My car broke down on the highway at 10something on a Monday night and this man saved my life. That night, he gave me two jumps then pushed my car to a gas station after it wouldn’t start anymore so he could work on it first thing in the morning. He took apart my car at a gas station and put it back together quickly and proficiently. Such a humble and knowledgeable man. I was a complete wreck and scared because i live 3.5 hours away in Jacksonville but he ensured me that I would be well taken care of. Every after he finished fixing my car, he pumped air in my tires for me it may sound small to you but that hospitality is something that will definitely get my business every time. Affordable and dependable!!! Choose these guys!!

I am writing to highly recommend CR Auto. I am a retired attorney, living with my wife in San Carlos Mexico (after our lifetimes in Denver). Our 23 year old daughter was driving to Miami on Friday night (3/10/23), with her two male co-workers…also about 23 years old, to spend the night, then drive up to Daytona for a job on Sunday morning at their brand new jobs. They stopped at a Marathon gas station in West Palm Beach to fill-up. The car would barely start after the fill-up, so she limped to the little store right next to the gas station. Four other cars were also having problems right after getting gas. Apparently, the gas station had just installed new tanks, and apparently they failed to bleed/flush the gas lines leading to the pumps. We found CR Auto on the internet and they arrived at the gas station within an hour. Rich, a partner of Charles, went to where the car was parked at the gas station that same night, then returned Saturday morning. He kept us apprised of the progress and diagnosis hourly. It seems that the gunk in the gas reservoirs killed her fuel pump. Rich was able to find another fuel pump, then install it on site. My daughter was back on the road Saturday afternoon, headed to Miami. As parents of a young woman, we felt secure throughout due to Charles’ and Rich’s responsiveness. It is difficult/terrifying to live in another country while your baby is driving to a work-site with a new job and new responsibilities, only to have the bad luck of getting gas at the wrong location. Thank you to Charles and Rich for prioritizing our daughter’s repairs and helping her to avoid difficulties at her new employment.

HE IS A SCAM!!!!! HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DISAPPEAR.. I am not the first person he scammed, there are others who left a warning not to use because of fraud in their review. I hired Charles to replace the bearings on both the passenger and driver front wheels. He quoted us $900, we paid him once he said the work was completed. A day later we discover the vehicle drove the same, furthermore there was actually no work done at ALL!! Before discovering he scammed me I reached out to him about the quality of the replacement, he replied saying that it needed an alignment. The morning he was suppose to take the vehicle to be aligned he never showed. After having contacted him he reassured me he would be back after taking care of an emergency. 3 days later I reach out to him and his response to me was he had to reorder a part. I conceded and a day later he still hadn't arrived. I called, it didn't ring, it went to voicemail. This happened for over a week. I thought that something terrible happened until I called a couple of days ago and he answered. However after having realized who I was he hung up and wouldn't answer. I found his Home address on subiz, went there to discuss his disappearance but he wouldn't open the door. I texted him a picture of his house saying that it wouldn't end well for him. He called the police and after talking to them there may be probable cause to charge him with fraud since according to the reviews and my corroborating story it shows he has a reputation of taking money and disappearing... My wife and I had the belt on our car unexpectedly break off while driving & being over an hr away from home still. Though skeptical at first based on other reviews, I called him. They gave my car a nice custom tune up because my cylinders were misfiring and now my car is running mint. The prices are more than reasonable than every other mechanic shop in Palm beach county.

A great mobile mechanic very affordably priced and reliable, I had to replace the alternator. Very quick and professional. if you need any anything for your car definitely call Daniel he is the best mobile mechanic I've seen yet I'll definitely be calling him back for tune-up for my car. Highly recommend!!

September last year I had a battery problem. Contacted Charles to come over to my house. He told me that I needed a new battery. He installed one and charged me $250 for battery and installation. It’s not even one year yet and I was informed by Firestone that I need a replacement. That battery should have lasted between two to three years. I will not be using this service again.

