Unfortunately, the service at first was good yet, as the repairs went on, many of the things that needed to be repaired were not. This lead to a simple repair being extremely overcomplicated and expensive, which could've been avoided if the owners simply listened. Additionally, the owners brand themself as an establishment that values the truth and serving their customers honestly however their neglect and later dishonesty about a repair that we asked to them to make quite possibly could have resulted in someone getting hurt.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to David and his crew! I brought in my 2005 Yamaha Warrior motorcycle in. With a hug dent on the side of the gas tank. No more dent no more outline of the dent. The dent was never there. His painter did such a great job I couldn’t believe it. His staff inside the office are so welcoming and helpful. Honestly rate this place 10/10. Thank you guys so much. Would hands down recommend this business to anyone that is need of automotive repair. They were timely, professional, and service was second to none. My Car AC stopped blowing cold and I had them diagnose the problem. Come to find out I needed a new AC compressor. I dropped my car off in the morning and they were pretty backed up with other vehicles. They still managed to get my car finished by the early afternoon and now everything works great. They are fair, honest, and treat their customers well. Will definitely be back in the future. Would give more than 5 stars if it was an option.

My 24' class c RV sat at another well know repair facility for nearly three months while they continued to lie to me that work was progressing. Once I discovered and brought our rig to Critical, Dave had most of the body damage done in three weeks! It took a little longer to finish up the trim on the box behind the drivers' door to his standards of it matching exactly which was beyond my expectations. I couldn't give any higher recommendation than the pristine work they did on my rig.
