Point S replaced fuel pump. Rather than waiving the diagnostic fee which usually takes place if they do the repair, I was charged $150. The cost of the fuel pump was $170-200 depending on where it was purchased. Point S charged me $399-100% mark up. The fuel pump was no longer available from the Dodge dealer. So, the work seems fine at this point. However, this was robbery and I will personally advertise for you.

I had taken my truck to 2 different shops including the dealership, and was pretty much told my truck is perfectly fine and nothing is wrong with it. These guys really took the time to listen to my concerns and problems I was having with my truck. Within 1 day they had figured out what was wrong with my truck and within 3 days had it fixed. Unbelievably grateful for them! They had amazing customer service! Always kept me in the loop, made me feel like my concerns were valid, and took the time to try and figure out what was wrong instead of spending barely anytime on it just to tell me my truck was fine. I cannot express how thankful I am for them and how much time they put into my truck trying to find the problem.

Sean made my whole experience 10/10 from the time I called in and through the whole visit. He was a great listener regarding my car concerns! He offered a full courtesy Inspection, as we are loyal Bruneel / Point S customers. He was so friendly and attentive when I had questions. Sean offered my kids and I popcorn and water as we sat in the waiting area. The waiting area is plenty spacious. They even sent us a video text of my car’s issues so I could send it to my husband and include him on all decisions we needed to make for our family car. LIKE WOW!
