I found Crown city tire today and showed up in the rain with a flat tire. I had it patched yesterday and unfortunately the patch didn’t hold, these guys really helped me out. I ended up having to replace the tire but I was in and out in 90 minutes. Highly recommend!

5 stars!!! I had the best experience going to Crown City Tire & Auto Repair! The management and employees are all so nice and extremely well-mannered! I had a flat tire and needed a new one and they were able to get it within a few hours and put it on my car. Their communication is excellent...Steven, David and Robert (I hope I have the names right) are so service-oriented...you'd think I was spending hundreds of dollars! I highly recommend them. It's a very well-run, organized tire place. Much more personalized than the large tire chain stores. You'll be so glad you went! Pamela

After all the rain there are so many potholes! I hit one and it took out one of my tires. I had it towed to Crown City and they ordered the tire before knowing if it was needed just in case so it could be fixed asap. As it turns out I needed a new tire so they were able to fix it the next day since they had preordered the tire. They are so nice and accommodating here. This is my go to tire place!

I found them accidentally online while trying to find tires for my car. From the second they answered my call, I felt I am in good hands and they sounded trustworthy. With 24 hours they were able to get my tires that were back ordered at other places. They arranged for pickup/drop off. The degree of professionalism from front desk to the friendly driver, was top notch. Their prices are reasonable, they went over everything with me, answered all my questions. This place is going to be my to go to for my car needs. I highly recommend them. They are my trusted extended family. 💕

My car had a pressing issue and it was losing tire pressure on the front left tire. Having no account with Crown City tire, David helped me with ease, told me the plan of care and gave me multiple options [if we find this, this is what are options are, if this is found, you should do this]. Robert helped me out from the very start. I was parked across the street from Crown City and couldn’t drive my car to them because my tire was too flat. CCT added air to my flat so that we could get my car to their location for the repair. The techs and service people were all very friendly and accommodating. They repaired my tire in a timely manner and even gave me the culprit of my flat tire…not a screw but a key 🔑!! Great experience here!

Picked up a big nail as I was heading out on a long drive, so I had to find a nearby place to get it patched. Crown City came up on Google Maps as having really good reviews, so I gave them a try and am happy to say it all worked out. They were very professional and helpful, making it super easy, despite the fact that this was my first time needing a tire patched and I wasn't sure what to expect. Zero sales pitch - they quickly took a look, assessed it was patchable, and told me the cost and estimated time. Within less than an hour I was back on the road, even faster than they told me it would be done. Really appreciated the straightforward and professional service.

I brought my car in for a coolant issue that turned into a full radiator, water pump, and thermostat repair not exactly the kind of day anyone hopes for. But Crown City Tire turned a stressful situation into something I could actually breathe through. They immediately offered their complimentary ride service to get me to work and picked me up when the car was done. That alone took a huge weight off my shoulders, especially during the holiday season when life has already felt a little heavy. When I came back to pick up my car, Steven told me, “We did a little extra for your safety.” I just stood there and cried. It’s rare to feel truly cared for in moments like this, and I’m a firm believer that God works in mysterious ways. Good business still exists and so does the old-school integrity of men making sure women feel safe and supported at the auto shop. I’m beyond grateful for their honesty, kindness, and exceptional service. Crown City Tire has earned a customer for life. Highly recommend.

