful service
