Nice that it’s touch less but the under body wash is useless. I got the highest wash package and under my truck is still covered in dirt and road salt. The underbody wash shut off when I was only about half way in. Did an ok job on the body.

I like to wash my own car, and this is a happy medium. I used the touchless and bring my own towels and supplies. Saves money and car looks better than expensive full service car washes.

I love supporting local businesses so don't want to bash the carwash but here's my honest take. This is a really cool concept of being completely computer driven but that comes with some annoyances. 1. Vacuum ease of use, payment, etc is great. My 3yr old had a blast helping out. 2. The kiosk was self explanatory but kept giving me card errors on every card. I tried 3 different ones. I then tried to put in a $50 and it wouldn't accept it. Thank goodness I had the exact cash because I had someone behind me. 3. I chose the highest option since I haven't been nice to our car enough. Pulled in car wash, it scanned my car and started to go. The machine seemed to be thorough and pretty fun to watch! It provides an update of what stage it's on and finishes on a decent time. 4. The drying is TOP NOTCH. I swear I saw no droplets of water after pulling away. 5. Unfortunately the back of my CUV was still pretty dirty including the back windshield. I'd say 75% of the car was clean but the rest had visible areas of dirt. Overall I liked it but for $23 I'd rather drive by Splash for an outside/inside wash. I'll try again if in a bind as I do want a local business to thrive.

Went here for the first time today and I’m happy to say I will be coming here from now on. I have been trying to find a decent car wash forever and this place does not disappoint. The wash worked very well, my car did not show any dirt or soap, and e vacuums for the interior were very strong and efficient.

Has to be the worst car wash in the area. Paid for the works, the second highest grade and it ended up making me work. Cars still dirty in plenty of spots and the wheels are never clean and the cars still not fully dried. Avoid this place and drive elsewhere

So I don’t often come to this car wash because I like to do it myself. They charge me $10 to vacuum my car. Yes, $10 that is complete insanity. I don’t know how they go about pricing the vacuum but beware if you go there, you’re gonna pay an arm and a leg to vacuum, not too happy that I’m out 10 bucks

I went through several times and my car always looks as if it was barely washed. The hood and back looked dirty even after I went through and completed the car wash. The charge is too high for the lousy job that gets done. It also never dries the car completely when finished.

Worst car wash EVER!! $19 and looks like it did going in! Tophat in danbury beats this place hands down. I live in this town an every few months try it an same disappointment! I try to show love but after a few years of this horrible repetition I had enough! The pictures show it. We went through the wash I got out to finish drying an got back in the car so I didn't ruin my $20 shammy!!!

Tonight was my first time coming here. I tried calling to make sure it was still open, and the voice message said they were open until 9, so I drove all the way there only to find out they closed early 😅 which is totally ok but maybe set up a voice mail saying you’re close early today. Just a suggestion. I was quite disappointed.

I go and get my car washed monthly with rustoleum but its unclear if this business carries that anymore. I tried calling twice and got no answer even though its within their operating hours. Unhappy with customer service and availabile information.

Huge disappointment usually wash my own car by hand went there today paid for the 2nd best touchless option and left thinking it was decently clean. Drove 4 minutes home and get out and I have dirt running down my car. The soap was still on my car. Every panel was beyond dirty. In one photo of the rear bumper that’s me wiping it with a dry microfiber and it turned a few shades brighter. Bye bye $20ish had to go home and do hand wash it anyway….. paid $20 to have my car hosed down basically….. very unsatisfied but hey now I know not to do business there

This car wash is nothing more than an absolute rip off and and a scam. The owner responds to everyone that there is a system that cleans the undercarriage my video begs to differ. It shows that there is no system that washes nor even rinses the undercarriage of vehicles. The wheel cleaning brush disc only sprays water no soap and does a very poor job at cleaning wheels especially considering it is sized for a 15 inch rim which most vehicles today have at least 18 in rims (20 inch on my truck). I went there today and purchased the complete works for my truck and after going through the wash I pulled out to find Holiday's all over my very expensive truck along with swirls in the paint(it pretty much looked the same as it did before it went in) My rims were completely filthy they looked no different from before the wash. I went and found the only employee working there and asked him for a towel which he rudely told me if I want a towel that I can purchase one. So I asked him to come and look at my truck and showed him how many spots were missed and how the wheels were filthy and his response was " we offer a service here" he also asked "when was the last time your truck was washed" which I replied 2 weeks ago. He rudely said to me that "the dirt on my truck needed a machine to take off" even though I showed him that it came off with my finger once again his response again was "we offer a service here" which I really did not understand what he was talking about I was under the impression that this was a car wash hence the sign "Car Wash" it seemed as if the only vehicles they are capable of cleaning are vehicles that are already clean. I asked him if he thought that this was acceptable for a vehicle wash especially the most expensive wash they offer. His response to me was "its a work truck and that he didn't see anything wrong" I responded by telling him that this is my personal daily driver that happens to be a pickup. Little does he know that a truck of this caliber costs upward of a 100k. After showing him the wheels he responded to me saying "that's brake dust on the rims" implying that brake dust can't be cleaned. Again the whole purpose of getting a car wash is to have all that stuff removed (which other places have no problem getting vehicles exceptionally clean and if it comes out bad they send it through again not this place they didn't want to take any responsibility or even agree that the wash was below subpar. According to rude employee brake dust is to much for the machine to take off even though my finger wipes it off easily and other places have no issues cleaning brake dust (which all car produce and is normal on all vehicles. To make a long story short this place is a scam they damage vehicles and are extremely rude and don't care about customer satisfaction and lie about undercarriage cleaning. The pictures will speak for themselves. As for the owner I will be notifying the better business bureau and the state attorney General for misleading customers and damaging vehicles. I have a video proving that there is nothing underneath that sprays the undercarriage and the video also shows how the wheel cleaner is not effective whatsoever. The owner stood there watching me didn't bother to come over and offer to send my truck through again instead he just stood there and watched me take a video of how poorly the car washing machine works. Maybe if he actually set it up with quality soaps and more powerful rinsing pressure along with actually turning on all the blowers so the vehicles come out dry and not wet like they do. My advice to all who care about their vehicles to stay away from this place and save the vehicles from being damaged by the poorly maintained equipment that, in all honesty, don't do anything. Save your money and take your business elsewhere where you will get quality service. The owner will be hearing from the BBB and the state will investigate the fraudulent fees that this place has been charging for work that doesn't get done.

Best Automated Car Wash in Fairfield County. The soft touch foam bay does a great job of cleaning medium to heavy soil levels on vehicles with light pressure foam, very effective soaps, & high pressure water power wash. The touchless is great for light to medium soil levels on vehicles. The under carriage wash on all three bays are excellent at removing the sand, dirt, & salt to protect the frame & mechanical components from corrosion. I always get either The Works or Ceramic Washes as they include the Hot Carnauba Wax / optional Ceramic Coating that are outstanding at protecting & beading off the harsh elements from the paint. Been coming here 15 years now to wash multiple vehicles & am always very satisfied with the results. I Highly Recommend Crossroads Car Wash in Bethel, CT.
