I’d like to thank Brandon and Vic for an excellent installation. They were professional, efficient, and delivered high-quality work. A special shout-out as well to Anthony and Ernie on the sales team. They took the time to walk me through every detail, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and ultimately beat the competition’s pricing by a wide margin. Most importantly, when my furnace unexpectedly failed—during one of the coldest days of the year—Cristafulli Bros responded the same day because I was a returning customer. Extremely happy with Joe and Crisafulli Bros. For an estimator, Joe really knows what he's talking about. He didn't try to sell us some way over the top multimillion dollar furnace. He instead showed us the one that would be the most beneficial to our home. The price is well within what I was expecting to pay. I'm looking forward to the install which will be in a few days. I'm also looking forward to writing just as good a review for the install crew as I am for the sales rep. Edit: The install was perfect. The guys were friendly,professional and very respectful. I feel they went above and beyond what is expected of them! They didn't mind the obsessive barking from my dogs and tried not to upset them as much as possible. I appreciated the warning about the new furnace smell (not the installers fault) although it did last a bit longer than expected but there's nothing anyone could do to prevent it. The new furnace works so much better than the old one that I still can't believe the difference. We have had to actually lower the thermostat because it works so good.
