Mike Patton was exceptional, when it came to getting my son's car. I called Crown and was directed to Mike who automatically was able to zero in on my immediate request, and made time for us to look at the chosen vehicle. He made car buying so easy and I was really impressed that he didn't pressure me, or keep calling for my business. I'll give an update on service in a week as I am just picking up the car. Main issue right now is Acura charging the customer the 3% credit card fee. My bill was $5400 and change and they had the audacity to charge me 3% for using my credit card!!! Completely unexceptable!!!!

Excellent visit. Bart Bartley was very knowledgeable and polite. I waited while they performed my second routine service, which called for a rear differential fluid flush, in addition to the regular oil change and tire rotation etc. They also updated the software for the stearing. Great waiting rooms with complimentary waters and snacks. Very nice experience.

Update: I've had turn my car in for maintenance recently and I continue to have an excellent experience working with the Service Advisor, Bart Bartley, at Crown Acura. I've been going to him for the past few services as I find him friendly, professional, and attentive. He is knowledgeable and always provides helpful information to ensure my vehicle receives the best care. The only suggestion I'd make for him is to slow down a little when he is working with customers because I felt a bit rushed to ask questions as he seemed to be rushing from one task to the next. My guess is the service department environment can be extremely busy and sometimes stressful that the service advisors may feel the need to move quickly. Another suggestion I have is to have an advisor around after 5 p.m. so that when a customer picks up the vehicle, the advisor can go over everything that has been serviced in case the customer has any questions. I was unable to pick up the car earlier in the afternoon as promised so I showed up a little bit after 5 p.m. to pick up my car not realizing that all the advisors have left for the day. When I was closing out the transaction with the person who was helping me, I had questions regarding the vehicle and he was unable to answer. It'd be great if these minor adjustments can be made to enhance the quality of the customer service at Crown Acura. Despite these minor things, I still highly recommend Bart Bartley to other customers who want to service their Acura vehicles at this dealership service Center. Thanks, Bart, for all that you do! :)

We had discovered a screw in one tire the day before and he had no hesitation in assisting with that as well. I have consistently had a good experience when I go in for these services/repairs over the years. The single best car buying experience I've had by a landslide. My parents were with me and half joked they'd be coming to Florida to see Rich next time they need a car. Rich Morris knows how to do business. I am in sales and know how these things sometimes go. I was in and out - we didn't need to go back and forth at all. I was clear, he was clear, and the deal was done. After the sale, he sat with me to sync my phone, show me the bells and whistles, etc. He told me to text him if I need anything. Very refreshing experience. On top of it, he's absolutely hilarious and gave my Dad a run for his money. :) Thank you for a wonderful experience. I plan on being a repeat customer!

Its been an unbelievable experience, the why i end up in the dealer is a good story, at least for me, but very happy with my purchase.
