Used them on two different occasions. First was April 2024 to repair a chip in my windsheild. Asked to have them to come to my house to repair it there before I went to work. I asked for a time that would give time to get it done and get off to work on time. They came late and was pushing my time frame to get to work on time. Once here though the repair was quick and simple by using the stuff in a DIY kit but with better knowledge on how to use it. And was only $20-30. The second time was just recently in February 2025. Needed my windshield replaced as a new chip was made that I didn't know about and turned into a crack. Shopping around and found that they were about the same in town, maybe lowest, just for glass but added that my car had vechile guidance other shops add more and have to do in shop while they can do it mobile and not get the extra charge. They quouted $400 with $100 deposit and scheduled for Sunday 3pm at my house. Problems arose when time for replacement. Come appointment time, no show, no text, no call. Tried calling but goes to full or not set up voicemail. Texted and got nothing. Finally an hour later they called and they would be over in an hour. 1.5 hours later (including a gas stop) they arrived and got my windshield replacement in about an hour. The explanation of the lateness was they lost my info somehow and had trouble finding it and my calling/texting is what got it back. This is where the 1 star lost is, if running a business you need good organization and back up systems. In age of internet you can save anything online and still get to it if one method fails. Overall I am satisfied but cautious with timing and appointments. I suggest keeping contact if using them to ensure better timing and communication. Would I use again? Probably, due to more experienced chip repair (versus myself doing it) and cheaper replacement due to no vechile guidance reprogram fee.

Someone ran into my back Jeep windshield with a bike and broke the whole back window on a Saturday! I searched up auto crack repair companies that were open on a Saturday and called crack solutions auto glass and had the owner in assuming, come out within an hour to quote me for the glass and even followed me to a local car wash to vacuum all the glass! Fixed me up first thing on Monday even came to my house to repair! Nothing but professional and hospitality glass repair. You won’t be disappointed.

I got my windshield done with them yesterday 4/14. They communicated very well. Worked around my busy schedule. Took their time to make sure the work was done right. I truly am glad I chose local. They were very personable people as well. I feel like I now have not only left with great friendships, but with amazing quality work and a regular car guy because he was much more than a mechanic. He’s the jack of all trades! Definitely will use them again and highly recommend them.

A no show, communication sucks, kept changing the time on meeting up four times and then he put my phone on block. Not reliable at all and the owner does not make sure his workers stick to schedule as planned. Bad place of business and communication sucks

Woke up this morning to a tree limb sticking straight through my windshield. Called Blake at 6am and he answered immediately, and gave me a quote. Later todsy, I took the car to meet him. He had the windshield off quickly, but soon realized his supplier had sent him the wrong windshield (not his fault, they sent a different year model). Blake called and ordered the correct windshield. He told me it should arrive at 9-10pm. He helped cover the cost of an Uber so I didn't have to stay there all day. The delivery was late (again, not his fault) and I was planning on heading home and waiting until tomorrow. I started heading home, and Blake called telling me the that the truck had just pulled up in his driveway. This was around 11:30 pm. He told me to just head that way and he would have it done when I got there. I pulled up and he was finishing up the windshield. Everything looks great, and the fact that he stayed up and took care of the job as soon as possible despite how late it was was really impressive. Great customer service, and great work. Thanks to this, I had my car back tonight when if that had happened anywhere else, I'm sure I would have had to wait for tomorrow. Thanks man!

Super unprofessional had to kick my windshield out. He had to use some of my tools and heat gun. Didn't remove all the old glue from under the windshield or even completely glue my windshield down it leaks all over the place there's an open hole to outside where water just pours in. Text him about it and once I told him who I was and the problem with the truck I never got a text back even after messaging 2 more times . Believe the bad reviews . Go somewhere else

I called several places to get the best price I could find for this job since I wasn't filing to insurance and Blake was super competitive compared to everyone else. From the time I first reached out to the job complete I think it was under 24 hours and he even had to order the glass! He stayed past dark getting it put in and making sure everything was working properly. I was super anal and worried a little probably to the point it was obvious as I had just recently purchased my BMW, and he was super understanding. He even went ahead and tinted it for me, did a great job of it, for a great price and the % match was perfect!

I do want to start out saying that both gentleman were very nice. However, it doesn’t constitute the neglect, they provided to me as a customer. We called the company early Saturday and the gentlemen (owner) stated he is Colorado, and that the other gentlemen would be out at 2pm Saturday (5/31/25). He was a no call no show!!! So, we called him and he stated that he doesn’t work on weekends, which we understood but your boss said you were available. He said he would come out later on or he could come tomorrow (6/1/25). He never showed for later that day or the next day. We called and he did not answer. I would definitely NOT recommend if you don’t have time to waste. Very unprofessional and lack of communication between client and company!! Please do not waste your time. I am a homeowner, who was getting a home ready to rent out! A complete failure for a business!! Never again!!

I want to say thanks for getting the job done quick and efficient. I called last the day before at 6pm he told me I could be there at 9pm when the windshield arrives and he’ll put it in that same night? What shop do you know that would do that? I fell asleep and call at noon the following day and told me it’s okay come on now and we can get the ball rolling. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 15 minutes tops. VERY PROFESSIONAL, TIMELY, UNDERSTANDING.
