Worst customer service, would not recommend anyone. On calling the store directly asked to schedule the appointment. Once I got the appointment confirmed with them, called the store to confirm the appointment. Then called them on the day of the appointment, they said they didn't get any details from the insurance and sounded like reluctant to take the car. On calling the insurance to transfer the details to the shop, insurance said they already did the day before. Then the insurance agent called the shop and got back to me saying that they are 3 weeks out for appointment and is reluctant to take the car. Finally I was without any appointment.

This is quite literally the worst car place both my Fiance and I have ever used. They had my car for 5 months and then when I got it back it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. I brought it in for a small scratch and when I got it back the entire door fell off, brought it back in, they fixed it. Two days later, the door handle completely came off. I have now been going back and forth with the manager for 5 months to get the door handle fixed and he has now completely ghosted me after promising her would handle it. They kept my Fiance's car for 7 months and when he got it back, it also was not put back together correctly and we have had problems ever since with his dash completely falling off. 0/10 DO NOT recommend. Horrible customer service and your car will be worse off for it.

This was my 4th time coming to Service King and every time I always have a great experience! The customer service is always excellent, they always take great care of my car and I never have to wait long. Every time they return my vehicle to me it always looks Brand new. I’ve been so many times now that I really and truly feel like this place has become like family. I always know my car is well taken care of. Thanks for all of your help! I wouldn’t think about letting anyone else touch my car!!!!

Absolutely amazing! I can’t thank them enough! My repairs were completed before the estimated time, I was updated via text every step of the way and received a courtesy call to let me know my car was all clean and ready for pick up! Mason is absolutely amazing must I add!!! This guy made my experience so easy going and stress free! He was professional, quick, and very pleasant! He also took the time out to help with a situation I had with the rental car company!! Customer service is a big deal to me and he exceeded in all areas! Thank you for going above and beyond for me! I truly recommend this location!

Worse experience, they would not wash my vehicle, which is a company. When I picked up my car, it still had tape residue on it, and it was dirty. The manager lied, telling me they were short staffed. While standing there, a car came out of the stall after just being washed. I brought my car back several times, and my door is still not closing properly. I tried to resolve the issue but the manager had a nasty attitude. I have to take my car to another auto body repair shop to get it done right.

This being my first time at a body shop, I didn't know what to expect. It turned out to be a simple and pleasant experience. First, I setup an appointment over the phone with Tammy. Next, I came in for the estimate and I spoke with Carl. He was very honest and upfront with me about how the damage needed to be fixed and how much it would cost. After I handed off this information to the insurance company, I was able to bring my car in and leave it at the shop until it was finished. I found the location to be very convenient because The Body Shop is adjacent to an Enterprise Car Rental lot (not even 10 yards away). When it was time to pick my car up I was happy to see that the repair job was FLAWLESS. Probably looked better than when it was brand new. Also, I'm pretty sure that they cleaned the inside of my car a bit too (I noticed the carpets had been freshly vacuumed)! To sum it up, I had a great experience here and will use The Body Shop for all my collision repair needs in the future. They were honest, they did a fantastic job, AND they cleaned the inside of my car! What more could you ask for?

Absolute trash and are liars! Took them over a month and some to fix my car no updates no nothing when I tried to get a some kind of status of my vehicle. When I finally received my car there was still plenty of glass in the seat and backseat from where they "supposedly worked on it" and the car still wasn't fixed to my satisfaction. The supervisor guaranteed they would fix it and he would pay for my rental until it was fixed properly only to lie and enterprise end top billing me for the extra days. When I tried to reach out to them they would not take my calls, phone constantly rings and no one ever picks up. Their work is trash and their customer service is worse! PLEASE , PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE ! I promise this is NOT THE PLACE to go.

I highly recommend Service King. They are highly professional, personable and accommodating and honest. Margarita the administrative assistant is very professional and nice. I needed to take my car in for various scratches on the hood and trunk. Mason was super sweet. It was raining he took the initiative to dry the rain off and do a test area to check and see if the scratches would lift or if he needed to go ahead and write me up an estimate. Turned out the scratches lifted with whatever he used and My vehicle didn’t require an expensive estimate or service. How awesome is he!!!!! He was very knowledgeable and professional and honest. I couldn’t thank him enough. If you need body work, painting and the likes I recommend Service King ask for Mason. To top it off the establishment had various vehicles being looked at/ repaired. So they receive consistent business for their great work! I highly recommend them.

I had my car checked out to receive an estimate on Thursday, March 13. Today is Thursday, March 20, and they never got back in touch. I made a follow-up up call and was given assurances that I would hear back shortly, but that never happened.

Do no seek Crash Champions for collision repair. They worked on my car and didn’t prime the new bumper so the paint started peeling. When I reached out to them to fix it I had to argue with them about the obvious lack of primer. Then when I dropped my car off when they said they could repair it, my car sat for two weeks in their lot. I tracked it on GPS and the car never moved once in two weeks. So I picked up my car and reached out requesting an actual repair window. They have obfuscated since. I have reached out to the parent company many times with zero response. Stay away from these clowns.

