This is by far the worse place to take any vehicle for repair. The timeline given please tack on a few extra weeks. The receptionist rude and very unprofessional. Rebecca my service rep was never available according to the rude receptionist. If you ask for a manger the rude receptionist again will place you on hold never returning to your call. The most disgusting part about this entire process is my insurance provider Allstate referred this place never again. My vehicle was towed on 12/2/24 and the work was partially completed on 1/9/2025. I pick up my vehicle with a dead battery, damaged car seat support, zero coolant, pieces not put back together in the trunk, paint splatter on my windshield, and an attitude from my car service rep Rebbeca upon questioning all the obvious concerns. Please do not take your vehicle to this place upon recommendation from the insurance companies because their work and integrity needs evaluation.

This is the worst place to take your car for repairs. I went here on the recommendation of Geico ins and wish I hadn’t. They gave me an estimation of 25 days. I went on the 25th day and my SUV was still not finished. They lie, they make up stories to tell you, they are not organized at all. I sat in the waiting area and listened to the receptionist tell the same lie to each caller. The supervisor Jeff is clueless on the workmanship from his employees. I was told items would be fixed and they weren’t. When I arrived and checked my vehicle, the back door they replaced wouldn’t even open. I asked”so no one checked to see if it would open”. Then the back bumper was painted and whom ever parked it, backed it in the bushes..The left side looks like it was sanded, but that wasn’t the damage side. They broke my windshield washer housing unit, then lied and said the sun did it. Senior citizens working there in the body shop, are showing carelessness or absent mindedness on newer model vehicles. Sloppy work, sloppy employees, sloppy business practices. That certification sign belongs to the previous owners/ false advertising. I drive a Acura MDX and I keep my vehicle immaculate. When service is needed I take my vehicle to the dealership for service and receive top notch service. I wish I had never taken my vehicle to Crash Champions! .Geico has a sign on the building and if they are endorsing this place it makes them look bad. Showing No Integrity at All.. If you have a brain and like your vehicle, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE!!!

When I dropped my car off for repairs they called me probably about an hour after having my car claiming my battery was dead, which I had no issues with my battery prior to dropping off. Told them because of the make and model of my car it runs off my battery due to the computer so they can’t leave any lights or anything open for a long period of time also my daytime running light is on. They never called me back stating anything was wrong with my battery even at pick up nothing was mentioned. Got home parked my car and went outside to my car and now it doesn’t want to start. I don’t know what they did to my car but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. Last time my car was in the shop for 2 months being repaired and that place had no issues with my car battery etc now this place claim my battery went dead but I’m confused on how and when I call they try to put all the blame on me didn’t even try to tell me or figure out what they did to drain my battery
