While MOOG greaseable parts come greased from the factory, they should also be greased at the time of installation to fill the dust boot and lubricate the interface between the boot and mating part. Went to multiple other shops who did not want to work on my car. Instead of just saying that they still wasted my time and money while making up Bs in the process. Was told by other shops my car was not fixable... Low idle. knew they were Bs. I found these guys and they fixed the unfixable. Very honest good people. Down to earth. Won't go anywhere else. Highly recommend them to everyone.

Edit: To respond to the workers response, NOT ONCE DID SHE EVER CALL ME NOT ONCE! THE OWNER WAS THE MAN WHO TOOK MY CALL THE OTHER TIME! DONT LIE!!Took my vehicle in to find out what was wrong with my heat. They determined the hvac needed to be resealed. Ok great, tells me to call Monday for an estimate. I call, he asks I call back after he talks to the parts guy. Call back the following week, get told how sorry they were but they didn't get the pricing and again, they ask me to call back. Another week later, I call back, the lady this time assures me SHE would call me back with the estimate. Here we are WEEKS later, no call, no estimate, no explanation. If they didn't want the job THEY should of been professional and said so. Not kept asking me to call back!! I won't be returning!

This is the first repair shop that I've found to be honest and friendly. The prices are amazing and they can get parts in a couple of hours. I have been feeling like something was wrong with my car for a couple of months. I took it in somewhere else about five times and they weren't able to diagnose the problem in its entirety like Mike did in one try. I'm so happy that I went to these guys!

This is the best mechanic shop I've ever been to, and is the only place I will let touch my vehicles from now on. They are extremely honest and do great work. My avalanche was recently in a terrible accident but held up surprisingly well for such a hit. I was wondering if it would ever be the same as before the accident, but decided to repair it because it's been a great truck, and they don't make trucks like they used to. My truck had a new rear end put in here, and when I drove it out for the first time since the accident, I was surprised to find that not only is it as good as it was before, it's even better. I have a fairly new buick as well, and they have my avalanche riding and handling as well as the buick. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest repair shop, which is extremely hard to find these days.

Best place in Mount Morris hands down! We have had engine and exhaust problems that we took to Bob Kern's twice to fix. The engine light didn't come on but the exhaust was loud and the car still didn't have power. These guys not only fixed the problem but fixed the other shops mistakes on top of it! It hard to find an honest automotive shop to fix cars! Their prices were rest and they got our car fixed fast!

I had been taking my car to another shop who honestly, didn’t really seem interested in doing any sort of diagnostic work. After a pretty expensive repair, my car broke down within two days of taking it home. I started looking and found these guys were really close to my house, and had good reviews so I gave it a shot. I can’t tell you how thankful I took my car to them. These are honest, knowledgeable people who are great to work with. If I had taken my car to another shop I most likely wouldn’t have a running car or would have paid double for the work. These folks know what they’re doing, and they are the best shop I’ve ever worked with as far as communication. I never had to call Couple of Car Guys for an update, they were on it. These guys finished a huge repair before the other guys would have even called to tell me they weren’t sure what’s wrong lol. I’m never taking my car anywhere else. You can go to a couple of mechanics and spend a lot of money and waste a lot of time, but I recommend you go to Couple of Car Guys instead.

They are the best and I trust them every time to work on my truck. When I first got the truck in November it started doing a lot of weird things. I took it to AutoZone and Tuffy, Tuffy on Miller sent me they way because they thought it was my timing belt. Once I got here they were about to look under and everything binder my baby was new all I had to do was a oil change. When I got that good new clean oil it baby girl was back. Since then they have done my muffler, wheel bearings, and they will continue to work on my baby girl. Can not forget about Ms. Karen she is so AWESOME.......

