I found this business by chance when I needed to get my bumper repaired. They were helpful and quick about giving me an estimate. The price quoted was in line with others. Their location was most convenient, so I chose them to do the repairs. I messed up my days - brought my car in a day later than scheduled! Instead on canceling the appointment they were kind and worked with me on the new later day. Not only that - the work was perfect. They were finished a full day earlier than I expected and were over $100 less than the estimate. Not only that- they vacuumed and cleaned my car before I picked it up. I truly can't say enough good things about Louis and Sons. The staff was excellent, the work was excellent and they far exceeded my expectations. I would highly reccomend them to anyone. **side note :) they did say they aren't always early and most definitely don't always come in under their estimate but, it just happened that way this time. For which I am so thankful!

Thank goodness I took my neighbors advice and went to Louie and Sons. From the moment I walked in they took such great care of me and my vehicle. They were honest, efficient and professional. They wasted no time and cut no corners. The price was way better than the quotes from other places. They even saved me money when they charged me $100 less than the estimate they originally gave me when they could have easily made the extra money- amazing. They are so honest and truly care about their reputation and their clients satisfaction. If you are on the fence- GO HERE! You will not be sorry!

Staff completely unprofessional. Initial appointment scheduled for September 18, 2023 but they claim they were overbooked so I was moved to October. Dropped car off Tuesday October 10, called for update on Thursday to find out my parts hadn't been ordered. This was just a bumper. They did not begin work on my car until the following Monday October 16! The car was not completed until October 23! 2 weeks for a bumper! They claim customer service and communication is their top priority but it isn't. Corporate office also does not respond. If you'd like your car completed in a timely fashion don't stop here. I will never patronize their business again.

I have nothing but great things to say about Louie & Sons. I brought my car in after going to numerous body shops, and Vince was the nicest person I dealt with all day! He was very accommodating and upfront. He got me in the next day when other places told me it was at least a 2 week wait time! Vince would update me throughout the whole repair process, which gave me a piece of mind. I picked my car up after only one week and it looked amazing! Couldn't recommend them more!!

The Louie and Son’s team was amazing. Vince was my main point of communication, and he made everything as smooth/easy/comfortable as possible for me. This was my first time going to an auto shop for my car, and he was very kind and patient while answering all of my questions. He even remembered that I was getting a rental, and almost as soon as I walked in to drop my car off, he was on the phone with the rental company to tell them I needed to be picked up (after confirming with me that this was still my plan). Overall, I had a great experience with Louie and Son’s, and Vince really went out of his way to help ensure this.

They worked hard to get me as soon as they could for an estimate to repair scratches on my car. They gave me four different estimates as to when my car would be repaired. When I received my car back, the air bag sensor was damaged. They told me they would cover it and said they would give me a call when the parts were sent to them. They never called. I called in multiple times to ask if they were ready to replace my sensor and they assured me they would call as soon as they were ready to replace it. I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. Will not recommend them to anyone.

I can’t say enough great things about Crash Champions!
