I recently had a vehicle repaired here following a car accident and it was a great experience overall. I was updated constantly on the progress. All the staff were friendly and helpful. They finished my car earlier than expected so I can get back to my life and did an awesome job. They went over and beyond in cleaning my car too! Hopefully nothing happens to my car again but if it does I would bring my business here again.

I brought my vehicle here because it has a partnership with my insurance company. It is a difficult business with many demands. It’s even harder to find dedicated employees that care. There were a few problems throughout the process . However, they were identified and corrected to my satisfaction. In the end , the repair looked great! They are very friendly and professional. They also stepped up and paid for the additional charges when my rental car went over the limit without a big hassle . Thanks for that. I wish everyone the best with good luck to boot.

They did body and paint work on my 2017 dodge challenger and for the most part the work was done fairly well, although it took them almost a month. However when I went to get my vehicle there was damage to the dash that was Not there prior to me turning the car over to there shop. When I showed it to them they said they would get in touch with me once there upholstery guy was in and have me come back to have them fix it. This is where things get shady... I waited 3 days and heard nothing from Them so I called back at which time they told me that it was not there fault and I should call dodge up and see if there where recalls on the dashboard ripping. I waited a another day and called them back telling them it was there fault the damage happened while my car was in there shop and there for there shop should be held responsible..... if I watch your child and you come to get your child at the end of the day and your child has a brusie or a scratch you wouldn't blame anyone else except those you left your child with. But thats exactly what I was told, they claimed it was not there problem and I was told I had to eat the repairs myself. I strongly hope people reading this take notice and not use this dishonest shop.

We requested Service King because we had a previous experience that WAS excellent! This time was NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS! They rushed our repairs, missing a “clip”, causing the bumper to be off center. During the week wait for that part to come in, we noticed a light was out, on the other side of the bumper (which was not damaged by the accident at all). So, they had to fix the clip and the light. A week later, the light goes out again. They said we needed to come in for inspection (is this not done before I get my car back?!) Now working with Matthew, the manager, he says there’s a part that needs to be ordered and they need to contact my insurance for payment. When I asked why my insurance would have to pay for something that was not caused by the accident, that it was not included in the original estimate, AND was on the opposite side of my car; he pretty much argued with me saying these new cars are all plastic and anything could have happened. So of course we had to wait for them to contact my ins. 2 weeks went by, we got not call. When we called, Marco (our original service advisor) told us our ins. denied the payment and that Matthew was getting a decision if they were going to pay for it. (so much for guaranteeing their work!) We waited another 2 weeks and heard nothing. We had to call them yet again. Then leave the car with them again for this repair. The accident happened in August and we JUST got that light fixed today! Just to find the rubber around the light is not placed correctly and my light has some kind of adhesive stuck to it! They’ve had our car 3 separate times. I will NEVER GO BACK even if their work falls to pieces.

Had an appt on Friday and decided to call me the day of my appt and tell me i can't drop off my car that day because rental car would not be covered. I have already worked it out through my insurance, the only issue was crash champion... USAA was ok with it along with enterprise. I had to reschedule and go to another collision ctr just a few minutes away from this one that did allow me to drop it off on Friday. They had no issues and made everything seamless. Crash champion in the other hand is a pain in the A.

I also love that they text message you every couple day and take you step by step to everything that’s happening to your car. I also love how my car was done 4 days earlier than expected. DJ was my service advisor and even though it was a bad thing having to bring my car to Crash Champions aka Service King, he was very nice and helpful the whole way through. He was calm and respectful through the whole process, and kept my mind at ease through the whole estimate process. My car was a total loss but I didn’t feel like I had been taken advantage of or I was just another “number” to DJ. Thanks for the great service!

Service king in North Las Vegas were very friendly, nice, helpful and welcoming. They kept in contact in regards to my car. Gave me up dates daily in regards to the progress of my car. I think service king crew in shop and office people are amazingly Awesome. What I really liked was the receptionist accommodated my payment. Which was so cool of her. I am satisfied with their service and would recommend them to any and all who needs auto body repair. After a different company took over two weeks to try and give me an estimate, I made a same day appointment over the phone with Crash Champions. Estimator was ready for my appointment, took very detailed pictures and was able to send me back an estimate in a timely manner. Very happy with the customer service. Hopefully not a business I will need to frequent, but when I do have car issues, this is where I will be taking my car.

Whatever you do don't go here! I have never felt so attacked by a company before! I had brought my car here after a fender bender to get an estimate for the insurance company and this shop was recommended for the estimate. I figured how terrible could it be? Well I asked the gentleman who was looking at my vehicle if he knew Jesus as we had a few minutes while he looked at my vehicle and everything went south after that. Things got cold and rude! He refused to answer me and completely ignored me and anything I said after that point. I asked several questions about my car and was just ignored. I realized not everyone wants to talk about Jesus but it was just one question. Then afterwards I couldn't even talk to him about my car. (Can't remember the last time I felt so hated.) But i know that as a Christian the world will hate me so I let it go and moved on. Then on that Sunday morning while at Church the same company war dials my phone 8 times in a row starting at 8am then again at 9am with what I could tell was no other reason then to bother me because when I finally picked up the phone they hung up and when I called back the machine they immediately picked up said the company was closed all day today and 8 needed to call back during business hours. When I spoke with the company DURING business hours I was laughed at and then hung up on. Moral of the story is this is a company who hates God, who hates Jesus and who hates his people. Any Christian who loves God should go someplace that isn't so disrespectful.

Called to see if they were open so I could bring my car in for an insurance repair. The lady on the phone basically said to find another repair facility. When I asked for a supervisor she said that there is none available for a few days. I have never had a company that tells customers they don’t want to do the work that your insurance company says they are signed up for. I just wonder how many other customers they have lost because of an employee not wanting to do her job.

I had a great experience here at Service King. They handled everything with my insurance and were able to fix everything on my bmw 328i.