Had my trans rebuild done by couple of car guys and it's perfect! Better than when I bought it years ago. 2002 silverado with 4lslipp-e and guess what?? It don't slip or bang any of those gears anymore. Turn around was quick and Mike was with me every step of the way with call and text updates. The price is right, the guys are honest and the work is top notch to match! Will always get my business Oh I live in Whitmore lake. I will drive or towe the hour pluse up to them, it's worth it!

I found this shop through @Grand Blanc Residence Uncensored. I had an A/C problem that was not fixed or diagnosed by another local shop. They were able to get to the root cause and fix it for me at a reasonable cost. They have definitely earned my trust.

Super friendly! I actually dropped my Jeep off the day before my scheduled service and was given a diagnosis that same day. Had my part ordered which arrived the next day. ( The day of my actual scheduled service) Had my s/o drop off the money for the repair and he asked an estimate time of when we could expect my car back and was told no later then the next day. Well, they did it again! I got a call that my jeep was ready for pick up that same day. Everything is working perfectly. No headache, no run around bs. Its a great feeling to take your car somewhere that not only do they do their job correctly but they also treat you well.

First car shop ive ever been to that actually made me want to go back, including both small and chain shops. I wasnt treated like an inconvenience. Aside from the customer service aspect of it- they had great communication, were very knowledgeable, didnt try to talk me into fixing the things I knew could wait a while, the work was done very well, and its the most affordable I could have seen my repairs done unless I did them myself.

UPDATE 12/25/2025 I've been in touch with Fox 2 problem solvers and would suggest anyone else having issues with this place to do the same! They are extremely helpful. Also, if you want to know what kind of company they are, just read their responses to the one star reviews. So far EVERY ONE that I've read, they simply blame the customer instead of taking accountability. It's also interesting that most of the one star complaints are against the PERSON (if I happen to say lady they will just blame me for being sexist AGAIN) that works at the front counter and the lies that she tells. They even lied in a response to the attorney general on a complaint I filed (Luckily THAT lie was seen through!. This includes in my repair where THEY HAND TIGHTENED all of the bolts in my rear end differential and leaf springs causing the back and to come apart (see pictures attached). I'm sorry, I don't think I originally attached the findings from the repair shop detailing everything that was wrong from three guys work. I've attached that picture this post. Notice the comment " and items missing" in screenshot. It's funny that they play "blame the victim"... They hand tightened ALL of the bolts to my rear differential, it comes apart and they try to tell me it's because I'm sexist because I wanted to talk to the repair person who worked on my truck. I simply wanted to talk to the person who worked on my truck to let him know he didn't tighten anything at all. Because I called to ask to speak with the Gentleman who worked on my car, I was accused of being Racist (She thought I would ONLY talk to a male). I was then lied to twice. 1) I was told that the lady who answered the phone was told to tell me that they would have the car towed to them and fix it. HOWEVER, I was told something VERY different. I was told I'D have to tow it up and THEN they would decide whether it was covered under warranty. I couldn't risk 3 hours of towing AT MY COST to only be told they wouldn't cover it. In short, they replaced my rear differential. A couple of weeks later while driving, my WHOLE back axle, etc. came apart (UBOLTS HANGING FROM THE SPRINGS and my Axle fell down to the ground bending it. Luckily The part had 100,000 mile warranty. However the warranty is NO GOOD if you aren't allowed to speak to ANY of the techs. The issue is when I called them back on the morning of Jun 24th, 2024... Whoever the young lady at reception was wouldn't even allow me to TALK to any of the technicians at which time I was accused of being Sexist. The lady accused me of making the CHOSE to pay an additional $3500 rather than have Couple of Car Guys do the work. As mentioned, I was NOT offered a free tow and it would have been 90 minute drive each way AND they wouldn't even tell me if they would do the work for free until I got it up there. I could NOT afford 3 hours tow bill only to be told they weren't going to honor the warranty. I'm filing a complaint now with the state of MIchigan, ASE (National institute for Automotive Excellence), and BBB. Does anyone know if arbitration is done in Michigan or does this have to go directly to small claims court?