I had excellent service from CR! Found him on Google when I needed a tire change & he was quick to respond and came to do it. Recently my belt ripped and I contacted him again due to his professionalism the first time. He made time and came out, diagnosed the problem and quickly got it fixed at a price that couldn’t be beat! I highly recommend this man & will be my first call any and every time I may need help with my vechicle!!!!

CR Auto was able to come on very short notice and fix my car. I took it to get the battery tested and they said it was my alternator. I then got it tested by CR auto and he said it was my battery. It was my battery and he was able to come in and replace it. Great service.

Day one - we called to ask if they would come out to service our car. This was a last minute call so we were very thankful that they were willing to drive to us. The man came, looked at our car and said he needed to come back the next day because he did not have a certain tool. Not a problem at all. Day two - we scheduled for him to come around 4. My husband left work early to meet him. The man never showed up and when we called he basically acted like he forgot. We rescheduled for 4 the next day. Day three - 4:00 comes around. My husband texts him to ask if they were coming. They said they were on their way. 5:00 comes around and still no one… we tried to call but I’m pretty sure they blocked our number. It’s fine if you can’t / won’t do the job… but at least let us know so we can have someone else come and we can stop wasting money on Uber rides. 😑 Would not recommend.

I am reading all reviews right now before leaving mine. What I can say about Charles is that maybe for a simple issue like changing a tire he can be efficient and reliable, but if the work is more challenging then he becomes a thief. My husband and I had him to come over to fix the fuel pump. After a couple of days the engine warning light was still on and another issue connected to the fuel cap came up. After 2 weeks the car was not ok and we figured that the job was not properly done and we contacted Charles again. He said he was out of town until the next Monday. It was Tuesday and having only one car we had to have it repaired so we told him we were going to the dealership as we have no other choice (and honestly I felt like we couldn’t trust him again on the car incurring in more problems). We then went to the dealership to have an accurate diagnostic and it turned out that fuel pump was leaking and whatever Charles put on didn’t fit and wasn’t pressed accordingly. At this point we had to get the job done asap and explained Charles we would like a refund either for the service or for the fuel pump. He requested for the receipt from the dealership and we gave it to him, then he said he needed the old part and he would go to the dealership and then he just kept finding excuses and didn’t want us to give us the initial receipt of the job he did and his company name information when we asked. That really feels like fraud.

I called this guy to change my alternator and found my sway bar loose and my oil gauge not working after he finished. If you need a mobile mechanic this guy is not the one. If you need to pay more do so....I can not stress enough, DO NOT USE THIS PERSON. Lastly he told me he was in Port St Lucie I drove there to meet him to get my car fixed and he did not show up or call and I still have not heard from him.

Was replacing my brakes and rotors myself but got stuck with some bolts that I could not get off. Gave Charles a call and he was able to get the bolts off and finished my brakes and rotors. Very reasonably priced and knowledgeable on my vehicle. Thanks Charles will definitely use him again for future projects on my cars.

This will be a fair and honest opinion…DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT contact this guy for any automobile related issues. I contacted him to replace & my diagnose my fuel pump he said it would be 90$ for a diagnostic and the part would be 300$ (It was only 180$ at the most) after replacing my fuel pump a host of other fuel related issues happened(service fuel sensor, problem with my car correctly reading my fuel level, strong gas odor) told me I needed to replace the other pump as well, given that part isn’t leaking or bad but upon telling him he told me that I needed to get that left fuel replaced asap. Turns out he did not properly seat my fuel pump in the housing causing it to allow air into the tank and not have the proper pressure to pump gas to my engine. And the very next day the same issue arises meaning he did nothing to fix the issue cause my car cut off in traffic on Christmas and he couldn’t come out to fix it until after Christmas. Still to this day my fuel sensor light is constantly blinking because he did something wrong or didn’t connect the wires correctly. My car was leaking gas inside my car from the fuel pump he installed. He never properly seated it and he didn’t have the lock ring secured tightly so the pump was constantly sucking in air. After 400$ I feel finessed…heed my warning DONT CONTACT THIS GUY!!!!
