They don't even deserve one star, poor poor service. Talked to Moe, Larry and Curly. They've had my car for over a month.Can't get none of them to send the paperwork to the insurance company even if you call them every day. I would not recommend them for anything.

We took our truck in that had hail damage. I was told they would have an estimate by the end of the day. Long story short, our truck ended up staying there overnight, I called at noon and they still didn’t have an estimate. I went and picked my truck up, and they told me they would call me with the estimate within two hours. It is now a month later, I still don’t have an estimate or a phone call or a text. I would not recommend this company! Laziness is what I blame this on. The poor way to do business

Crash Champions did amazing work on my car after a hit and run. Everything feels like brand new and the work was completed VERY quickly. They even went above and beyond and sewed a part of the seat back together that was on back order from the dealer, with a guarantee to install it once it arrives. Great work, I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. The first time in the office it took 5 minutes for someone to recognize we were even in the waiting room. I idea of customer service has escaped them. The manager Cale lied to me saying the insurance copy is making the repair difficult, yet he is the one who is it telling me one thing and the insurance company another. I would never recommend them to work on anything and would never trust anything the manager tells you.

5 star service from beginning to end! Everyone that helped me was super kind and they took great care of me and my car. The work they did on my repair was flawless. My car looked brand new! In today’s day and age it’s the people that keep a business running, and Vanessa and Tristan and the GM were so personable, and explained the process very thoroughly to me and I’m so grateful for the care they took. I also appreciated their auto texting service that gave me updates on my cars status while it was in their care. They worked hand in hand with my insurance and made what would have been a stressful situation a super easy process. Had our mustang towed here after a tree fell on it, pretty devastating the amount of damage it caused. Tristan was able to get us in, helped us deal with insurance, and had our car restored to basically new condition. He even mentioned they had to customize the paint since that color isn't really used anymore, the attention to detail was just really nice to see. Very appreciative of the hours they put into our car. They also kept me up to date with timeline and steps needed to get things done. Highly recommend this shop!

I had took my 2005 truck to get the door realigned because the wind had blown the door off it's alignment. My out of pocket cost was $124.50 just for the realignment. I was then given an estimate to get a brand new door to completely fix it for $3,000-4,000. I declined. The door still was having a hard time shutting. Then 8 days later the doors alignment came off again and it would not shut and the latch would not close. Then I was given an estimate to repair just the latch of the door and it would cost $495. I declined. I took it a repair/mechanic friend who knows ALOT about vehicles and he fixed it for free just by simply replacing some washers. It actually shuts better now then when I first took it there and got it repaired.

I had a very large $30,000 repair done on my truck. I thought it was going to be a total loss but then was told it was going to be a repairable by Crash Champions! I was so happy to hear it, the truck has very low mileage and sentimental value to me. Throughout the process of the repair I was kept involved and informed about everything that happened. There were lots of parts needed for the repair and a large amount of labor and my truck was still done on time! Everybody in the front office was friendly, including Vanessa, the receptionist and the estimators Eddie and Fred! The general manager was excellent as well gave me updates herself throughout the process, just to make sure that I was being kept informed by the estimators! When I got my truck back, she shined and dazzled like she had never before! I am so happy That it was not a total loss and that everything came back together in a perfect and beautiful way! The truck looks better than she did before the accident! The paint matches and you can’t even see that there was ever an accident that happened! From the bodywork and paint work, to the clean Interior and exterior as well as the quality of the entire Repair And the way I was treated in the front Office, throughout the Repair with excellent communication , I would Definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the area who is looking for great body Work. They also do hail repairs! Thank you

Crash Champions damaged my vehicle while it was in their care and then handed it back like it was no big deal. My car was returned with new scratches and dents that were NOT there when I dropped it off. I was told they basically throw parts into a scrap bin assuming insurance will approve repairs later — instead of waiting for authorization. As a result, my car was ultimately declared a total loss, and I retained it, only to get it back in worse condition than before. Communication was nonexistent. I had to chase them down constantly, was repeatedly told I’d get a call back, and never did. Zero accountability. Zero professionalism. To make matters worse, I was forced to pay $500, even though the original estimate was $322, because insurance supposedly didn’t cover everything — yet I still received my vehicle back with additional damage they caused. My front-end damage somehow led to my mirror and door panel being taken apart, with no explanation and no justification. This raises serious concerns about their repair practices and how they treat customer vehicles. This shop showed complete carelessness, poor management, and a total lack of respect for customers. If you value your car or your money, do NOT take it to Crash Champions. So save your time and money AND the headache.
