I just had the best car repair experience of my life with Country Auto. I have several kids who all drive and I've been to a lot of car repair places over the years, but this was absolutely my best experience. I live about 20 miles away and ended up at Country Auto based on a recommendation. I won't get carried away with mechanical details, but I just was really pleasantly surprised by the honesty and fairness. Very much worth the trip. They just earned a customer for life and referrals to anyone who asks about car problems (aka my kids).

I've been going to County Auto for automotive needs beyond my capabilities for over two decades now (7 kids = lots of well loved and nearly broken cars). The reason I keep going back? - Excellent Service, Honesty, Affordability, and overall Fairness. Case in point...if they make a mistake, they make it right at no extra cost. This is the only automotive business I've ever known to do that. The reason I am finally writing a review? - My neighbor, who is a widow, asked me to come look at a problem with her car's AC system. Of course I looked for a potential simple fix (loose wires, belt issue, fuses, low refrigerant level, etc.). I then referred her to Country Auto. She ended up getting a couple quotes and went with County Auto. Not only was her needed service more affordable, but she told me they were very kind and attentive to her needs throughout the entire process. You really can't go wrong with Country Auto!

My experience, a country Auto was as expected. They performed my emission test quickly. And the checkout process went smooth. I tried them because I was very disappointed with the other provider. I have gone to for many years. Maybe this is a great lesson to continue to shop and don’t settle for complacency. I manage a family fleet of six cars. If I continue to get the same service I received yesterday. Country Auto will not only my missions, but I will give them a try for other services.

This place charged me nearly $600 for spark plugs on a 2001 Chevy Silverado - $100 above the estimate they gave me (surprise!) and about $300 above the national average for spark plug change. The tech totally ignored my asking to check a squeak in the brakes, so when I got the estimate, I thought he was fixing spark plugs and the squeak. Nope. Just spark plugs for nearly $600. So disappointing - this place was recommended to me and I had hoped to refurbish my truck completely, but I won’t be doing that here.

I had never been to Country Auto. After being ripped off at other mechanics I decided to give them a try. I am so happy I did! They treated me so fair! When I called and described my issue he told me what he thought the problem was and sure enough ... He was right! They really know their stuff! I stopped by for an emissions inspection without an appointment. I was taken care of right away. I think this is the sixth year. I’ve gone there and I’ve always had that kind of service. While There, I ran into a friend of mine who was getting an oil change. She’s been gone there for years also. Great people, fast, reliable service. Would highly recommend.