Do not take your car here. Geico sent me here when my window was vandalized and at first it was great. I got text updates of the status of my car and it was back to me within a week or 2. But then I picked up my car. The side panels my of vehicle were lazily put on and sticking off the side of my vehicle, the dash board showed an error, and they left the leftover parts in my trunk. When I scheduled an apt to bring my car back to fix it, the receptionist said they didn’t have me coming in on the calendar and to bring it back the next morning. When I came back the next morning, she said she didn’t know when a technician would be in. I eventually had to leave because I was waiting for 30 minutes and had to go to work. She said a technician would call me and they never did. They then kept my car for over 3 weeks and when I picked it up, our side panel wasn’t fixed again! We picked it up today and the side panel was still not fixed. It looks and feels like they just pulled it down halfway and taped it to the side of my car! You can hear it clicking when you push on the side piece. We’re not bringing it back to fix it. I’ve been without a car for over a month. I felt like I was a mom and this shop was my child, I had to keep checking in on it. They even started to recognize my number because I would call every day for an update and every day they wouldn’t have an update or wouldn’t have written down what was actually wrong with my car, I had to keep reminding them. I have a few suggestions: - maybe create an internal calendar or let your technicians know when someone is trying to schedule an appointment with them - have another technician double check the work of a technician before sending it off - create a better customer communication or work order check list with the customer. I felt like I was the annoying one - when I should be the one annoyed- a month without my car?! Ridiculous. I’m sure they are nice people, but this shop and the training of the people are mediocre at best.

Service King provided a great experience. My car was hit in a parking lot (thankfully the person who hit it left a note on my windshield) and caused some cosmetic damage that required replacing a part in the back and some painting. Service King was honest with me about the timeline due to high demand (about 2-3 weeks to complete everything). Natalie was very efficient, friendly and informative. Matt communicated with me the whole time providing updates. When my vehicle was supposed to be ready on a Friday evening, he let me know that Hyundai sent them a damaged part, and he didn’t want to send me home with it on my vehicle so he was waiting for a replacement to arrive by Monday. By Tuesday night, I had my vehicle back, exactly 2 weeks after I dropped it off. The repairs looked great and they cleaned the inside and outside of my vehicle for me. Everyone was professional and kind throughout the process. I would definitely recommend using Service King.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I brought by car in July 1st for a simple cracked bumper, grill, and mesh replacement. I was told it would be ready by July 10th. On July 9th, still no call, I called them and they said they were running behind and would have it by Monday July 15th. No call by July 14th, so I called again, they claimed they order the wrong parts. This went on and on week after week until August 6th! Short staffed, wrong parts, I heard every excuse in the books. My insurance company stopped paying for my rental after July 30th, Crash Champions said they would cover the additional 8 days until my car was finally complete. I arrive to pick up my car the first week of August, the bumper was fixed, the mesh was not, and the kidney grill was chrome instead of black (mismatched). They said they would take care of the mistakes free of charge. I drop it back off a week later, and 4 days later the car comes back to me how it should look. What was supposed to be a 10 day process took nearly 40. Now in October, I get a call from Enterprise stating that Crash Champions will not pay for the rental that they agrees to pay for back in July, and my credit card is being billed. I called Crash Champions and asked to speak to the manager, who I spoke with prior to. All he said was “Sorry when we said we would cover it, we didn’t know our Regional Manager was going to deny the charge.” I asked for the Regional Manager’s number to discuss, and they refused to give it to me. I left my number for the Regional Manager to call back (they said it would be a day or two tops) and a week later still have not heard anything. I am now on the hook for a $400 rental bill on a repair that took 40 days but should have taken 10, and where they ordered multiple wrong parts, and were short staffed. Don’t let the ease of them working with your insurance company fool you. This place will be a pain in the butt. The staff on ground were nice, and they did good work (once it was done), it is just poor ethics to be told something and lied to. I would love to talk to someone about this experience and see if we can get it rectified, but given the fact that the Regional Director has not called, it does not look promising.

One star is REALLY TOO MANY!! This is the WORSE place you could ever take your vehicle!! They had my sister’s car for about a month and she had to get several extensions on her car rental!! They couldn’t communicate with her with what was going on with her car! I’m trying to figure out what qualifies as a Professional Technician, because clearly NO ONE knew what they were doing! How does your vehicle go into the shop to get fixed and you get it back in the same condition? They were supposed to fix the door panel but wasn’t fixed properly! Also they were supposed to fix the steering wheel column and once again the wasn’t fixed properly! She had to take her vehicle to the dealership and that’s when they told her they did EVERYTHING INCORRECTLY!! At this point you owe her, her deductible back because you DIDN’T FIX ANYTHING! This place absolutely SUCKS! Let’s not start in the tint on my windows. The did something to my tint because I had illegal tint and now it’s NOT as DARK as it was when I dropped the vehicle off!! Do BETTER…..I high recommend you take you vehicle to another collision location because they don’t know what they’re doing!! GIVE the MONEY back…..just a bunch of CROOKS!!