I only give Crown City Tires & Auto Repair the 2nd star due to the owner calling and speaking with me other then that I would leave a 1 star recommendation based on my experience. I first visited on Friday, January 30, 2026, at 8:00 AM for a simple tire patch, as my rear driver-side tire was completely flat. I spoke with Steven, the service advisor, and was told I would receive an update soon. About two hours later, I called for an update and was told they hadn’t gotten to my vehicle yet. I returned in person around 1:30 PM, and only then was I suddenly given an update. At that point, Steven told me that all four of my tires were over six years old and recommended replacing them. When I questioned this—since one tire was purchased just last year—the story changed to that tire being newer but having a bubble. This inconsistency raised a red flag for me. I was given pricing for four new tires and agreed to move forward. I was told the tires would be ordered and installed, but at no point was an express or rush fee mentioned. It took over five and a half hours just to receive this information. Later, I was informed that my car would also need an alignment, which I approved. I returned around 5:00 PM, but the alignment still hadn’t been done. Steven knew I had other obligations and offered for me to return another day to complete the alignment, which I appreciated and accepted. I came back on Tuesday, February 3rd at 10:00 AM and was told it would take about an hour. When I returned at 11:30 AM, Steven said they couldn’t perform the alignment yet because other vehicles were blocking the machine. (This raised another concern—why couldn’t those vehicles be moved?) I was told to give them another 30 minutes, meaning it should have been done by noon. That didn’t happen. At 12:40 PM, I called for an update, and coincidentally Steven called moments later saying the car was ready. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed a device that had been plugged into my OBD port was removed without my permission and left on the floor. It was not reinstalled or even mentioned. I later spoke with the manager, Robert, who explained that service times depend on when you arrive and whether you have an appointment. I pointed out that I arrived at opening time (8:00 AM), which didn’t align with his explanation. When I raised the alignment delay issue, he contradicted Steven’s explanation and said the delay was due to another car being on the alignment machine. I questioned whether an alignment truly takes over two and a half hours. At that point, Robert sounded frustrated and asked what he could do to make it right. I requested to speak with someone above him, and he stated that he was the highest manager aside from the owner. On Wednesday, February 4, 2026, the owner called me and was apologetic about how the situation was handled, which I appreciated. If you choose to come here, I strongly recommend asking for a clear breakdown of charges, confirming timelines upfront, and checking in frequently—or staying on-site—to avoid delays. Unfortunately, due to poor communication and inconsistencies throughout the process, I would not recommend Crown City Tires & Auto Repair to family or friends at this time.

They get two stars, because I used to like this place. That ended this week. I called on Monday as my catalytic converter was stolen, and Steven told me it would be around $1500, and be done Tuesday or Wednesday. I’m now leaving on Friday for nearly triple the cost. I cannot fathom how being that far off, on an estimate of cost, or time, is acceptable. If you have a nail in your tire, you can go here. If you have real work you need done? Do better research than I did.

As always, Crown serviced our car in a professional and efficient manner for a reasonable price. As a community based group, they offer a ride home or a ride to pick up our car. Their maintenance reports are thorough and provide a road map what items need to be attended to immediately vs waiting til the next service visit we also know what items our car is performing well and in good condition. Always a pleasure with the guys at the desk and the techs working there. We are treated professionally and with respect and never made to feel dumb. Everything is explained in a professional manner.

I absolutely love this place! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, a wonderful car service and a complete explanation of my cars needs- with photos and all! I dropped my car at 8:30 am, was called an hour later with suggestions for repairs, and picked up at 3pm- which was the time I had requested. Everything was perfect! I got a flat on the way to school and I came over to Crown City simply because it was so close. Marvin greeted me, asked me questions and explained what I should look for when purchasing tires. They didn’t have the tires in stock, but he offered to put on my spare -free of charge- and sent me down the street to a different shop. They were nice enough, but going to take hours to get to me. So, I got back in my car, turned around and headed back to Crown City where I knew I’d be taken care of. Marvin got my tires ordered and I was sent home with instructions to drive slowly and carefully on my spare. I was so relieved to be heading home at a decent time after a long day. I was able to drop my car off the very next morning and pick it up after school that day. I received a coupon for my next oil change and come a couple months later I headed back. Now I was a staunch repeat user of services like Valvoline- drive up and go- cheap, friendly, convenient, but after going to Crown City I was converted. The whole Crown City team is kind, thorough and they truly go above and beyond. I came back simply because I want to support a business that operates in this way. Even though car repairs and maintenance are expensive and stressful, the Crown City team really takes the sting out of it. It’s truly a pleasure coming here. For the oil change they performed a full check-up of my car and provided me with a print out of everything they inspected. They found a small oil leak and even advised me to take it to the dealership to repair so I can avoid the extra cost. I got another flat on Wednesday and I knew exactly who to call. They always take great care of me at Crown City. Shout out to Marvin- Great guy and you can tell- a stellar leader. Shout out to Mike- The friendliest, sweetest mechanic and shout out to Kate at the front desk- She is always so sweet and thoughtful when checking me in and out and keeping me abreast of updates as my car is being serviced.
