I got into a car collision and brought my car here, the damaged was fixed and now my car looks like before. I'm not giving it 5 stars because there was a piece missing from one of the doors and it had to be ordered because they didn't have it, I also noticed some paint spots on my hood like the paint was dripping. So that had to be removed. I think quality checks could be better but the customer service was great and the damage was most repaired on the first go round. I would come back.

Let me tell you it wasnt about service only with these guys its about from the first phone call to the in-store visit to the auto shop being AMAZINGLY AWESOME!!!! Everyone treated me like family and took the extra step to get my vehicle back to me in better shape than I brought it in! Service King provides second to none great customer service. Initially, I was a bit hesitant using a large chain body shop due to pass experiences with other large chains. The manager Chuck is definitely on top of everything going on; it felt like I was being serviced by my own family member. Everyone from start to finish was very helpful and informative. Thank you Chuck, Colby, Dominik, and the other lady I don’t recall her name (my apologies) for the great experience!

My '05 Honda Civic Si was backed into while in a parking lot. The guy really plowed into it leaving significant damage, but was kind enough to leave his contact info with the company where it was parked. I had the car towed to Charlie Hinds after reviewing some positive feedback elsewhere on the 'Net. They got started as soon as my insurance gave them the green light. I received progress alerts via SMS every so often. A little over a week into it, they said the car was ready. I found that the insurance company didn't inform them of the conversation we had regarding total damage incurred which included partial on the driver's side door. Their shop (Joseph) took care of it and it went back into the shop for another week. There was also a spot toward the top rear where sun fading occurred. I asked him to go ahead and take care of that area and I'll pay out of pocket for it. The car literally looks ten times better than when I purchased it a few years ago. They didn't have to, but they also treated one of the headlights unaffected by the accident so that they were both clear as they had been severely faded by the sun. These guys take their time and do the job right. It's becoming harder and harder to find places that seem to genuinely care about you and your concerns, but these guys do it right and take care of it as if it were their own. I challenge you to find a better Paint & Body shop than these folks, because I'm not sure it can be done. I'll be bringing my other car to them for paint work as well as any future work. Thanks guys!

I would like to commend David and his team over at the Red Bluff location in Pasadena, TX. I brought the vehicle to them with a damaged front bumper and the car was with them for nearly 8 weeks of maintenance. Every step of the repair process I was given updates, and the communication was top quality. David acquired all the parts needed for a repair and compassionately treated the vehicle like he owned it himself. Unfortunately, when I got the vehicle back, the rear bumper had been damaged at some point during the time it was in their care. David took full accountability of the situation and made it right. The paint work, maintenance and repair for Crash Champions is impeccable. This is what customer service looks like.

My experience was amazing. I got my appointment on a Wednesday afternoon for the following Monday morning, my car was expected to be ready in two weeks but they had it ready in 3 days! I had a some damage to my front shirting and running lights. I took my vehicle to Crag Champion. I was pleasant surprised at the immediate attention and service by Suzanne. Within 30 minutes , I had an evaluation and a rental car available. I was so pleased with the text messaging providing g me with daily updates. My vehicle was ready before the anticipated date. I recently damaged the front end of my Sonata. In spite of the fact that my car is 10 yr old, it ran beautifully, Unfortunately the clear coat had degraded, ao it showed its age. When I brought it in inquired. about a paint job, and was shocked at how much they cost now. As I could not afford it I just had them fix the damage. I just picked it up and was astonished and very pleased with what they did. They fix it and then spayed a clear coat on the area around the damage. It is great, it looks so much better! {eole there friendly, helpful and understanding. 6 out of 5 stars. Thank You.
