I can't say enough nice things about my experience at Crain. I wanted to look at the Ioniq 9 and met with the sales rep, Christian Krogh, on a Saturday with my wife. He was patient, kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. He helped us understand all of the features and capabilities of the car, and then helped us work with the manager on some attractive terms for purchase and finance. When I told him I needed more time and wanted to look at another one in Tulsa, he was understanding and nice. After a TERRIBLE experience at the Tulsa Hyundai dealership, we swiftly came back to Christian and made our purchase. He made sure the car was detailed, charged, and walked us through a few final points as we bought our first EV. The entire team, from management, to finance, were all so incredibly nice and honest in their dealings with us. I highly recommend Crain Hyundai in Fayetteville (and especially Christian) for your next vehicle! Oh, and the Ioniq 9 is awesome!

Recently purchased a new 2025 Hyundai Santa Cruz XRT & absolutely love this car. I traded in a 2022 Hyundai Palisade that I was way upside down on & my salesman, Roman Kelley, bent over backwards to provide me with a deal that was short of miraculous. Roman is a well spoken, well mannered young man who is very knowledgeable of the Hyundai brand & never became pushy about the sale, but was always vigilant toward my needs & desires. I went to Crain Hyundai to look for an SUV with stronger towing ability and more passenger room than my present vehicle, a Subaru Outback. My granddaughter, Lainey and I were greeted and assisted by Sarah Johnson. She located a car in a neighboring town, arranged its transport to Fayetteville, then we did the test drive. The Honda Pilot she drove back was just what I was looking for. Sarah was asked lots of questions for which she found answers in a timely manner. She walked us through the many steps from point A to point Z of purchasing a solid used car. She never hesitated to go get any answers she did not readily know. Since the car was older and had a somewhat high mileage, she also gave us all we needed to make an informed decision regarding purchasing an extended warranty or service agreement. It was great dealing with Sarah. We appreciate her so much. She is truly a hard worker, dedicated to making a successful sale with happy customers. We wish her all the best. Will, in Finance, is the best. After s somewhat lengthy wait, once we got to his office, he had us taken care of in a very short time. He’s polite, knowledgeable and efficient!!

After a very poor experience at Crain Hyundai of Bentonville, we decided to give the Fayetteville location a try and were very glad we did! Crain Hyundai of Bentonville quoted us an agreeable price for the sale of our car, then pulled it and offered a WAY lower price far along in the process, needless to say we left rather disappointed in the business as well as the customer service. We visited the Fayetteville location and were helped by Trent who was awesome! He was extremely kind and after sharing our experience with him, he was determined to create a good experience for us to turn things around, and he did so exceedingly! My wife found a vehicle online that she was interested in, so I called and spoke with a gentleman named Alexander in Sales. He confirmed the vehicle was available, and I let him know we would be driving from Greenwood to Fayetteville to look at the Hyundai Palisade. Alexander assured me he would have the vehicle ready for us to test drive. When we arrived at the dealership, we checked in with reception and were quickly greeted by Alex. He introduced himself and walked us outside to see the vehicle. We spent approximately 30 minutes with him as he thoroughly explained all of the features the Palisade had to offer. During the test drive, Alex continued to provide information and answered all of our questions. When it came time to move forward with the purchase, Alex made the entire process smooth and easy, remaining informative and transparent throughout the numbers and paperwork. We were then introduced to Will, the Business Manager, who also made the final paperwork process seamless, unrushed, and easy to understand. Bought my first car yesterday!!! Austin, Ali and Kaleb did a phenomenal job. Car buying can be intimidating and stressful but they were so patient and walked me through the entire process, answering all my (many) questions along the way. The facility is undergoing a remodel right now however, the outside mobile office has great AC and restrooms for your convenience. I’m glad I didn’t let the construction stop me from pulling in. We had a great experience buying our Hyundai Tucson, and Jose made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He was friendly, patient and never pushy, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all our questions. We’d visited other dealerships beforehand, and this experience really stood out. The paperwork was quick and well organised, and we felt comfortable throughout.
